Seriously. Read it VERY carefully. It's ***VERY*** limited. If you think you might return something, do NOT use ANY discount codes or buy ANYTHING on sale. The whole thing is actually rather scammy and incredibly disappointing. It also looks as if their team consists of mostly interns and the founder admits to having no business acumen (per About Us page). Listen, if a company can't afford to run a proper business without taking advantage of staff and customers, it shouldn't be in business.
I choose the Aniya dress in cream floral to celebrate my anniversary, I am very happy with the style, its has a romantic and elegant look to it. The fabric is soft, for being a long dress it is lightweight, although the fit is very flattering and the slit is my favorite detail of the dress, I will have to alter it's length since I am 5'3.
You mail to ship it back PLUS you pay to exchange it. NO NO NO NO.
They have no system to return or exchange. You have to HAND write a note, they don't guarantee you can get the correct size back. They don't even back a return label. You have to do everything yourself.
DO NOT MAKE MY MISTAKE. Their customer services SUCKS.
Dresses are overpriced unless on sale. They site small boutique business, what BS.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I would give NO stars if I can. Worst customer service ever. The package of my order is lost and they refused to do anything. I paid $35 for overnight shipping and the order was never received. I emailed their customer service and all they do is the reply with cut and paste answers from their website. They claim they are not responsible for lost package. Why should I? I was not able to initiate an investigation with Fedex because I am NOT the shipper. My order was placed with a gift card so I am not able to dispute the charge. So here I am suffered $90 lost for nothing.
I LOVE the styles of this brand. Everything is modest, feminine, and beautifully simple. I have ordered 3 items over the last 6 months for my 11 year old daughter; two dresses and a top/bottom set. Here are my complaints.
~Sizing is far off the mark. My daughter should fit into their size 14 according to the measurements provided, but everything has been 2-3 inches too long.
~Sewing is sub par: Threads threads threads everywhere. Loose threads come off the hems, off the unfinished edges. She does not wear these items for heavy play. These are essentially church clothes. I wash them alone, on delicate, in a mesh bag. The fraying around ALL of the hems is atrocious. Her one top has an unfinished edge around the hood and it is coming apart like a sweater thread being pulled. Holes form easily in the material.
~My #1 complaint: the return policy of this company is absurd. Unless you purchase something at full price, there is no return. You must take store credit... after paying to ship the item back... after having paid to have it shipped to you. Even if you buy full price, to exchange you PAY to have it shipped back and have the new item shipped to you. These are not cheap items. With the shoddy craftsmanship and poor exchange/return policy I won't be purchasing anymore items from Joyfolie.

I bought 3 dresses for myself and my 2 daughters to try on for fall pictures using a 10% off coupon and costing 300$. All 3 ran large and upon trying to return they say that they cant refund bc A coupon used, then even starinf thwy could take the 30$ discount out and keep the $ they still arent allowinf. How ridiculous.

Ordered a girls dresses in 2 sizes to see which fit my daughter the best. I went to return the larger one and exchange the one that fit for another color and I had to pay to ship them back and then pay for shipping again to have the new one sent for me. They would not honor the promo code that was used in the orginial order and I would not be refunded for the other dress since using a promo code is considered a sale item. I am disappointed that after purchasing 2 flower girl dresses and 2 flower crowns they would not honor a refund of one dress. I do not feel confident purchasing from here again and would not reccomend them.
I have recently discovered Joyfolie site as I was looking for a dress for my upcoming trip. I ordered a dress, but when it has arrived and ended up being too tight in the arms area, so I wanted to return it for a refund. When I contacted customer service they told me that I can only get store credit, because I have use the coupon for my order and it considered final sale. I was not happy about it, but did as I was asked. Once I got back from my trip and received my store credit minus return shipping I placed a new order with some other items since I didn't need the dresses any longer and it took me time to find something instead of the dress I thought I could use, only to find out the these items are huge in size and horrible quality. I contacted customer service again in hope that I can return these items for a refund, because there is absolutely nothing I like on there website at the moment to exchange my items too. And they responded with the same general message that it is there only return policy and they only can do store credit for me. Horrible. So basically there is no customer service whatsoever, just general message about info I already know. No resolving of a problem in reality. Now I am stuck with another return and store credit minus return shipping fee. I wish I would have read reviews before my purchase as I would have never done this mistake.

Purchased the Saoirse hoodie in cream for my niece. It is super soft and perfect for her to wear as she enters kindergarten. It looks so cute on her and she loved modelling it for the family. True fit for size 6.
