Family and friends cannot get over the JibJab cards I send to them... have practically become a marketing rep for the company- once someone gets a cards, THEY want to join JibJab. Great site, and even greater selection... always brings a smile to whomever's face receives one. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Making and creating these little videos, are just a blast. Every time I use it, I giggle like crazy, and the people I put in them, think it's hilarious too! Thank you all, for the enjoyment and entertainment!

I appreciated that JibJab closed my account and refunded my yearly fee without any hassle. Enjoy the sight, but was not using it as frequently as I would have liked. But a great product.
And who knows, I may find another opportunity to use it.

I spent ages designing a card only to find out once completed that you have to pay an annual subscription of $18. I don't want to pay an annual subscription that is renewed automatically, all I wanted was to pay for a one-off message. It should make this clear before wasting peoples time. The website states that some products are available free for sharing, good luck trying to find any. A much better system would be to clearly state the costs of each message at the time of choosing... not after you've completed the product.

Wanted to add more than two pictures to my post. Just gave up and posted it anyway. Wish instructions were there to help me and I would have been much happier. Hope this is enough as I am not adding more and wasting my time.

During process of registration I was asked to put credit card details to pay 1 or 2 and in the end they pull almost 20.
Another big surprise was when I tried to download my video and system asked me again for 1 to 2.

I've been a member for a little over a year and have made many friends and family laugh with my Jib Jab cards. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that there are times I would want to send a birthday wish to someone but want 3-4 people on the card and there are no cards available, only 2 or 5. That is sometimes frustrating.

Well, I happen to be searching the internet for free Mother's Day email cards when I came across this site-Jib Jab so I clicked on and started browsing all the titles and clicked on a few and found it to be so fun to watch the video with the costumed person that has a blank face. So of course, just imagining yourself being a star for a day and sharing it with family and friends can make anyone's day a fun and delightful one! I'm glad I saw this because it made my day and had me laughing out loud imagining myself doing the performance. Also, this is my sneaky way of getting into the entertainment business on the sly!

Indeed this is site is a winner which will put a smile on the meanest persons face! Check it out and enjoy! Star in your own video while you're at it!

No edit option. Not a clear path thru the site. Could not find the mouth adjustment sometimes. So I had to do 5 or six separate cards to get close to what I wanted. Should be easier than that. Over all has a really good chance to be a great card

Sending JibJab cards is super easy... and totally fun! Plus the recipients are always so happy to get funny, animated cards... especially with their own faces included in the animation. JibJab cards never fail to put smiles on people's faces. Keep up the great work!

Jibjab has great customer service and has hilarious products! The laughs never stop coming! I had the auto-renewal set up and forgot to cancel it. They were more than understanding and refunded me immediately!

After so many years of using the communication alternatives provided to so many friends and family, I am cutting back on the tech stuff (I am approaching my 80"s). Thank you Jib Jab for providing me this alternative.

He had signed up as a member in 2018 with automatic renewal and had not seen. After being debited in 2019, I requested a refund and was answered quickly and without any problems. Congratulations to the JibJab Team

I sent 3 Christmas e-cards this year and only 1 of the three was opened. I had to send a separate email to the other 2 intended recipients to tell them to look for the card and they found it buried in their junk folder. I have to say it completely ruined the surprise of the card as a fun extra gift. I am disappointed with the service and frustrated that I spent money on it.

We love the videos. We have tried to email them several times and have not had success. $18 to join yet would have to pay another $1.99 per video to download. We have fun watching here at home but are disappointed that we can't share easily. Won't be renewing next year.

I was a little taken back by the cost of providing this e-card. 18$ is not very reasonable for a one time use and then I noticed it locked me in on a yearly subscription. It would have been more reasonable for around $5 for a single card. I doubt I will make another one, but we shall see. The process and ease was nice, but the cost makes it a little unappealing considering the newness of this concept is waning.

I joined Jib Jab last year and used it like three times only and enjoyed very much the things you can do with it. I hope I can still use it once in a while, but without incurring in new charges. Thanks for your help and keep on the good work.

I was introduced to JibJab in 2010 and have been a fan ever since. Inexpensive, easy to use and the videos always bring a smile. I also found their support team to be super efficient and helpful. Occasionally a video may not stream properly, but that tends to be due to the hardware, or software that the recipient is using. JibJab is an all-round winner in my book.

Cons - don't care for the lewd and crude pelvic thrusts and gassy projects

Would like to be able to edit facial shapes more than oval

Pros some are very cute, easy to use and cost is very reasonable

I've used JibJab in the past, and pleasantly so. But when i found that someone opened a new account in my name, I contacted their Support Team, and my issue was resolved in less than 24 hours. Thanks!

JibJab has so many hysterically funny templates for e-cards. It was surprisingly simple to produce a card that used a photo of a face in a video. Once you have the picture cropping is a breeze. I didn't love that I had to buy a year long membership, but now that I have it, and see how easy it is, I'll be making use of my membership many times over the year, I'm sure.

All cards automatically went to people's spam folders, hence they will never see them.
And i just paid $18 for this.
I'd actually like a refund because i know i won't use this product anymore, and technically never really did because nobody received a a card from me.
