I purchased several dresses from Joyfolie and they were all very poor quality. Two of them had tears and nicks in the fabric and the other ones were very poor quality fabric and very thin. They were see through. They have horrible customer service and I am very unhappy with the company all together. They have been contacted and still have no resolution.
I ordered the perfect dress and had several questions regarding the material and fit before I ordered the dress. The customer service rep answered all my questions with ease.
I received the dress and it is exactly what the customer rep said it would be. Wonderful job all around for the company! Thank you so much.

I contact them with email, they responded immediately and solved the issue by sending me the right size dress with no charge with an extra gift a cute earrings for my daughter and asked me to keep the wrong size dress.
I'm in love with their service and for sure I'm going to buy from their website again.
You guys really need to get with 2019 for online retailers. You want a note with the return? You want customers to pay $8 to get the item, then pay $10 to return the items AND not give me my money back because I used a promo code on a full price item and got a few dollars off? It wasn't final sale. I will NEVER purchase anything from your store again once I have used my credit. I didn't change my mind. The size 14 sweater was huge and the size 14 overalls were skin tight. Your sizing is an issue and as a business I would think you would want customer satisfaction and loyalty. Beware if you buy something here you will not be able to return it for a refund.

We are always willing to look at the product you have received, especially if you feel the sizing of your items fall off of the sizing chart measurements we provide. I understand your frustration with additional costs involved with returns. There are many larger E-commerce businesses that can afford to have free returns; however, as a small boutique we do incur very high shipping costs and currently we cannot offer this service to our customers. We do attempt to extend discounts on merchandise to those customers who wish to take part in our promotional incentives. These incentives do provide a disclaimer stating those items purchased will then be offered a size exchange or store credit should you choose to return the merchandise. Everything about this company and experience was horrible and unprofessional. The quality was below average, customer service was way below average. Will never be using again.

I bought a dress from Joyfoliw, and while it was a beautiful dress, the zipper did not quite work, so I returned it. I returned it within the allowed time period, but they would not give me my money back, or rather they gave me store credit. When I inquired as to why, it is because I purchased the dress while it was on promotion (25% off). When I contested, they said I did not read the fine print, but I am a person that usually reads everything in detail. This return policy is horrible, and I thus I would not recommend purchasing from Joyfolie, as I am very dissatisfied.

Just received my very first Joyfolie order and I'm absolutely obsessed! I ordered a pair of boots and a dress for my daughter and a pair of boots, a dress and a shirt for myself. I am beyond impressed by the labeling, tags and packing of the items and I am as equally impressed at their quality. The tags even have these beautiful rhinestone charms on them that I will keep! The attention to detail is quite impressive. All too often we spend money on things that are cheap and see through These clothes are nothing like that. I cannot stress enough how much I was blown away and excited to open each item. I feel like my hard earned money was so well spent and I can't wait to wear my new things! This is officially my new favorite store and I can't wait to place my next order!
I ordered clothes for my daughter from JoyFolie for the first time and it will be my last. While the styles are absolutely adorable the quality is lacking even for the sale price. I ordered 2 sets of PJs which were see through when held up to the light with 2 layers of material. (Not appropriate for a 12 year old.)
The robe is super cute but for the price I expected it to be velvety soft which it is not, it's not rough per se it's not soft either, It's meh.
I will not be returning these items because I do not want a store credit (bought everything on sale) and don't want to have to pay shipping cost for return. I failed to read the return policy.
I will still give these items to my daughter for a Christmas gift and she will love them... I just feel they are way overpriced for the quality. I don't mind paying for a good quality item just not a premium for sub par materials.

Seriously. Read it VERY carefully. It's ***VERY*** limited. If you think you might return something, do NOT use ANY discount codes or buy ANYTHING on sale. The whole thing is actually rather scammy and incredibly disappointing. It also looks as if their team consists of mostly interns and the founder admits to having no business acumen (per About Us page). Listen, if a company can't afford to run a proper business without taking advantage of staff and customers, it shouldn't be in business.
