They sent me a damaged product and refused to sent me a full refund even after promising. They are liars and scammers. The worst company I've had the misfortune of every buying from!
I ordered, paid for and received email confirmation for a Seder Plate on 11th March 2022 as a gift for Pesach. The email confirming shipping arrived on 21st March, 10 days later. When the item hadn't arrived in early April, I spoke with the Jerusalem store and was assured not to worry. The tracking website gave no useful information whatsoever except to show that the Seder Plate had sat in a courier's warehouse in Holland for 2 weeks. Needless to say the beautiful Seder Plate arrived on 16th April - 5 weeks after being ordered and the day after Seder Night. A week later and the tracking website still shows it as pending delivery!

I've placed my order on 10/10/2012. Have not seen it yet, it's been almost a month. Paid with pay pal and the website is showing that there is still money due even though they said that they shipped the item and provided me with the tracking number which is not very informative, just tells me that some item left Israel on 10/28/2012! THIS IS A TRAP! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Bought the king solomon sandals. They were way too big. If you purchase these buy a size smaller. Does not look like the picture. Would never purchase these again.

Your website did not make note of the 4-6 day processing time at any time during checkout, and your shipping policy isn't even written in standard English. (In English, "availability" is not used as "processing time").
A reasonable person looking at shipping times on a website follows logical standards, considering the shipping time, not adding an extra seven extra days so that the product can be shipped. If it takes you an extra 4-6 business days, you should amend the shipping time for that option to 6-10 business days.
Regardless of this, I inquired about the status of my order before it was shipped, specifically pointing out that the only reason I paid express shipping was because I assumed it would get here within a week, and also asking to refund the express shipping (and ship it normally).
I do not appreciate how you continued to send it via express shipping, wasting money.
Unfortunately, unless this is rectified, I do not think I will be purchasing from you again.

I tried to buy a gift card. The website told me payment was refused so I tried again, and again,... Five times I was charged after five times being told the payment was declined and the recipient never received the gift card. I contacted the store and after nearly a week still have no reaction. Shame, shame. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS!

I had ordered the candlesticks as a group gift for my daughter's shower, which had to be postponed along with her wedding due to Covid 19. Also, because of the virus, I have been temporarily laid off from work and am living on a very tight budget, as many people are these days. Since the candlesticks were $700 CAD, and I had paid for them in advance of the upcoming shower, expecting to be reimbursed, I requested that I be allowed to return them without a 15% restocking fee due to these extenuating circumstances. I was willing to pay the shipping charge back to Israel, and I would reorder them again next year. They suggested I keep the candlesticks since I would have to pay for shipping again next year and I was told that they would not accomodate my request to waive the restocking fee. I was disappointed that this company, under these circumstances, did not have more compassion and understanding of the situation. My daughter had chosen many items for her registry from JudaicaWebstore.com and she has now removed them and will shop elsewhere. We don't want our guests to have any more issues with these thieves!
Sorry you feel that way, a restocking fee is not thievery. The issue is that our supplier does not accept these items back, so we cannot afford to bear the full loss.
I have been very pleased with everything that I have purchased from JudicaWebStore. My last purchase was an IDF Coffee Cup. As I drink my coffee in the morning, I think of the brave men and women that I met while in Jerusalem. Without JudicaWebStore, I wouldn't have this cup. I ordered a Father's Day Gift on June 9th and even paid for the EMS (global/express 2-4 business days shipping) and it's Father's Day, June 19th and I have no gift for my dad. I haven't even received my shipping order email so I can tract the order. I should have read the reviews before I made the purchase. I had no idea, this was my first time using them. So disappointed! I have already sent an email to their customer service but haven't heard back from them yet. TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! I'm never using them again!
I have ordered things red string bracelets from Judaica webstore for years and they usually fall apart fast but they were so pretty I kept ordering. Until the last one I ordered was the wrong size. I returned it exactly according to their instructions. It was sent by air and arrived in Israel in 3 days. A month later I asked them and they said they hadn't received it. I told them it went to Tel Aviv and my post office in the U.S. said that was where it went. Ben, who I was told to return it too, then said, oh, that is our sorting center, we should receive it shortly. Another month went by and they still stopped responding altogether. I advise anyone NOT to trust them. A lot of items are inferior and the ones that look good, are very expensive. If you ever return anything do not expect to get it back. They tell you what the actual value is and then they expect you to insure it and get your money back that way. The insurance is often more than it costs for the item, shipping back and forth, it isn't worth paying for. Don't trust them.
