Exchange through mail

I mailed back a pair of shoes to be exchanged through mail since the shoes I ordered aren't available in the store. After 5 weeks of not hearing back, I contacted customer service and they told me they would give me an update within three days. 2 contacts and another week later I have still not heard back from anyone about my order. We paid $140 for these shoes. I am highly irritated and will NEVER make a purchase here again. I can only hope that I get a refund or my shoes or y'all will be getting another negative review from me until something is done.

Fake items sold here

This is te 4th pair of UGGS I purchased and returned to this store. I am so disgusted I thought that after the stupid people over the phone and the customer service in store that my item would come to me without issues but no they send me used UGGS or the Boots of the shelves...this bulls#!* needs to stop with these fake products. The oddasity of them putting a card sating hand picked by Rene Store1805...another freaking butt crack licker...this person sent me these shoes used worn fake...if I could close these stores down I would. Horrible horrible horrible

If I could give less than one star, I would.
I placed an order on March 14. One of the items was back ordered, and I wasn't advised of that…
Anyway, one pair gets delivered, I checked back and was told the back ordered item would ship by March 31. Great. Except it never shipped. I contacted then again, was told they don't have an eta on the back ordered shoes, so I requested a refund. I was told the charge would "fall off" in 3-5 days. It's been 2 weeks. I have reached out to them countless times, haven't gotten any response. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and they've stolen $125 from me. Do not order from Journeys.

Worst experience I have ever had online. First they charge me 2x the amount of the shoes. And proceed to tell me that's how it works 🤦‍ the put a hold apparently then charge separately and you get the hold back in 3-5 business days.(we will see fingers crossed.) and then the shoes come and they sent the wrong ones. Now I have to either go to journeys or fed ex to return the pair they messed up and I was double charged for before they send the other one out? And just hope my money goes back on. Btw the transactions were already cleared through the bank, so I'm sure I'll be calling again in 3-5 days. Wtf is wrong with this company? Never again! Don't do it!

Update on refund

I wanted to provide you with an update: After numerous problems, calls, and emails, when I initiated the process to take them to small claims court, they finally refunded my money.

I would rate 0 if I could. THEIR WEBSITE IS A SCAM! This is not a trustworthy company. From the multiple comments and reviews I later found for Journeys.com, it's clear this happens often, and I feel so stupid for not having looked it up before buying, just to save 10 bucks on a pair of Timberland boots. I got my order around February 20. The size was too small for me. As soon as I put the boots on, I realized they couldn't be used and asked to return them. I did. ONE MONTH AFTER MY ITEM WAS RETURNED, after I had to send MULTIPLE MESSAGES TO REMIND THEM ABOUT MY REFUND, they told me they couldn't refund my money because the item was damaged. THERE IS NO WAY IT WAS DAMAGED. I haven't even used it.
I'm sure they don't even know which item is mine—they might have even lost it themselves. That could explain why it took so long; it's like they're not keeping track of their items. Or worse—and this is also possible—since the item was in perfect condition, they just decided not to refund my money and keep the item themselves. With this terrible customer service and these reviews, I guess they have to scam hard to stay afloat. I asked for proof that my item was damaged, and of course, they couldn't provide any. I'm posting this review on as many platforms as I can. If they manage to resolve my issue, I will update all of them with a 5-star rating. But I already know they won't. If you don't see my 5-star rating here, it means they failed.

Not a happy customer

I have been shopping at this store for years now and I never had a problem. After purchasing this boot I now noticed that they are not the same boots but I paid $129 for it. They can't give me the boots I ordered because I don't have the receipt. This is not a problem for me to fix. I will never buy anything from Journey's again

To be avoided. Poor quality and horrible customer service. Dishonest and unprofessional
I bought men shoes in october (90$). After less than one month of unintensive use (1 or 2 days a week), lthe material of the shoes is torn in places. I contacted customer services to have a refund or a replacement. First, they ask few details like adress to help. But eventually after 3 weeks of recovery, they They indicate that there is no major defect even though the shoes are borderline good for the trash and it is more than 30 days after purchase. They therefore offer a $10 voucher to be used on a minimum purchase of $75... To be avoided, dishonest and unprofessional. Very poor quality products

Do not order from them. If your package gets shopped wrong they don't care they will charge u instead of stopping the delivery and returning the package and won't give u the product. They will send out separate packages for the items u placed in one order. Go to someone bigger and better for Christmas. I ordered 5 pairs of shoes they all were sent to the wrong address I tried to change it before delivery and manager was rude and would not stop them from being delivered. Five different tracking numbers and money gone don't buy from them.

