I've been traveling for 30+ years. This site is a clown show. Be ready for nonsense if you are unfortunate enough to have to book travel though them.
It was easy! I booked through kayak and just fly--from burlington to NYC. I wish prices were lower for last minute flights bc i take them a lot!
I've never flown before but this site made it so easy to find exactly what I was looking for. I definitely plan to use them in the future!
Good prices, easy alerts and a customer service team that went above and beyond. I'm happy with this and use it all the time now for global travel.
DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. I NEEDED TO MAKE A SMALL ADJUSTMENT TO MY TICKET AND IT TOOK OVER 2.5 HOURS ON THE PHONE AND IT STILL NEVER GOT DONE! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL AND SLOW! STAY AWAY!
We have never heard back from Justfly, except to tell us we need to contact Allegiant. They don't answer their phones. We are out over 600.00 dollars. NEVER USE JUSTFLY
They spent their money upfront giving it a friendly site to navigate. That is the only positive comment I can give. As soon as you need customer service, no one picks up the phone; takes a long time and mostly over an hour before they pick up the phone. And when you speak to them, you will know that they are a hired call center operating remotely from their home lacking any training. I asked to speak to their manager and they outright refused my request. I asked for a resolution tracking ID or to email me back for a confirmation of service, they refused and said "trust me, I am helping you" as if I should be lucky and thankful they are there to pick up the phone. My issue was that I purchased a flight that got cancelled due to COVID restrictions. Not in my control. The cancellation was done days prior to departure date. I purchased an INSURANCE at the time of booking for this reason. NOW JUSTFLY WILL NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE NOR HELP WITH MY REFUND REQUEST. I AM SO ANGRY I WANT THE FONT STYLE TO EXPRESS THIS. DO NOT USE JUSTFLY. NEVER AGAIN!
Business response they wrote me a message on my previous review saying the reference# it's not correct! Really bull$#*! the only not correct thing it's your liar $#*!eecompany, Reference#*******&confirmation HR61DY /United flight number 856 (from LAX TO IAD) DO YOU NEED MOR INFO! I make a reservation on Jan17 and I ended up to canceling it after few weeks which I paid $75 as a cancellation fee. You can't book another flight right away you have to give them call after 24hours. They kept my ticket money which was $378.40 as a credit, when I try to book the new ticket from saym airport to the same place they charge me $200 as a penalty fee yes for real and then I ended up paying $91 which was ticket difference fee. They technically rob you you do not ever try to purchase any thing from this stupid company. Basically I paid for one ticket flying inside of the usa. $744.40 Big Time robbers and liars. Booking on line is easy. Mist of the time their prices are the lowest l find so when I'm looking for reasonable fares l check JustFly first.
If trying to book flying with a minor child, you might as well call the airlines directly. The Justfly website would not let me book us together.
Justfly.com was not my first stop but they served me well and didn't have to wait too long to confirm my purchase. Would gladly use it again.
One of the website with great deals it would be better if they could be cheaper lol. And offer free flights once you buy so many flights

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
