Easy to make the video happen I have done these before and was glad to make them again my recipient was surprised and pleased with the greeting Birthday video

Love this website and it's so much fun to send cards starring that person as well as friends and family members especially as I send so many cards overseas!

The JibJab animated cards have always the same positive effect! Excellent but I would like having more new cards since I start having used most of the nice cards.

It's possible that I enjoyed the process of selecting and then creating the card as much, if not more then, then the recipient did when they experienced the card.

Lots of fun for your friends to view. They will lots of laughs and want to join JibJab for themselves and their friends and family. Give it a try and see for yourself the fun you can have.

Very disappointed with the removal of the advanced editing features. Hard to now justify the price. Including the fact that the majority of the templates are not "family friendly"

Had a lot of fun with my friends. Sending funny e-mails to my family and friends. Would recommend this to anyone who wants to have a lot of fun. I have sent out many videos to people I know.

It is very easy to prepare... but the video is very old fashioned. You see very low resolution
And worst of all, you can not download the video to your computer

What a fabulous idea. I have done a few and have been very happy with all of them. The only suggestion I have is I would have liked a few more Christmas choices.

B-Day for example, I wanted to send a card from both of us and there were just a few options to choose from. I would like to see a larger variety of options...

Everyone I sent it to loved it. Very easy to create, excellent experience. The choices were very good and hard to choose, the graphics are clear and the songs are funny. Great fun!

The finished product is wonderful. However the the cost to make and share is very misleading. The fact that you can't share it anywhere outside the app ( without cost) is a big bummer.

It is so easy and fun to create jib jab videos and they always look amazing. My friends and family love them and always look forward to seeing themselves in them

Why am I paying a yearly renewable fee if I still have to pay a price for each card I make? Is this just a cash grab? I just paid 18$ and then had to pay another 2$ to make a Christmas card.

I enjoy putting the video together, but I do not like all the advertising that goes along with it after I send the card or video. It reduces the enjoyment of the gift.

I did everything correctly. You failed to deliver my card!. I had to forward the card from my e mail to the person who should have received it! You failed!
Please cancel my annual fee.

After you pay the $18 for a full year of this service, you will need to pay again to save the videos to your computer or device after you create them.

I Tried to use this on St Patrick's Day and it didn't work at all. It is not what I thought it was at all. I feel like I have wasted my money on this.

I was doubt charged for account. One was $17.00 and $18.00. Not for sure for the difference in amounts. I would like to cancel my account and my credit card account to be refunded. Thank you!

Card easy to use and send. Disappointed that you are not able to personalise the card and send a message to the recipient as you can do with Jacqui Lawson cards.
