They sent me a damaged product and refused to sent me a full refund even after promising. They are liars and scammers. The worst company I've had the misfortune of every buying from!
Beware if you are ordering for an occasion. They sit on the order for quite a while before it "ships" and then it sits for many days before it's actually on its way. Missed our Bat Mitzvah date for a gift due to this. I would have purchased a gift elsewhere had I known.
Ordered Granalix GranaGard omega 5. Waited almost a month. Horrible response and interest in finding order. Asked to send a new order, heat would effect the efficacy of the product. Shimi would get back to me in in 24 hrs. With search results. Shimi never did, he just closed ticket. Told me that it would take much longer for me to get a refund by charging back to my credit card. Then waiting for them.

Purchased an absolutely gorgeous Magen David necklace. Exceeded expectations. It took about a week before it shipped, but then it was shipped DHL and arrived much faster than I expected. I only wish the chain was a little sturdier so I could wear it every day.
I purchased an item of clothing. It was a little expensive, but purchased because it was original. The purchase was over four weeks ago and have not receive the item. When I contacted the seller they just said check with the post office. I assume the item is at the post office they would tell me.

Although I was satisfied with the product that I ordered, I was very dissatisfied with customer service. I paid a significant amount of additional money to have the item delivered by a particular date that was important due to a family visit. I understood from the website that the item would arrive within 3-6 days, which it did not. When I contacted customer service, they said the number of days on the website indicated the number of days for the item to ship, not for it to arrive. The website did not specify whether the number of days was ship or arrival date, but based on my prior experience with online ordering, I expected it to be the arrival date. They were unapologetic and made no accommodation. I would not use this store again.
They advised me they had everything in stock except for one item to be made. I have received two orders and requested a refund on the rest that had not shipped. They start going back and forth with excuses. There is no answer on the phone number listed on their website. I am asking for a refund and hoping to get one. It appears they are just a website with a service department and almost everything they offer looks like actually comes from other companies. With the BDS movement against Israel you would think they would be grateful and honest with those of us who are trying to support Israel!

I purchased a Necklace and paid for 7-14 business days shipping. 40 days later they shipped it. Then the shipping company wanted $30.74. I already paid for shipping. I filled a complaint with PayPal. I'm very upset.

You emailed me a coupon code after I made a purchase. When I attempted to apply it to a new order, the order went through without the discount. The code didn't work. I emailed you immediately and received an email stating that a service ticket had been created and I would hear from you soon. I never heard anything more. I emailed you again with another explanation of the situation and this was also ignored.
I ordered a mezuzah and was charged but told it was back ordered. I waited three months but never received it. I emailed you again and was informed the piece was no longer available and I was issued a refund. These issues have impacted my confidence in your service although the items I have purchased have been very satisfying. There should be some ability to call you when these things happen, especially since my emails have been largely ignored.

Beautiful gift items. Although I was nervous about receiving them on time, since I chose regular shipping, I got everything perfectly and also in time. One item was a gift for Pesach, and it was happily received and used at the seder.

NEVER buy from this company. I was so excited to receive my new, beautiful menorah as my Hanukkah present from my mom. Upon lighting the first night candle, I melted the wax at the bottom of the candle to stabilize inside the large holes. The Shames is close to the back artistry and burned the entire art work, then melting the candles all over the bottom of the menorah, which led to having to rip my menorah off the glass piece it was on top of to reduce wax on the counter, which tore off a foot. Rather than replacing the customer service agent Shimi said it was a user error. I have used several menorahs in my 30 years of life and have had no difficulty before. Terrible quality and customer service. Never use this company, you will be extremely disappointed and your money will be wasted.