Two right shoes!

I received my lemon ombre shoes extremely late and when I opened the box they were candy tie-dye and 2 right shoes. And then without warning, they refunded me my money, after stating the correct shoes were on there way. I received several updates about said shoes, that they would be arriving soon. This has been ongoing since January 18,2024. Customer Service just says sorry, have a great day. Probably the worst customer service experience I've experienced, they don't care, not that they should lose sleep over it, but offer something for the hassle you put me through. Just go to the store and buy them, save yourself the hassle.

Terrible shipping

I ordered one pair of shoes on 12/17. Order screen says they will be delivered in 3-5 business day. They are still not even shipped and it is 12/22. Now they won't be here in time. Nice of them to lie about that.

Awful!

Shoes didn't fit my son so I sent them back. It's been over a month since the shoes were delivered back to the company and I still haven't received a refund. Emailed customer service to be told the shoes were worn/damaged even though they were only TRIED ON. So I'll have to wait for a few more months I'm assuming to have my money put onto a gift card so I can be $#*!ed by this company again. I'll be surprised if they even send me the gift card 🤨 trash company will never order from here again! Have fun with my money you $#*!ing CROOKS!

I stood in journeys and waited with a converse shoe in my hand and no one greeted me or asked did I need help. I walked out then walked back in and still no greeting. I will definitely not be shopping here in the future.

I ordered shoes on December 31St, it's now 17 days later and I still don't have the shoes. After five phone calls they offered me a $10 off my $150 order!. But they still don't have the shoes. I was told I would receive the shoes in 3 to 5 days when I originally purchased every call I have made to them they will say they are going to expedite the shipping and send it overnight. I received no communication and no shoes. Now they told me I have to go back to the store to receive my refund, 17 days later. This is the worst company to deal with. Absolutely horrible. No communication was ever received, even though they told me every time they would let me know by the following day what the status of my order is. This has been a huge inconvenience.

I ordered online 2 pair of shoes and made payments through Klarna! Because the shoes was delivered but not to the correct home, they didn't want reimburse me my money or resend the shoes! Do not trust Journeys! Go personally to the store and buy the product! Don't do online purchases! The house they delivered was green and my house is blue! I paid them so it's not about the money! But I guess Journeys needs it more than me!

This is absolutely the worst company in the world NEVER order shoes from them ever again unless you want to get your package in over a month! You will be on hold for over an hour just to ask a simple question their customer service people are very rude and unhelpful at the same time. Worse experience of my life with them. DO NOT ORDER! Please take my word you will regret it, you'll thank me later. THE WORSE COMPANY! Customer service doesn't even deserve a 1 they are a 0/5.

Sales associate asked 5 different times wanting us to buy socks! I even explained that my granddaughter wears special socks but thanks! That didn't stop her. She went and got glow in the dark ones etc. She was too lazy to adjust her shoe strings so the shoes would tie better but she did want to sell us new shoe strings! Sad that you have a grown adult who preys on 6 year old little girls.

Worst Company ever!

Do not order from these guys folks!
They don't specify in the order procedure but once you pay they send you a confirmation email saying that it will take up to 25 working days to get your product, then they will over charge you. In my experience they charged an extra $10 in two pieces one of $7 and change and another one for over $2 then they say it's international charge that they have nothing to do with.
When I Finally receive the shoes From them they were the wrong ones and they kept bargaining with me about a refund and when I finally agreed after being tired of the endless email they said that it takes 28 business days to get the refund!
You better order from another reliable website but don't order from these guys!
I attached a photos of the charges the $79 was suppose to be originally $72 plus another charge of over $2.

So I just opened up my order that I got in the mail because they didn't have my shoe size in the store, to find scuff marks and dirt wedged on the bottom of the shoes. Like whoever packaged these didn't try to make them look new. They were just plain ole dirty. This is so unacceptable. I'm not even going bother with customer support and send these straight back to the store.

Shopping is horrible I ordered Sunday 3/1 it's now Friday 3/6 shipping that I chose was supposed to take 3-5 meanwhile I've contacted and it hasn't even shipped out. Another issue I ordered fluff yeah ugh slides which are $99.99 I had a coupon on deck $10.00 added the coupon to the order etc. and they charged 99.99 which I have contacted them and they still have yet to issue it back to my card but I've contacted today and it should be here "within 3-5 days" and my order I don't even know at this point very disappointed and Ive shopped here multiple times.
