I do enjoy justfab, I have had some of my items sent to me others I have not which is upsetting at times. Being a member is great for the price we pay. However missing items just takes the cake for me
So I was browsing through facebook and I saw an ad for fall boots from justfab. It said for first time customers you can pick any pair of boots for $9.99 so I looked through the selection and picked the ones I wanted and paid for them. The total came out to be $14.96. Well come to find out, in order to get that 9.99 deal you have to be a VIP member but nowhere did it ask me if I wanted to be a VIP member or the regulations of being one. So, with me now being a VIP member, it automatically takes $40 out of my account every single month. I called and canceled and the lady was pushy and I had to speak with two different ladies before I could cancel because they would do everything they could to scam me some more. Just save yourself the hassle.
Just Fab never disappoints. They have the latest styles and with 2 teen daughters if I cannot find something for myself, I know I can always find something for them from accessories, to shoes and all the greatest fashions with unbelievable selections.

When you look at the coats on the models, they always look average. But when you order them in larger sizes, the depth of the arm pit is way too big, so it makes you look like you're wearing your mother's coat.

It was a good experience I would recommend it to everyone to at least give it a shot. Beautiful styles great prices up to date styles. One shoe is prettier than the next array of all colors sizes styles lengths of heel.

I ordered a pair of tennis shoes and gladiators. They were as described. The gladiators are a little bit rough to get into, but I love the style. Will just need to get them laced up to match my feet and legs.

I had been eyeing a few of your coats/jackets when... poof!-I scored the Cinched Utility Jacket (Camo!), the Wrap Front Double Knit Coat (RED!), and the fabulous Brocade Double Breasted Blazer. I am in love with all three of them, and in each for it's hot self.

I am sorry but when a company's customer service can not properly understand why I have not recieved the item and I just keep getting told to wait on the line. A 5 minute phone call was turned into a 22 minute phone call because the representative that spoke poor english kept saying wait stay hold when I had been waiting. We confirmed my address like seven times it did not change from the first time. They are not even worthy of one star. You do not tell your customer to sit, wait, etc when you have to reconfirm everything seven times. I am sorry but you have to be more polite while giving customer service on the phone.
I am no longer a VIP subscriber to this website for a few reasons. The main reason is that anytime I need to do a return, I do not get reimbursed for the purchase nor do I get store credit for a different purchase. It's robbery, I return their merchandise yet, I never receive cash or credit for doing so. I'd rather not do business with criminals.

I ordered the Teigarhorn boots! The quality is outstanding. The price was right too! This is my first time buying from this site. They are lovely and warm. Full of fur. Total scam! Bought a pair of shoes for my daughter for Christmas and was unaware that I had signed up for some VIP thing which took £35.00 out of my account every month unless I clicked 'not this time ' or some such drivel. Once I discovered money had been removed from my account and go on the phone to stop this so called membership! After ages talking to someone, I got absolutely no where. They tell you that you get an email to warn you that you can cancel their offers but I have not received one. Today is the 1sr of Feb and I should have received one, but no, I have gone into their website to click the cancel box and now have been on the phone to my card company to cancel my card to stop them from removing any more money from my account. Disgusting company. Don't touch with a barge pole!
This company took a 126.00 out of my account for VIP member ship, for kidfab, and another 39.95 for something else and I have $25 overdraft fee. Im so mad I cancel everything. I had bill to pay today like my electric bill and internet bill I hope they don't cut me off.

Awful costumer service that literally sounds like every word is being read from a script, literally will not help you and dodge your questions.
They will take 39.95 out of your bank account every month with no way of getting it bak, the shoes look cute but are awful. Cheap materials, uncomfortable and not the same as the pic online.
Literally dislike everything about justfab and its practically a scam so be very careful.
I din't receive my notice of an impending charge to my account more than once. I ended up with 3 credits which they refused to refund. After much discussion, they agreed to refund 2 credits and assured me the chargeback would go through within a week. It never has. I would've signed back up after my money situation improved if they hadn't cheated me. The $80 they held onto cost them $100 of dollars in profits from me. I tell everyone about how they treated me. I'm considering a call to the Better Business Bureau if I can't resolve this and I am going to post about it on every site I can find.
Had hundreds of dollars in "my account". Anytime I ever selected anything that I wanted to purchase, it was never in stock. Even when 1 item out of 11 was available, when I got to the shopping bag, it said that my credit card would be charged for the order. The site would not let me change my credit card information. I called in and the representative hung up on me when I asked why my credit card would be charged. (No, I wasn't yelling or cursing). It is by far the worst website experience I have ever had. I believe the performance issues are intentional so that customers can't use their accumulated funds. No order # - the system would not let me order without charging my card.

I've been loving these shoes! The colors are fun, and they're surprisingly good quality. My only two hang ups are that the bottoms are soft and slippery, so I just bought those non-skid shoe bottom sticker things, which has worked great. Also, the sizing is inconsistent. My first haul, I bout in my size 7.5 and they all fit. My second haul, the 7.5s were too big, so this time I ordered 7s and they are too small. So far exchanges have been fine, but they take a little while. Overall I'm enjoying it.
Yes, JustFab has a weird business model that's obviously meant to get money from you when you forget about your subscription. But if you know what you're signing up for that shouldn't be an issue.
Here's the real problem - these shoes are UGLY. They style and photograph the shoes to make them look nice, but when you actually get them in the mail they are sooooo cheap-looking and uncomfortable. All of the "discounts" they give you are such bs. The shoes are only worth 20 bucks to begin with, don't pretend like it's some great deal.

The delivery system does not work. There is no check as to who is receiving the package. This is the second time that I order something and it is given to just anyone without checking if it is me or not. I am worried to make another purchase with JustFab because it is the only online store where I have a problem like this. Any other purchase I make at any other retail store, I receive it with no problem.

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.

He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
