I ordered a dress from them and when it finally arrived after 3 weeks it was too big. So the logical thing to do is exchange it, but when I tried it said I'm over my 30 day return policy wth! I sent them an email and finally heard back with the return label, but I had to pay shipping, came to $14 to ship it back again wth! Then I got an email to complete my transaction for the exchange and guess what…. I have to pay for shipping AGAIN, oh and the best part, I have to pay taxes on the $7.99 shipping, so it's over $8 to ship. Nope never again will I buy from joyfolie! This is not a way to build loyal customers.
I contacted Joyfolie with a question about their VIP free gift. I had placed an order several days before I had seen this offer. I was delighted to receive an immediate and personal response. I was even more delighted to hear that they were able to apply this promotion to my previous order. I felt this customer service was outstanding. I am so happy with this company's unique merchandise and my shopping experiences with them.

Before buying look up better business bureau. I ordered on 27 of nov. Realize if it was back ordered until nov 30. Which I understood. They did contact until dec 13 that the item wasnt available. I wrote a comment on Facebook got a response. After numerous emails. They said theyll exchange for another sweater. ( which on another website it was a lot cheaper with fast free shipping) they then said theyll give my daughter a purse as an apology. Well the purse was 8 my shipping was 11. I then emailed them wondering if the sweater will be there for Christmas the eve they havent replied.
This was my first order from Joyfolie, and I will never order from them again. I ordered multiple earrings on sale (meaning non-returnable), and almost all of them arrived broken and completely useless. Money down the drain.

I was excited to order dresses for my daughter and decided to go ahead and order the $75 gladiator sandals she'd been begging for as well. Turns out their sizing is WAY OFF - these shoes are way too small for her even though I ordered a 4Y thinking she would have a bit of room to grow. Tried to leave a product review on THEIR website and it defaulted to five stars when I hit 'submit' even though I had set it at 2 stars. That one posted immediately - tried to post another with the correct 2-star rating and it did not show up at all. Really unhappy with the amount I'll have to pay to return these when it's clearly their sizing charts that are way off... do not recommend.
I don't think I will ever shop here again. First time and last time. I have yet to hear back from customer service about help with my returns since my items do not match the quality shown in the photos they have on their website by a long shot. My Seraphina sweater came damaged (it's a chunky knit sweater and there were lines and poor knitting throughout the whole garment). The button holes on the Rehanne set were also machined so poorly the buttons would not fit through their holes without a struggle, I was afraid to rip it because the material is so mediocre. Also- their return policy is very strict and YOU have to pay the cost to return it which to me says STAY AWAY they're aware of what they're doing. Everything is Free People prices for Walmart quality.

My daughter picked out the pink kitty faux fur backpack for school, unfortunately there was a mix up and we didnt get our package, I contacted customer servive via email, i received a response immediately. We received our package and are extremely pleased with the backpack! DO NOT waste even 1 penny on this website! All the pictures look great on the website, but its the greatest scam in the world! The material is not even worth 5 cents to make. The clothes showed up flat and when finally I put it up on a hanger, its like I went to buy fabric from a store and sewed it together! DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT buy a single thing from this website! The dresses look NOTHING like the website pictures! I got 5 dresses for $200, waste of freaking money! All I can imagine is poor factory workers in China being beat up to sew together this clothes! Honest to God, I am donating these clothes to the homeless tomorrow! I wish I read these reviews before ordering! Please avoid this website at all costs!

Hi recently made a sizing error ordering my free monthly gift from Joyfollie. I contacted the team and they replied immediately. Provided me with a pre paid returns postage and offered to send the correct size for me free of charge.
