Liked be able to send new cards to my friends. Could not get the function to work to get photos from facebook to use which was a bit disappoint. Tried 4 or 5 times then gave up and used photo's off my hard drive.

Super easy to send and my friend and sister loved receiving them!

Now, I'm finally looking forward to others' birthdays so I can make them laugh (rather than avoid them due to need to go out and find a decent card, mail it, etc).

The site is excellent and offers a lot that my household loves in online cards. We love creating funny cards, and most others have only limited options for that. The closest is Blue Mountain's "Talking Cards" for which you get to set the text.

I was very angry at being with my being auto renewed and not given an opportunity to see if I wanted to or not. I thought here goes another scam! I contacted them via email on their site and was able to correct the issue and even got an email the next day to make sure I was satisfied. I went from really disliking the company to being extremely happy and appreciative of them fixing the issue with no hassle. First rate indeed!

Jon, at Jib Jab, was quick to help after I reached out to Customer Support. He was courteous, extremely helpful, and resolved my issue within 24 hours. Awesome customer service, in a world where customer service no longer seems to exist. Thank you, Jon.

Easy to use and reasonably priced. Needs more content but that will happen over time. Also would be nice to be able to save my work to my hard drive without having to pay for them all the time. I already bought a membership.

I have done this before and am having trouble this time. There is one a few birthday cards (funny ones) and yesterday there were more. Just about at my wits end as I have been working on this the majority of my day today

As I am older, I had a bit of trouble getting started, but I got some help. What I really don't understand is how to save something and mail it at a later time. I have had to reconstruct the same X-mas card twice.

Really enjoy these cards. I wish they had more with just 1 or 2 people on the dances - example; many of the fun Halloween dances require 5 people. Would be great if site allowed you to choose the number you wanted on the card.

Regardless - always fun!

The website/application is VERY user friendly. AND, the customer service is outstanding. They respond & resolve quickly any issues with their product. I highly recommend Jib Jab to everyone. Let the fun begin! #WooHoo

Our friend was having a significant birthday and loved the disco dancing character with the platform shoes & white trousers. He said he was "good, but didn't realise he was that good!"

Great website but I hadnt used it in some time. I was charged on my credit card for an annual free and could not access my job jab account. The staff cancelled my membership for me and provided a full refund without any question

The application is lots of fun. Made many spoofs and sent to family. We had a lot of laughs. Contacted Customer Service for help. I received a response within 15 hours. Karen was very helpful and professional. I give them a 100% satisfaction rating.

As a new user to JibJab, I of course have a learning curve so-to-speak regarding making entertaining & quality work. That being said, I have been disappointed at the ability to change faces properly, etc. I would like to see greater ability for manipulating the various features.

I have used JibJab services for years. An issue presented itself and it was patiently and efficiently addressed. I will continue to use JibJab and hope they will use some more vintage music as not all of us are punkers. I am 67 and my family and friends get such a kick out of the videos I send them. Keep making the video greetings JibJab that put smiles on many faces.

Can only upload Facebook photos, not ones from gallery. Used excellent broadband connection so it isn't that problem. Also used Samsung S6 edge - so it isn't old phone. Editing tool doesn't calorie mouth properly. Such a good idea, pity it didn't work in practice.

Don't like the fact that they make you have an auto-renewal set up an automatic payment, that should be left up to the customer if he wants to renew his Membership with out forgetting or worrying about someone taking money out of there acct makes it seem scam

This was a waste of my money. The videos that I sent to friends and family cut off every time. No one was able to watch any of the jib jab videos I made all the way through without it cutting off. Terrible. Just a waste. Could have been really cute if it worked properly.
