I needed to cancel my service. I had some complications with my web service and jib jab actually cared and helped instead of saying "not our problem." They solved it.
Uncommon today. There was a real person on the other end of my key board. WooHoo!

I tried out Jib Jab for 30 days but then realized that I wasn't using it much and for various other reasons needed to cancel. Once I put in my cancellation notice they responded very quickly, within a few hours, and refunded my payment with no questions asked. Very pleased with this company!
It's funny... but I would have never resubscribe. Not worth it. It's just dishonest to default to an automatic renewing subscription. They know we cant read pages of fine print. This money could have gone to my son's medical bills.
1. My message did not get sent on the day that JibJab said. I got a message saying that it was sent but the person I sent it to said he never received it. Two days later after I repeatedly tried to send the message, he finally received it--with the video but my written message (birthday greeting) never did get through. I am very unhappy with this service and would like to discontinue it. I also don't appreciate that you automatically set it up as an automatic yearly renewal. Now I'm going to have to go through the hassle of getting my yearly renewal cancelled.
I was taken a bit by surprise when my subscription automatically renewed. I immediately requested a refund via email and, frankly, expected to be disappointed and to have to fight for what I've requested. I was pleasantly surprised when my request was graciously, and expeditiously granted. As a result of the outstanding customer service I've received, I will now consider renting my subscription in the future when I am better able to do so. Thank you JibJab.
I've had so much fun exploring the hilarious possibilities with Jib Jab and then unleashing them on unsuspecting friends and family. Jib adds new videos regularly so it's fun to keep going back what they've added. And you can put any anything you want on the singer's heads: a turnip; an aardvark.
I had a small issue and couldn't be happier with how customer service resolved it. Class act!
What I mean is that there are a lot of the same old Jib jabs. Try replacing them with new ones. The interactive ones as well as the simple greeting cards. I know you pepper it with the latest songs on the radio but overall the site needs an overhaul.
At 92 my brain takes a year to catch up. So when I reviewed my 2017 expenses recently I discovered I had set up 3 JIBJAB accounts. Dumb!. But within 1 week JibJab had reconciled my errors and closed 2 accounts: and refunded the charges. Can't ask for better service than that.
Someone, somehow used my credit card for a subscription to JibJab. Though I admire their taste, I don't appreciate having to pay for something I had not ordered. I contacted JibJab about this problem and within one day they resolved it for me. What a great company to deal with!
I was on the monthly payment plan and had to step back for a bit.
I asked for help via email, expecting to be ignored as so many other sites have (to me in the past) when they have your money.
I got an answer right away and not only did they cancel my monthly plan, they went above and beyond and refunded me this month's payment! Definitely not what I expected and I will be back! Thanks.
I was searching for a "clean" but funny card for a friend. I wanted something a little offbeat that she would really laugh about... I found it here so I signed up! Just what I'm looking for in cards to send friends for special occasions or just thinking of someone.
4 stars bc of membership disclosure not being clear, I thought I was purchasing the 2$ video only ( wish they had that option!) Despite email mix up issue, wasn't a big hassle, not a lot of money involved. My concern was recurring charges on CC. Would love to be able to purchase JJ videos to create as I please instead of membership. Mahalo!
I appreciate all of the different cards, as there are so many choices. And many of them are very funny. One thing that didn't work out for me was when I pasted a relative's face in one of the cards, I kept getting a black line where their mouth should have been. That was frustrating. But otherwise a good experience.
I sign in and select a new card and an error message telling me that the plug in will not load comes up. Am wondering whether this is because I am still running MS Vista which is no longer supported by Chrome?
I used Jib Jab several times last year and many people enjoyed the cards that I sent out. Then this past week-end I was notified that my auto pay on pay pal had paid for a second year. Not wanting to pay for the service right now I contacted JJ to please refund my new subscription, (though I half expected to get no response and no refund). A Jib Jab rep contacted me right away and refunded my money. Thank you for your excellent product and service.
Cropping the faces used to be a game of its own, trying to catch the hair styles and ears. The big round thing took that away. But perhaps the most annoying thing is the fact that the videos cannot be play directly in Facebook, instead you are forced to post a link to the JibJab website. This makes it lame.
Your company is going to be closed down if you don't return my $18 I never agreed to $18. I will in fact. Turn you in to attorney generals office. You were supposed to show how much total was. Said $1.50. I was trying to do a last-minute card for my granddaughter who doesn't live near me and I wanted something to cheer her up she did not like it. I'm contacting my bank in the morning I'm calling the attorney general on Friday morning and if you think I'm pulling your leg I'm not if you don't give me back that like I said in my last message I will contact every social media page that I'm involved in and others if I can find more and put down what kind of business you do you are cheaters. You deceive people for the price down so this cute little pictures So what I thought was going to be $1.50 and it up being $18 my god what do you think people are going to fall for that I'm surprised you haven't been turned in already and I'm going to turn in the Better Business Bureau too.
Jib Jab Co. Has a 5* rating with me because they helped me with crediting my account immediately with a friendly, gracious attitude. No hassle, no pressure. Their employee had a genuine respect for my request and dealt with it immediately. I wish all companies would have their attitude to "keep the customer satisfied". Somehow, I inadvertently signed myself up for a JibJab account - finding out what I had done when I found and $18 charge on my credit card bill. While not much, as a retiree living on a fixed income, I have to be frugal with such expenditures. I emailed JibJab, explaining my situation, and asked them to cancel my account. I received a very kind response, advising JibJab had refunded my money, and closed the account I had erroneously signed up for. I was impressed.
When I opened an account last year I had all access to any type of cards I wanted to create and had so much fun doing it! However, I started to get busy and forgot I had an account. Then my account was automatically renewed after a year and I was charged 18.00 dollars. I was like... Oh crap! I totally forgot about that! So, I just requested a cancellation, and they cancelled me, no questions asked or giving me the run around. I received prompt service and an automatic refund! Thanks guys! You're awesome! :)
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
