Placed and online order with Joann Fabric. Receive a notification it was canceled. Placed the same order with another retailer and still got charged for the order that was canceled at Joann. Talked to a supervisor and they can't do anything about it because order was shipped. Unacceptable if I could do no stars I would.
I have been going to the Yulee Joannes fabric down here. I always 6 inches of different fabric never ever have I had a problem getting 6 inches the fabric. Today a manager who has waited on me many times tells me I can only get a minimum of 9 inches. I asked if it is a new policy and she said no. Well I choose not to go there anymore. The manager never been very social and definitely need to learn people skills.
I purchase a cric maker and it doesn't seem to cut anything and read the return policy and then i called the store Barbara said that she doesn't accept anything that has been open and that i can't return it and that it was already used i told her it has never been used because the Machine hasn't been able to work i tried and tried but it doesn't work. And i think it kinda Dumb and stupid that online they say i have to pay a $25 restocking fee and that won't be even able to do cuz the machine doesn't work so she cant take it back. And online says they will take it back with no hassle asked. So mad at this stupid policy that i will never shop at their stores again
Joanns online order with shipping took three weeks to ship. During that time I received two emails cancelling part of my order. Unfortunately for me one of the fabrics coordinated with another fabric which is supposed to be shipping. I don't have it yet.
Tried an online curbside order. Placed the order and received a response stating I'd be able to pick up in two days. On the second day I received an email stating that the order was delayed due to the pandemic. The next day unfortunately they had to cancel part of the order because the buttons were now out of stock. The rest of the buttons are finally ready for pick up today, five days later.
And I thought shopping in the store was bad. Too bad there aren't any other store options.
I had dropped off a picture to be framed and was told it would be 2 to 3 weeks to get it back. Well being close to Christmas and wanting to give it as a gift for Christmas I called for a status update. The young lady I spoke to did not need to be on the phone. She was speaking to me like I was her child and using the "I've already told you" tone, told me not to call back until they call us. Jo Anns customer service has gone down in my opinion and they dont want to be bothered with people asking questions. I will be taking my framing projects to Michaels in the future. I am not in the mood to be chastised by someone who is much younger than I am. I know that JoAnns is the only option to buy fabric in person and I wish they weren't.
My daughters and I went to Joanns in Belton MO. Linda the store manager refused to do a price adjustment. There were two of the same type of fabrics in the same area under the 60% off. Also Linda decided she wanted to raise her voice and argue her point in front of other customers. One customer said that the honored it for her. My question was why was the situation not handled and why was it not honored for me and my daughters? Worst experience EVER. What upset me the most was when she said what do you want me to remove the sign? Here I did it. Instead of honoring and fixing the signage.
Never got my order! Now I can't get in contact with anyone. Emailed cutomer service over a week ago with no response... tried to call and got message that I have to send an email! My order was placed 24days ago online, and I recieved a confirmation email with an order number that doesn't track. I understand things are different during this pandemic so I expected slow delivery, but expected to receive my order! If they can't handle the orders they should be closed like everyone else! My first and last time using Joann fabric... worst customer service ever (or should I say non-existent customer service!)
I ordered through Joann's new app. After not getting an email response to the order I contacted customer service to find out the status of my order. Turns out they have no record of it. Some how they managed to charge my card for the order, but have no record of the order. This is my last time shopping with Joanns. There is something seriously off with this company.
I ordered a fabric online that they said they had 25 yards + available... 20 different times and they canceled the order every time. I would go later and it would say in stock with 25 yards, I order 5, they cancel. Over and over. I even sat and refreshed the page and ordered in less than 1 minute after it popped up... again they canceled. They certainly don't want customers if they aren't willing to sell products.
The customer service is rude. They are a welp it's out of our hands have a good day and hang up the phone. They will not go out of their way for their customers. I placed a order on the app. It said it processed. Checked back and there was no history of my purchase at all or the gift card I used to purchase my products. When asked they said do you have the card number I replied no since I used the whole gift card on my purchase and threw it away. They said well that's not our problem and hung up. NEVER AGAIN WILL BE SHOPPING AT JO ANN. Hopefully they will be the next business to close. My 52$ somehow vanished and I got none of my products.
Why did I have to buy fabric in 6 yard increments if you were not going to ship it to me in 6 yard increments? Instead of large lengths of fabric that I could cut the large pieces that I need, half of this is in small lengths that I can't even use as I need.
