Love using jib jab! Always makes my family and friends laugh!

I love the app. It brings me to tears laughing whenever I use it. The only reason it isn't 5 stars is the search functionality doesn't seem to work that great and I can't figure out how to search by # of people to include in the slits. But overall. Loads of fun.

I love jibjab! I love sending for birthdays or special occasions. Sometimes I just like to create one for fun and laughs

I tried using it took several tries finally got it to get the right pictures uploaded, sent it out, it said it sent it but recipient never received it.

My credit card had expired and I missed my original renewal date. JibJab continued my settings until I updated my card a day or so later. Then I received a low renewal rate because of a promo code that was automatically applied when my card information was corrected. That's why I've been a JibJab member forever.

I love Jib Jab and what you offer what I did not like is the fact I had to sign up for a whole year if I don't want to download the app. I emailed your team and was hoping someone might be able to change my plan, however I was advised I have to download the app to do so. That I really like at all.

We love the JibJab videos. They are a lot of fun. They are somewhat easy to use. There aren't a lot of directions when trying to put the faces in but once I figured it out, it was easy to use.

Nice collection of e-cards for different occasions. I would prefer more "starred by you videos". Otherwise pure fun to share with your friends.

As we are moving house we didn't have time for writing cards so we sent a Jib Jab card instead. We have just discovered that less than half reached their destination. We are first time users of the site and are very disappointed

JC and the gang always funny regardless of how many times i see them or use them but some of the newer humor is a little crude and rude and not-so-funny. I still like what you have to offer but you've raised your prices without much new material and what is new doesn't meet the wit and humor of what I first saw and joined up for several years ago, much of which I have already sent.

As much fun to make as they are to watch!

Wish there was a way to adjust face pictures (size, hue, contrast, brightness, etc) like the Face In Hole app lets you do. Helps makes the pictures/gifs/videos more realistic.

Loved it, was soooo much fun & everyone loved seeing it! Everyone had a great laugh watching the video's!

Chose to purchase Christmas theme for. 99, put credit card information in, was charged $19, and still wasnt able to see nor find my purchase.
I want a refund. Not authorized to charge that amount.,

I loved making a special Christmas greeting for friends and family! My Grandkids especially liked watching this special video in which they were the starts.
