I just purchased a round trip ticket five minutes ago. The screen showed United air both ways. The return flight time departed at 2:00 pm
After paying, i received a departure of 6:00 am on Delta.
Departing at 6:00 am does not work for me.
So now i'm stuck on hold trying to change or cancel this ticket.
If Justfly claims the right to sell different departure times and change the airline without informing the client, then forget about using this site.

My wife tried to order tickets for us. She somehow made an error but did not realize it until the flight was booked. We called immediately to change. They would not change and charged a fee to cancel even though it had been minutes since we'd ordered. We fly often but will NEVER use this site again EVER!
This is by far the worst scam of a company. They booked me a round trip flight that had two checked bags included on my departure flight and 1 checked bag on my return trip. They use cheap airlines such as condor which makes matters worse. It ended up costing me an extra 280 dollars for 1 extra luggage. Imagine taking your items to a foreign country with the baggage fees included and being asked to pay extra to take them back home. Pay the extra money and use a reputable travel agency.
P. S not to forget it took me 5 days and over 14 hours of conversations to change my flight. Their slogan should be, if you want to spend your vacation on hold with justfly customer service, book with us.
Excellent service, unexpectedly low Price, ease of use, no complaints at all, would recommend to my friends and family and use again if needed. This has not been the first time that I have used justfly.
Had to cancel my flight from Edmonton to Phoenix. Bottom feeding scum suckers charged more for cancellation fee than ticket was worth. Last time I use them and my 1500 friends on Facebook are being informed.
Everything works well, and quickly. My only complaint was that, when being transferred to an airline's site, not once did I get the price listed on just fly. I'm sure this is the airline's fault, however. If you need a last-minute flight, what can you do?
I had a couple of issues:
1. The Justfly booking process doesn't allow for Frequent Flier or Mileage Program account numbers. So I called the *******015 number to ask about it. I was transferred to Customer Service where I waited 20 plus minutes! That's too long. Justfly's site should be updated to include the above so there's no need to call.
2. The DAY AFTER I booked my flight, Alaska advertised $59 each way for Portland trip in August. If only I waited a day. Now I'm waiting yet again on Justfly's 800 number. I'll probably have a 30 minute wait. It's strange how the recording says, there are 10 calls ahead of you. Then, a few minutes later, there are MORE than 10 callers ahead of you. What happened to basic queueing?
I'm afraid I won't use JustFly ever again.
Had to attempt to purchase flight multiple times. Justfly claimed that the airline didn't accept Discover, despite the fact that I've used Discover before with Spirit, and half the transaction went through. Then, the fare "expired" during my transaction and I had to pay an additional cost for the same flight. Ended up with several different charges over two different cards that I'll have to double-check that the charge-backs are issued appropriately. Service also continued to push purchasing a reserved seat and travel insurance after I had already declined. Not exactly enticed to make a regular account with Justfly, will seek alternatives in the future.
Contacted agent regarding seating assignments on Economy and about using AA mileage points. When I decided to book, agent apologized about airfare increase. She advised us to book now since the price is expected to increase $60 total. I declined and was able to book easily online for the initial price. Didn't appreciate being hustled. I know Justfly offers competitive prices and I have purchased online a few times. Otherwise, my rating would be 1 Star.
Justfly.com lures consumers in with low rates only to notify you in a month or so that your flight is cancelled. Then, you will have no, and I mean no, choice on your replacement flight. We had to accept a 6 am red eye flight when we have a 2 hour drive to Chicago O'Hare. I explained this to customer service and they offered absolutely no assistance in meeting any of our requests. We also paid $100 more per ticket to book the later 12:35 pm flight. Do you think we got a credit for being forced to take the red eye flight? Nope…not an option. They are very good at saying "sorry" over and over. Save yourself the trouble and book your travel elsewhere!
They charged me $64 extra for booking 2 seats. There is no phone number to talk to a human being. When I finally emailed and got a human being online, they said that I knew about the charge which is NOT TRUE! I did not know there was an up charge for that. DO NOT USE THIS AWFUL "business."
Booked a ticket and found out the name on the ticket didn't match my passport when the passport came in the mail. They charged me another $450.00 to change it. When I called the airline-I found out they don't charge anything to change it!
I just purchased a ticket and promptly received a receipt directly from the airlines for $35.oo cheapers than JustFly.com charged me. When I asked, they said that was their processing fee. Learned my lesson today. Doubled check the airlines webpage and it was showing the same price the receipt said. Don't use them. They aren't cheaper. Buy direct from the airlines.

Me and my wife bought round-trip tickets from Austin to Shanghai. There was a new government rule that disallowed my wife to take connecting flights in Taiwan. The airline company Eva Airlines said the travel agency should have notified us about the restriction, and this is also what I found online. However, Justfly said it had no responsibility to do so. So, was it my responsibility to watch the news every day and learn this information?
This is one of the worst sites where we are not supposed to book the airline tickets. I had a very, very bad experience with this site. They messed up my last name on the itinerary, despite providing all my passport and photo ID information. Unfortunately, we need to deal with all our issues through chat only. These guys respond very lethargically in the chat. They will talk about all the guidelines regarding airlines but will not find any resolution. No airlines will support you if you book your tickets from this site. Overall, I would not recommend this site for any of your airline bookings.
Trying to reach them either by text or phone is impossible. I've been on the phone for hours waiting for the customer service representative without success. I would not recommend booking through a third party like this, they are none responsive, too stressful if you ask me. I will not use them in the future. I needed to reschedule flight due to unexpected circumstances and now I am going to have figure another way to get home!
I'v never left a review on any travel agent before, but this is the worst experience ever. I cannot believe their customer service. They put me on hold first time for a whole hour, and second time I just hang up after being on hold for 20 min.
During the booking of the flight, it said I had two checked bags included (see photo attached), but when I got the confirmation from the airline, it said no bags. So, that's why I called and they were unwilling to help and I just wish I had read other people's reviews before using them. I will certainly never use JustFly again.
Needed a flight to take care of family business following the death of a relative. Purchased insurance just in case. One of the travel companions injured himself and could not fly. Provided medical documentation. JustFly refuses to honor their insurance policy, won't even provide a credit. They sold the same seat, twice.

This will be my first ever writing a review but felt the need to do so. I have tried to contact them several times over the phone for the past 3 months and waiting more than an hour. I even left my phone on hold went grocery shopping, fold my laundry and made some dinner by far the worst agency to exist. I have yet to receive any help and apparently they don't receive emails anymore so now I'm stuck with a flight that I can't catch. I highly recommend to not schedule any bookings with them.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
