I needed to cancel my membership for money reasons but my auto subscription payment had just gone through. I contacted JibJab and a refund was in my account the next day. I was impressed with the competent handling of the matter and the very nice accompanying email from Heather.

I'm very pleased with the service I received from JibJab. After using it for a couple of years I decided to stop for a while, and they immediately refunded my money in a very pleasant way. I highly recommend them.

The online website is very easy to use and they offer a range of templates for any situation. JibJab lets you review your video and schedule for a particular date so that you don't have to miss an important date.

In this day and age, I was quite surprised to find there are no same-sex options to send a card to a loved one. Only one spoofing a gay man in a very stereotypical way. I paid for a year, so I'm stuck with it. But I probably won't renew unless you move into the new millennia and recognize all forms of love and affection.

These people are great! FAST, accurate, courteous, creative and understanding. JIB JAB is a fun and easy program to use, while my kiddo's were home we enjoyed it and got a lot of good laughs from Jib Jab throughout the past 3 years. Kids have moved on and so must I.

Only one complaint: on my first attempt I didn't get the mouth quite right. If there is a way to go back and edit it, that wasn't apparent to me. So I started from scratch several times until I got it right.

The JibJab cards are fun. However, it's kind of annoying that once you have created a card and added a message, you can't edit it. At least I couldn't figure out how... if I wanted to change it I just had to start over from scratch

After paying for membership, tried to prepare Valentine's "cards" for grandchildren. Could not get past first step after adding photos; each time after attempting to go to next step, the site would send me back to original web page. After 4-5 attempts, and much time, I requested a refund.

I have enjoyed being referred to this great and fun site, a few years ago. My sister Melinda Nielsen, sent me a greeting... that was the beginning of my enjoyment in creating and sending Jib Jab eCards to my loved ones! Mahalo

Very upset at the $18 charged that I didn't approved! I asked one time charge for $1.50 and your billing department or whatever charged my account for the whole year without my approval! Very wrong and I will be contacting the Yelp site if this doesn't get resolved soon!

Discovered what I perceived to be an error. Emailed JibJab and much to my astonishment, received a swift and professional reply. Also, the error was taken care of at the same time. A rare occurrence in this age of electronics.

I wish there were more kids videos where you can put an entire family in a family friendly video. I was looking for something for a 12 yr old happy birthday and there wasn't much to choose from. Too Adult sexual content!

I've had a subscription to Jib Jab for quite awhile and have always had good experiences from them. Even though Jib Jab has been around for awhile, many of my recipients are always surprised and happy to receive a unique card. Sure beats buying dumb cards at the store!

I had a problem getting into the app. So I got in touch w someone who not only got me in but gave me 3 months free for my trouble. You went above and beyond expectations. Thank you, I'm totally digging JigJag.

This month we noticed a charge on my Amex card from JibJab! We never bought anything from them and had to alert my card fraud department! A few days later Jib Jab contacted us and stated that they removed the charge! Beware of these companies advertising on the internet!

I think the whole I concept is pretty cool, and a lot of fun to share with friends and family. The exception being the price per month, year and auto-resign after a year.
