I was using a gift card that I had received and when I hit pay it went to my credit card instead. Within seconds I contacted the company only to find out you could only connect through email. I tried numerous times and then finally received a response saying oh well too late. It's an automated response. Unfortunately, they got me another time for this and now they got me again. Buyer beware.
We started a little rough but once we set-up good communication, the company was wonderful to work with. The dress I had ordered was lost in the mail. The replacement dresses arrived quickly and are beautiful. I would order from this company again.

I purchased 2 dresses for a wedding. The dresses were kept folded in my closet on the top shelf. Each dress was tried on twice.
The wedding was canceled. We had no use For the dresses, they were mad ugly anyway. I sent them back for a return waited over 2 weeks.
First inquiry I was told we didn't receive your return.
Second inquiry while sending proof with my tracking number that they on fact did receive my returns!
They gave me store credit for 44$ for 2 dresses?
Telling me the dresses were damaged? HOW? They literally sat in my closet and were tried on twice
Well then it was... they are past the 30 day return policy and that's why you only get this amount!
This company is horrible!

I was looking for a special occasion dress for both my daughters and I. Went I went to google and typed mother/daughter dresses, Joyfolie came up. As soon as I went on the sight, it asked me to spin a wheel for a discount. I was thrilled to "land on" a 30% discount. The total for 6 dresses (2 options for each of us) was $383 WITH the 30%. None of the dresses worked and the quality was very poor for the prices. So, imagine my shock when I went to return them and I CANNOT. I can only get store credit because I used the discounted code. Not only do I not have dresses that work and I still have to purchase something, now I am stuck with the company to the tune of almost $400.

I was intrigued by their beautiful clothing and the offering of a summer sale. As a first time customer, I carefully read their sizing and ordered 3 pieces. Two items did not fit my body shape correctly, the third was not as vibrant as photographed. When I went to process a return, I discovered, 4 clicks deep, the following return policy:

So my first time purchase, tempted by their astonishingly good sale, basically bit me in the butt as I cannot return for refund. Not really interested in a store credit, as companies who bury their policies so deeply and whose policies don't really reflect industry standards don't deserve my money.

You don't want to order from this store. It took 12 days to get my order. The pictures look nice but hard to see how something will fit on you with some of the weird poses the models are doing. Unless you look like those models the clothing won't fit you the way u may expect. Be fore warned that if anything is on sale in anyway you will not be getting a refund to your credit card. You'll Be stuck with the items or before us to pay for return shipping to get some thing else would you also can't Try-on which also may not fit properly. Do yourself a favor and order from a store that either has a brick and mortar or allows real returns if needed. It feels like you're ordering from a tiny team of people working out of the garage. There's no phone number, emails take time to respond to, any responses although pleasant, are not remotely helpful. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I purchased these dresses for my daughters for a photo shoot and they did not fit. I needed them in a hurry so I re-ordered the dresses (planning on simply returning the dresses from the first order) in different sizes and paid for expedited shipping so that we would have them in time. Unfortunately, Joyfolie has a ridiculous policy that items purchased with a discount code are not eligible for refunds only exchanges or store credits. I'm not looking for anything more than what I paid (minus shipping). It doesn't seem right that customers are penalized for taking advantage of sales/coupons when something needs to be returned for a refund. This is super disappointing to me especially since I paid almost $50.00 for shipping between the 2 orders. In addition, one of the dresses (original price $148 on the website) was defective with incomplete stitching on the bottom tier. I was expecting better quality and customer service. I cannot recommend purchasing from Joyfolie.
