JibJab

The site has too many bugs. When I approach JibJab for help, the response was like warm at best. Overall it gives a negative impression

I dont like the fact that you have to email customer service theres no phone number to contact, especially when your dealing with credit card.

Made 8 videos all of other co-workers for a good friend and have been sending them to her periodically through the day. - LOTS of laughing

As a senior citizen I did not make use of JibJab. They were kind enough to to cancel me out and refund my fee immediately. No hassles at all.

My card was a one card buy that charged me $19.00. The payment site had no choices permitting access I did not give! Buyer Beware

A jib jab scheduled to arrive for my husbands birthday never showed up. This was disappointing. Perhaps there is a problem with post dating.

Good experience, missed out on how to put words on it, would be great for a banner scroll along the bottom with your greetings

Hilarious and fun. Sure to get an lol. But, when I try to send via email, none of my recipients have received it. Disappointing.

I love this. I have included family and pets in my christmas videos. E cards are sweet too. The price for membership is reasonable

As a 64 year old I do find pc stuff testing now and again but this was easy, I amazed my friends with the cartoons perfect fun cheers guys.

I love making these little videos for friends and family. Just wish I could get the mouths right in them. They always turn out black bars.

Not the easiest of sites to work but happy with the end result. Very clever greetings app that put a smile on my face!

It looked like I had black tape over my mouth. There was no need for this, as I didn't say a word in the video.

Great App but doesn't send the emails out when sharing, disappointed on how much work it takes for me to send manually by copy and pasting

Na he's a good kid but he used my credit card to open a account in jibjab, they were very fast and fixed it for me.

Jibjab is lots of fun and very easy to use. I enjoyed making a video for my family and got everybody rolling on the floor laughing.

Easy to figure out and fun to use... Worth the money. Too bad they make you put so many characters in this review.

I really appreciated how quickly they got back to me regarding my refund. I will definitely consider using jibjab again in the future.
