Really Great

Made some really cool things and loved the variety of products. Only thing was I wished the online account was more integrated with the APP. I made a card online and then could't find it on the app. Although I love that you can send things directly through text message with the app. Only site i found that could send cards/messages this way and many of the people i talk to don't check their email regularly so this was so perfect and exactly what i needed. Great Job.

I really like it. Sent out family easter cards and everyone loved them.
I tried to download my address book and I think it's too big. How do you build a particular address book of just people you send to? My only other issue is how to use a cast with a number you choose?
Thanks for a very awesome idea.

They slip in an auto-renew to the membership you purchase (only mentioning it in the fine print of an initial email confirming your purchase) then continue to charge you the $18 year after year with no heads up via email or snail-mail that this is happening. If you happen to notice the charge on your credit card after 30 days they'll refund it. But beyond that they cite a "policy" against further refunds -- even if it's clear you literally used the site to send one time at the time of initial purchase. This suggests to me that a significant share of their revenue may come from luring people into giving out their credit card # then hoping they don't notice the recurring charge. It may be legal -- but what a dishonorable business model!

I am very satisfied with the help Jerimiah offered & understanding that auto subscribes are a problem. As a consumer, I have no problem paying a fee for service that I have used based on a single or short term ie) to cover a period. However, auto renewals without notification are not acceptable. I am pleased that Jerimiah assisted to rectify this problem without conflict, & dealing with a "real human being". Because of this, I will probably use JibJab again in future for an occasion, but I will be further aware to excercise my ownership of credit or payment as mine & not a given release for ongoing use without my consent.
My thanks to Jeremiah! There is good in a crazy world.

I had been with JibJab since 2009... What an awesome way to send personal cards! They are light hearted fun, make yourself the star of videos or those you love. Believe me you can't get better then JibJab.
If you have a problem come up, they are right there to help you with fast and a wonderful surport team.
They take pride in what they do. I love these cards. To me they are the very best out there for all your needs in one wonderful site.

"Respect"

I am technologically illiterate. I accidentally signed up for ecards to be renewed each year. I thought I was joining all of Jib-Jab. I wrote ONE email explaining what I had done, and all charges were credited, and membership cancelled within one day, all in a kind, understanding email. It is very rare to find service like this anywhere, anymore. Kudos to Jib-Jab and the Outstanding way they conduct business!

I intend to have an experience soon. The purpose for securing a membership with JobJab is to facilitate good feelings between my self and my natural children.
JibJab seems to be a natural gateway through which my actions, using your tools, may help to foster good will in a somewhat unusual but affirming manner.
I am presently collecting photos to enable this.

This video was perfect for our family - we love Mexico and it's music and fun. All five of us were happily represented. Our friends giggled and smiled and that was our intent. One small thing - one of the five characters was not featured quite as much as the others and it would have been nice to have it just a little more balanced.

Women in Tourism Holiday Party in Sarasota
December 17, 2016

We set up a projector and computer at the holiday party for our Tourism networking group and showed several JibJabs with members and the party planning team. We even created some onsite by taking pictures with an iPhone as people came in the door. It was a big hit and lots of laughs to watch them.

Amazing customer service! Quick. Easy!

The $18 upfront is definitely worth it for an entire year of fun! Although it states $1.50 that's per month. I wasn't clear so as soon as the email was sent I cancelled as I didn't realize and did not have that money upfront in my account. They responded within a fee minutes and fixed it!

Competent, fair and fast.

I'd not been actively using JJ. So, when I received the notice that I'd auto-renewed, I emailed JJ and asked them to stop my auto-renewing choice.
Not only did they get right back to me but they also refunded my latest contribution.
No questions asked. Hard to find good customer service that JJ exhibited.

Got scammed
September 9, 2016

Saw the $1.50 sale they were having for a month. Was only planning on paying one month since I was using my debit card. Little to know they straight up took $18 for a whole year even though I planned for one month. Now cause of them I owe my bank $25. Don't recommend.

What a pain!

Constant scripting errors, no matter what browser Edge, or GC. Had to constantly reload the page or log out and in again for pages to load properly to finish creating the jibjab or for the page to operate correctly.
This happened on two different computers. Don't think it was any issue of the computers

Family Movie Fun

JibJab Christmas and winter videos I made were a big family hit. My granddaughter wanted me to make more, she enjoyed them so much. The videos really make you smile. They are very comical. I can't wait to make birthday videos during 2017. Thanks for making the faces and videos so easy to use.

Great Support!

I had a mysterious JibJab charge that appeared on my bank statement that I couldn't account for. Contacted JibJab and I got a really quick response. There was a problem finding a record of this transaction, but my support person diligently researched it and was terribly patient ( turns out, husband unknowingly created an additional account under his name...). Issue was resolved. I was really impressed with the fast response time, and the fact that the same support person was handling my case instead of multiple people handing off to each other. Fun site and wonderful staff.

LOVE JibJab!

Once I got the hang of adding faces it was a piece of cake to put together a really special birthday wish for a friend and she loved it! So tired of bad news and political stuff posted. JibJab is a great way to send upbeat messages and it's so much fun to personalize. And the cost to join is worth every penny!

Wish there were more cards I could Be in

Overall, I am satisfied. It's very easy to use and fun to watch over and over. A little disappointed there are not as many cards as I thought there would be that I could put myself into So I am hoping that more will come out in the year that I've paid for. A little too early to tell if I would do this year after year but for $18, I am not complaining

Received an immediate reply requesting more details which I sent. Low and behold it was finger trouble on my part and the problem was solved immediately. The service was terrific, many thanks.

Was only to complete two cards!

I was able to complete two cards successfully. And, although the recipient was thrilled with them, the process after that became difficult to send any more. Once I was able to cast my players, I could not get past that stage to complete and send the message. I put in a request for assistance and instead got an email giving me instructions on how to terminate the account. So, I did. I wanted to keep JibJab, but for the price, it was too much of a hassle to use. Also, the videos are rather outdated and need to more modern with better graphics. I can remember seeing some of these the first time I viewed JibJab and that was a while ago..

Very misleading pricing
December 29, 2016

After paying what I thought was only $1.99 I get an email from PayPal saying I have just paid $18 to JibJab for a subscription I had no idea I was signing up for, and then to realize this is an on going yearly automatic payment to say I was pissed off was an understatement. Stop advertising 1.99 when you are an $18 a year subscription service.
