I asked for the card to be delivered on 17th June with copy to me once delivered. None of the three emails to which it was supposed to be sent to received it, nor did I receive the confirmation copy.

Love jibjab and recognize the demographic it's designed for but would love to see more family friendly and kid friendly options, as I think it would make jibjab more appealing to more people. Users.

I picked out 5 faces for Irish dancers, and they were not used. Very disappointed. I fowl led instructions to the letter, but the faces I picked were missing when I posted to facebook.

Upon paying a 18$ a year fee, I was then asked to pay and additional $2 to then download my video.

When paying the $2 I then had to wait two hours for the rendering to be complete.

This is a very clever ap to have and a fun way to send messages to friends. It's easy to use. The Customer service and support is prompt and courteous and helpful. This ap gets a "5" rating from me.

I love the hours of fun you get with this app, the friendliest crew to deal with. If you ever have issues with something in the app, the developers are very quick to respond.

I'm still learning and finding it hard to co back and change a message or ADD a message and sometimes a strange head appears on a card. It's time-consuming to get it just right.

My anniversary was coming up and I wanted to surprise my husband with a funny video of us dancing together. After going to Jib Jab and putting together a video he and I had a good laugh. I

The site is good. I do not like the fact that monthly subscription is the only option. I do no send enough of such cards for that; for me a pay-as-you-go option would bring me back.

We have 6 in our family, and you never have cards with enough people in them to do our entire family. Plus we have 7 employees and can't do a company card, either :(

I like to do these because they are fun to watch and fun to create. My family loves to get these for Halloween. I want to use them for more. I'll be watching for anything new for Christmas.

I like jib jab but I find it a little hard to line up the mouth line. I always get the black so I know I am not doing it right, but I will keep practicing

It was fun and easy to set up my first card. The next time get the mouth just right! The trick is to find the right picture of the person to whom you are sending the card.

Unique idea for creating and sending personalized cards. Most recipients really like them. Would like to see more of the Videos Starring You and more of them for kids.

We were disappointed because we scheduled a delivery and it never showed up. We ended up having to send it manually on the date we initially wanted it sent.

Assembling the head shots and building the card were so much fun! And, showing it to friends and family and watching them laugh and enjoy it was even better!

I had fun experimenting with the cards. I would like to have a chance to preview the card before buying so I could change the faces to different roles.

Love Jib Jab. Lots of funny gifs/vids on mobile app. Site has lots of fun music vids.(Only minor issue is music videos haven't been saving on their mobile app)

This is one good way to make somebody day... By a good laugh. This is a very good Idea... Right up my alley. You only go around one time in life. Laughing is one good way to do it.
