Do not buy a ticket from this company, they have poor customer experience. They will take your money.
I booked a flight almost a year In advance, great price but ended up getting screwed because they never tell you that you're only allowed a very small personal item on the plane and for every baggage that you check in you have to pay $30 for the first bag, $45 for the second one and 145 for the third that's through Justfly.com never again will I use them I am a single mom of two kids and this is ridiculous.
I asked the agent twice she confirmed with me that we get to check in one luggage the second luggage we paid for with a carry-on to be told that all of that information was wrong and incorrect then they tell me they can't do anything about it! WTH that I'm responsible or I could fly to my destination with no luggage no clothes nothing but the clothes on my back and then I never got the itinerary email to me it was emailed the day before I left that's when I found out I have to pay for all these additional charges!
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BOOKING WITH JUSTFLY.COM EVER!
It would have been cheaper and better straight through the airlines itself.
I looked up the flight I wanted on Kayak, com. When I clicked to book it I was taken to Justfly. I went to book the flight and everything was all set but there was no place to enter my TSA number. I called them and the women who took the call insisted on looking up the flight info for me. She couldn't find the return leg of the flight and didn't tell me how to enter my TSA number. I told her I could book my own flight, I just needed to know where to enter my TSA number. She said she had to book the flight first and then transfer me to customer service to enter the TSA number. This is contrary to what TSA told us. They said you had to enter the number before you pay for the ticket. After I told her that she said the flight I picked was sold out and she had to give me a different flight for $100 more. I said she wasted 45 minutes by not telling me where to put the TSA number and caused the flight to be sold out. I told her I'd figure it out myself.
As it happened, I booked each flight with the airlines directly and got the original flights and price AND was able to enter my TSA number. I can't see much use for Justfly!
July 24,2018, I purchased a plane ticket 555.29 on my credit card through Just fly.com. Flight date was to be July 25,2018. Due to an unfortunate reaction to medication that I was prescribed for anxiety and severe vertigo, I was unable to board the flight. I called just fly.com at about 5 a.m. to cancel the flight. The lady who answered spoke very broken English. She said all but 125.00 would be credited to the charge card and then said that she needed the credit card number and 3-digit security code in order to credit the account. After that was provided she said that I would receive a travel voucher within 24 hours via my email account of 555.29 less the 125.00 to be used by April 2019. On July 25,2018, Justfly.com charged an additional 15.95 that I did not give permission for. On July 26,2108, just fly.com charged an additional 125.00 on the credit card that I did not give permission for. With multiple failed attempts to contact Justfly.com, I was unable to talk to anybody to get this straightened out. They simply do not answer the phone. To date, no travel voucher has been emailed to me nor any reimbursement made to my credit card. They are fraudulent thieves.
Upon further investigation of Just fly.com, I find that HUNDREDS of people have been ripped off from Just fly.com, all who complained had similar events happen to them and some who paid for flights that they found upon arrival to the airport the flight was never booked or even available, with them never getting the money back from Justfly.com. Literally, thousands of dollars have stolen from people off their credit cards by Just fly.com. Thanks for making a family emergency (mother dearly dying) even more stressful. I had to rent a car and drive 4 days to get to my mother.
You do not answer calls. You lie to people. You rob from their credit cards. My bank will be investigating your fraudulent charges. I will be contacting Delta as well. I don't have money just laying around to be stolen. I am a hard working woman and earn my money honestly.
Shame on you justfly. I honestly don't know how you sleep at night. If a rating of ZERO were possible, that is what you would get.

I book a fight and 24 hr later the they sent me an email canceling my reservation after I paid in full and they gave me a confirmation code, we I called to complain they said that the airline canceled the fight but that they can get me the same fight but I had to pay I higher price,, everybody I spoke to at customer service spoke nasty & rude,, they would hang up the phone & refused to let me speak to a supervisor & refused to give me a number so I can file a complaint, NOW THEY WONT CREDIT MY CREDIT CARD FOR THE CANCELD RESERVATION BUT MY CREDIT CARD BLOCK THE CHARGE AND I HAVE THE PROF, SAVE YOUR SELF THE HEADACHE AND USE A DIFFERENT WEBSITE WITH A TRUSTED HISTORY,
This agency is biggest scam. And making fools passenger by offering low price. Due to covid all the airline are refunded/refunding passengers money. But this agency have their guideline. Agency refused to refund my money blaming airline, but I directly talked to airline, Airline ready to refund but wanted refund application by justfly not the passenger. JUSTFLY DOES NOT FIL REFUND APPLICATION. The costumer care is the worst at all in the world. DO NOT BOOK TICKET THROTH THIS AGENCY.
Great easy to navigate and I don't know much about travel websites. I would definitely recommend this site to anyone who is interested in traveling