Do not use this site. They put blame on customers rather than taking care of them. Poor quality and poor customer service

After reviewing the communications you had with our Customer Service Representative, you stated that you had melted wax to "stabilize" this is not safe and led to the issue of burning the menorah. This is infact a case of user error and we are not responsible for the damage that was caused.
I just read previous reviews and totally agree with them.
This store is the shame to all Jewish people.
The customer service is horrible. I ordered tallit for my son few months in advance. They lied about everything. They didn't have it in stock and lied that they going to get it any day. After a month they admitted that they don't have it and offered to buy different one with 20% discount. It took a long time to get the tallit, but they never returned the difference in money. They sent email to me with transaction # and the day, but it was a lie. At the end they said I own them the money! The worst part of dealing with this business, they are pretending to be very nice with you, but they are very dishonest!
The customer service and transparency of this website is terrible. The product I ordered said 2-4 days shipping. I got the most expensive option because I needed the product for a birthday. After 3 days, I noticed the part hadn't even shipped. Customer service never answered the phone and they took days to respond to emails where I am urging them to rush my product. I am going to be out of town when the product arrives. Hopefully the product quality is not as $#*!ty as the customer service.

I wish I'd read these reviews first... I ordered two items on 30 January from Judaica WebStore as a Bar Mitzvah gift. The delivery was due in 2 weeks. At the end of February I realised they hadn't arrived. Phoned the store. The response was a lackadaisical 'oh yes, we have indeed not sent them and in fact they're out of stock'. No apology, no embarrassment, nothing. The only redeeming feature is that they did refund my payment. Wouldn't touch them again.
I ordered 4 t- shirts from this site and they charged my card but never sent the items. I emailed them 4 times and have gotten no response.

Made a purchase online with Judaicawebstore valued at over $600! I Sent an email requesting confirmation of shipment and received a reply stating that they have too "call" me to confirm my order... what stupidity... they took the money yet they want to call me from isreal to the USA (9hr time difference) just to ask me if it was "me" who made the purchase... lol! No wonder the State of Isreal is in so much turmoil... lying and deceitfullness... all for the LOVE of the shekel! They will never learn. They can't learn! History is doomed to repeat itself for the Jew. So sad!
I'am so disappointmented... A week after placing my order and paying $19 dollars to have my item delivered faster, I hadn't received any information about it. I had to initiate contact, and was told that my package would be dispatched by the end of that week, what would make about 10 days just for the item to leave the warehouse. I just asked for a refund, hopefully I won't take a month to get it processed.

I placed an order for two mezuzahs as wedding presents and got an email that my order was processed and I would receive confirmation it shipped within 7-10 days. After not hearing back in about three weeks I emailed customer service who asked I give them another week. After a couple weeks of not hearing back I followed up again. I was told my order could not be processed and instead I should pick another mezuzah (nothing was offered due to the inconvenience including an apology which would have been nice). I asked me for my money back and got my money back 10 days later.
I ordered 2 Edom beauty products (Dead Sea Beauty Cosmetics) from the website, since I would rather order it online instead of buying it at retail price in the stores at twice the cost. Ordered it online, and I ended up paying $4-$5 more than the price because of currency exchange which was fine. The order was suppose to be shipped at my house within 7-14 days after placing my order. It was a nerve wrecking and LONG wait, but it was satisfying when I finally received it. I got my items in 10 days and it wasn't so bad. The only thing I recommend for JudaicaWebstore so far is to make sure that the lids of the cosmetics to be closed and sealed properly BEFORE shipment, and to provide a tracking number the moment that the order has been made.
Overall though, I'm pretty much a happy customer. :)
What is Chutzpah - Blaming the customer for a bad address (which was correct based on the automated post order email reply) written on a parcel (which was returned to the merchant. Never making it to the end customer) and then having the CHUTZPAH to ask the customer to write a positive review of the experience.
I try not to bad mouth my own people Israelis/Jews... but customer service has never been our strong suit. The only reason this got resolved is because I had my credit card company dispute it. Israelis need to stick to hi tech, software, telecoms, defense weaponry, heath care/drug innovations, Amba, Zkhug, borekas... not this. I am giving them two starts as there is a lesson to be learned here.