I should have read the reviews and not ordered from this company. I ordered a cricut bundle over a month ago and have yet to have my order shipped. Over a month! This is ridiculous! They will never get my business again.
I placed a order for store pick up and they canceled my order and did not bother to email me to let me know. Then I ordered again and did shipping they canceled my order again with out sending me a email I will never order from this store again!
Their website permitted me to place an order. After a couple of weeks awaiting the arrival of my fabric, I checked my order status. Cancelled. No reason. No notification. No explanation. Or course, as with most businesses, COVID 19 is their go-to excuse. Well, after my order is cancelled, the same fabric is nearly doubled in price. Is this not price gouging? I even went to the BBB. Joann's offered to give me a refund if I ordered what I want and paid the higher price. They have the WORST customer service both online and in-store but they want me to trust them that when I pay nearly double for the same fabric that they will reimburse me the difference? And, no, I'm not making masks.
Originally placed order on 1/212/22 as a curbside pickup. My order was confirmed but it stated I would receive an email when ready. Never received anything. Started calling the store inquiring about it. They advised that they did not have it. On 2/10, I called the company. They cancelled the order and advised they would ship the items free of charge. I have now received 2 of the 3 items. It is now 3/30 and I still do not have the 3rd item. Their web site says it shipped. I kept asking and was advised once it shipped I would be notified. I finally called and spoke to Shiela, a supr. Who advised the item was cancelled when the order was placed because it was not in stock. If that is the case why does my order state that it shipped. She could not adequately answer other than the web site is wrong. So I will not be getting this item since I will not be shopping with them any more.
This website is beyond trash! It keeps giving me errors when THERES NOTHING WRONG! I went over and over everything and yet I cannot buy for in-store pickup. I've never had such a crappy experience when it comes down to it line ordering. I will never again try to order anything from Joann fabrics.
After having recently learned of some bad things which JoAnns clearly supports, I will now be taking every single bit of my business to Hobby Lobby. I was a big JoAnns fan, but no longer. Thank you, Hobby Lobby, for coming to my town. As for JoAnns, I hope you close. You support that which I detest.
Today I received the worst service ever. The male and female worker that was working today around 6:40PM was very rude and not helpful at all. I am aware that the store was closing in 20 mins. I only need some boning and neither workers were willing to help. The customer service I received deserves a ZERO!
I ordered a sizzix switch die cutter on Dec11 online sale. Normal over $300. On sale for $167. Ordered it paid with credit card. Expected it for a Christmas gift. On Dec 28, I contacted customer service. After 2 days of waiting for an answer, they told me due to overwhelming online orders, they canceled my order. I wonder how long I would have waited if I had not inquired. I'm disappointed, and seriously I'm thinking I will never shop Joann's again. This isn't the first time this has happened. Thinking Tim Holtz knew how Joann is treating people who buy his products are treated he'd stop dealing with this so called craft company.
I entered my online order with all correct information, but the website would not give me the bolt discount so I called customer service before I placed the order. After 3 different people the order was placed with discount on their side. They misspelled my street name and forgot the unit number. When I checked with FEDEX I got the street corrected, but because of the JoAnn system they could not add the unit number. 3 calls and emails later I'm driving to FEDEX to get my order.
Answer: I feel the exact same way. They cancelled an order I placed online and they never contacted me to tell me the order was canceled. I waited three weeks for an email to come pick up an item. I could have had this item 3 weeks ago from Michaels craft store. JoAnn's sucks!
Answer: Don't order anything from Joann. Go to a flea market or Hobby Lobby who gets your order correct and treats you by the Golden Rule. Joann is terrible and I am still waiting for a refund wherein they charged my account twice for the same order. Run!
Answer: Joann online are thieves and liars. We all need to get together to file a class action lawsuit against them for charging customers twice for the same order and then shipping wrong merchandise. This isn't an innocent mistake... it is planned. The only way to stop them is via a class action lawsuit.
Answer: Depending on which Joann store take your order. The reps are so untrained and very incapable of handling a simple online order at the Menomonee Falls Wisconsin location. They will cancel your order without your knowledge and when u call, they will tell u it will be ready by the close of business. It's, not ready than and when u call back they will say, it will be ready the next day. In all reality they messed up on purpose. ONLY IN MENOMONEE FALLS WI have I always experienced this type of treatment
