Received a substitute from the original order. I was not happy because your site advertised one price but I was contacted and told I would have to pay and additional $ 35.00 for that item. I will not be using your site in the future.

Never order anything from justflowers.com! Their customer service is awful. Order flowers to be delivered on Monday, they weren't delivered until Tuesday and then they were left on the front porch when the temp was 0°. They are refusing to give me my money back.

I placed my order on 01/23/25. I ordered early enough in the day to get same day delivery. It was NOT delivered until 01/27/25. I was told due to climate issues that it was delayed. I live not 5 miles from the delivery address and yes, we did have some cold weather, but the daytime temperatures were between 30 and 45 degrees, so I don't understand that excuse. I paid almost $18 for delivery and when I did get in touch with customer service on Monday the 27th as was told the reason for the delay and that I would get a $5.00 credit on the account on which was paid and I am STILL waiting on that. This will be the LAST order with JustFlowers and I will not recommend to anyone who asks about floral needs.

My husband and I ordered flowers for my mother-in-law's special milestone birthday. We ordered it a few days before the actual delivery date. Today was that milestone birthday and specified delivery date. We never got confirmation of delivery nor had my mother-in-law received the flowers. We had to call and then get a call back to confirm the flowers did not get delivered. This is very disappointing and not very professional.

I ordered a beautiful poinsettia for my son in law in the hospital. When it arrived, my daughter said it was beautiful and he appreciated it so much. It was delivered on the day I requested without any problem. Thank you so much. I will order from you again when the need arises.
I had to battle for a refund from you people and still I believe you take no responsibility. I ordered flowers based on an ad you emailed. The ad stated you could deliver by Christmas. The email I got from you said you could not deliver what I ordered and was a substitute ok. I said that would be fine. It was getting late in the day on the 24th and I called you to verify the delivery. I was told, sorry but we will deliver on the 26th. As I told you, you people told me the arrangement would be delivered on the 24th, I did not tell you. You couldn't ever call or text that it would not be delivered as promised. I then had to battle to have the order cancelled and get a refund. That is exactly how this came down and I'm still not happy about it.

I paid for express delivery and was given a time and the flower were not delivered till 3pm on the 8th of Jan. Also the picture that was provided was not was delivered
The recipient sent me a photo of the flowers and they looked nice. I was just shocked by the exorbitant delivery fee - more than half the cost of the arrangement.
My order was never delivered to the final destination. The bill was over $100.00. What are you going to do about this issue?

Our system shows the order was delivered, and the florist hasn't told us there was a problem with delivering your order. We must first verify the delivery status before beginning the cancellation/refund process. We will contact the florist ASAP, and will subsequently contact you with the resolution of your refund/cancellation request.
Easy To Order, Quick To Receive. A very nice arrangement but the white flowers could have been a bit fresher, they seemed a little wilted around the edges.

Due to the location of the recipient, it was difficult to locate an available florist. It was frustrating, for me, but the customer service operators were helpful, polite, and supportive of my frustration. Do NOT use Just Flowers! They are scammers and thieves. I ordered an $85 USD arrangement for my mother (who lives in Canada) to be delivered for Christmas and the day before delivery they messaged me and said the local company where she lives is out of stock with the flowers I chose and asked if I'd like them to send "wrapped flowers" instead as that's all they had. Considering it was for Christmas the next day, I agreed and they did indeed send wrapped flowers which had a price tag still on them that said "$25" My mother thought Safeway had sent them for some reason because the card I asked for didn't even make it into the flowers. I asked that Just Flowers refund "the difference" in cost of the two items and I was told that the local retailer says it was a bunch of equal value… $25 CAD is nowhere close to equal value ($85 usd equals $123 cad). They said they would give me a $15 credit instead but won't refund the rest of the money. Just Flowers has just made a cool $68 bucks ($100 cad) off me for doing nothing. Beware, this company is scamming people out of their money.

ROZANNE, there is only one local shop in that remote part of Texas and their service is extremely limited. As requested, you were already issued a full refund on 12/11/2024.

I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
