I have applied for a refund 1 year back due to death of the passenger and they promised for 16-18 weeks as per there emails received still no refund has been received whenever i called them they mention about its under process i have dates of there emails. I will be escalating this to other platforms and authorities as this is totally illegal and will never recommend anyone to do book there tickets with them pathetic customer service i have booked my ticket in 2020 and till no refund has been issued.
Please be careful booking your flight through Justfly. A staff cancelled my reservation without my knowledge. Getting through to a customer rep took almost four hours, and when the call went through, the rep was extremely rude and cut me off the phone. Please do not, i repeat patronise Justfly. They don't have any respect for there customers especially if they have collected your money
When I checked out to purchase my ticket they only gave me the price of the ticket. They did not include the charge for using their service. So this leads people to believe they are ONLY paying for their ticket. It's not unreasonable to be charged for using them to purchase a ticket. However, it's deceitful of them to not put it in your total when checking out. Also they have terrible customer service. You can't call unless your flight is in the next few days so you have to use their robot chat service and you're lucky if you can get a human. The robot said it would switch me to a live agent and I waited for 2 hours and gave up.
JustFly - Ticket's double charge
The Justly sold me a ticket for a flight, and they told me that my card was not accepted by their company, so they sent me an-email saying that I should update my new credit card, so I did it. However, for my surprise, they "created" a second ticket code with the same passengers, same destination, and same date of travel, and charged twice for the same flight.
Now I want to solve this double charge, and they don't answer my cellphone, and I'm for more than 01 hour and half and just hear that they have a high volume of call phones.
That's unbelievable, because when pressed the number on the dial to buy a new ticket, they answered me in less than 01 minute.
There's no respect by consumer time, and I think this will be my last time buying my ticket on this company. There are other companies that sell air tickets, and I will think better next time.

I bought a international ticket with this site and because of the company I was not able to do my trip. Because I bought the ticket with JustFly just them can help me to get my full refund. It was a month ago and when you call on customer service nobody answer, for many times I'll be more than 1 hour and nobody answer, there's no email to contact and nobody return your calls. It's a $#*! company, I'll never more gonna buy my tickets on this site.
You will be told you fly with United airlines, but they will change it to Spirit airlines and Not tell you. Spirit airlines is a f*&%ing Joke. Enough said. Our whole trip was ruined because of Spirit and if just fly had been up front about what we were buying, we would have never bought it. It's a scam! Do not spend your money.
I had the worst experience booking through Justfly! Despite purchasing a ticket with two checked bags included, I was charged an extra $900 at the airport for my second bag. Trying to reach Justfly for assistance was a nightmare; they never answered my calls. The airport manager even warned me against using their service, calling them scammers. What a waste of time and money! Avoid Justfly at all costs if you value your sanity and savings.
Please do not book through them they are the worst customer service I have ever faced. If anything goes wrong with your flight even if the flight is cancelled by the airlines and airlines are ready to provide the refund they will try to swindle your money. I don't usually write reviews but I am writing this just so you reading this review won't have to go through what I went through. Please stay as far away as you can from this website.
Stay away from just fly, they are lair. On the website says free cancellation within 12 hours but when I called to cancel they changed me $75 dollars. All websites has a policy cancellation within 12 hours except just fly. I am not happy at all.I wish I could give them 0 star.
I booked three seats through this company on Swiss Airlines. I specifically added cancellation protection to my booking. When I needed to cancel my flight due to a change in vacation plans, I found the cancellation protection worthless because it was so restrictive. I lost $1600 by using this company. I will never use JustFly again and would urge others to carefully consider using that company and choose a more reliable and traveler-friendly business.
I booked an international flight, then I wanted to get hold of them to make some changes well, there's no working number, tried online chat, ended up nowhere. This business has become a scam! I googled Justfly.com customer service number, a toll free number popped up, I called thinking that it was them, I made some changes & paid $257.00 for that. When I went back to their site, no changes were made, that's when I realized that I got scammed. All this would've been avoided if they displayed their working contact information clearly like all legitimate travel agencies do. If you look for phone numbers for these Agencies, Priceline, Cheap O tickets, Hotels.com booking.com & many others legitimate agencies; there are right there on their websites! Justfly is a disaster & a scam! Stay away from it!
Can't begin to go into the multi-phone call nightmare I have had with this company. STAY AWAY! Call a human or call airlines direct. No warning on baggage cost, cancellation process and many other issues. I would have to write a mini book on the fiasco I went through. Don't do it.
Yo hice una reservacion el dia 18 de ctubre2024 para italia y pague pasajes y asientos cuando estaba en el aerepuerto de roma para regresar a miami me dijeron que mis asientos de regreso no estaban tuve que pagarlos nuevamente al regresar me comunique con justfly y nadie sabe darme una respuesta sobre mi reembolso hasta el dia se hoy uno me dice llama a la aereolinea cuando me comunique con ellos me dijeron llama a jusfly volvi a llamar mande el recibo del pago en roma y nada conclusion perdi mi dinero y nadie tiene uba respuesta para esto mas nunca saco pasajes con ellos es una falta de respeto y el customer service pesimo te nandan de uno a otro asistente y nadie sabe nada ni te ayudan es un desastre total no los recomiendo a nadie para sacar vuelos.
To every one, they are a scammer they will Steal your money. As soon you book a flight give it two days and they will start change the flights stops and booking seats and cancellations,... and so on. Every time they do changes they will charge you more money to keep your flight, in other words they leave you no choice. What also important that You will never be able to get in touch with their customer service. It's impossible...
Advice to every one, go direct to airlines website, do not use those applications. They all scammer.
I am stuck at the airport with my 2 daughters (2 years and 4 years old) trying to get to our destination after there were problems checking in with justfly tickets.
Between me and my wife we have called justfly customer service for the last 8 hours and after 10 minutes on the line waiting the call just drops.
Do not book. Ruined my family trip. If you see a good price they will cancel you if they get a better offer. You cannot talk to the airline you book with so you are stuck trying to fix things calling just fly customer service and waiting on hold for hours at a time. Absolute worst experience of my life. Between time calling and trying to fix it I'm out days of my life and thousands of dollars.

Waiting for a refund for a flight that was cancelled in May of 2020 (almost a year ago) - get a different story EVERY time I call and actually get a live person on the phone... which is extremely difficult. Has been the most frustrating experience.
Be very careful when you buy a ticket. I bought a ticket with insurance, and I was not able to change the date or even get a partial refund despite having insurance. I will never ever buy from them again. You are a lot safer buying straight from the airline even if it's slightly more expensive. Now I lost $1000 completely
They have fantastic customer service. Representatives are well spoken and knowledgeable, and don't seem to show impatience even with extended conversations, and the past transactions I had were always resolved within a few minutes.
I found it easy to find tickets that met my needs and worked with my availability. Ticket prices were much cheaper than elsewhere which was also appealing. I would definitely use Just Fly again in the future.
