I had to look for a cheaper flight and was able to compare it to other sites. They have better options.
Loads of fine print, BE CAREFUL! You are going to end up paying more and the "refundable" tickets are not actually. Best to use another service.
Know that it is easy to make your reservations. Once there is a problem, you are lucky to get any of your money back. Don't use JUSTFLY!.

I wish I had done a google search of this company before I bought my tickets. It's not even 24 hours... it Is an hour to be exact since I have called to cancel my reservation and you wouldn't believe the outrage that was brought upon me. I spoke to a horrible representative who insisted I paid $75 to get a refund. I said absolutely not, I have a 24 hour window to cancel my flight free of charge and it hasn't even been an hour. They were so shook that I knew this information... that they knocked it down to 50, then to 25. I said absolutely not! The laws of the US state that I have 24 hours and I am not paying anything to cancel this reservation, now kindly refund my flight. After two attempts at horrible customer service one where I washung up on and the other where I am currently on hold for 30 minutes, I am going to get my refund for which I am entitled to per the law. BOTTOM LINE IS DO NOT USE THIS FRAUDULENT SITE! I'll keep you posted. If you speak to a SARAH or IRIS, know that you will not get anywhere

However, even though a ticket is purchased within 24 hours, all changes or cancellations will have fees. The U.S. law you are speaking of applies only to airlines. Hi everyone, I'm here to share my experience with justfly.com. After being granted permission to take a few more days off work to be with my family whom I only see once a year, I called justfly to reschedule my airfare. I was told I had to pay almost the same amount for my one-way change as my round-trip flight cost in total once all their "fees" were added. I told the agent the price she was giving me was a bit too high and that if she could please help me find a cheaper ticket for any other time or airline. Her answer without even trying to help was simply that this was the cheapest price available. She was extremely unhelpful and so firm on her answer she didn't leave me an option but to pay. However a few days later an emergency came up for work and I had to go into the office one day before I had rescheduled my flight. I called them again because I wasn't able to make the change directly with the airline due to them being a third-party vendor. This agent however was even worse. I kept asking him about different flight times I saw available online and he kept saying that the sites were not updated and those times were unavailable. After finally settling for a flight time that didn't exactly work for me but he said was available he put me on hold to give me a price estimate. After he came back on the phone he simply informed me that there were actually zero flights available on that day and that I should call my job to tell them that I could not go in. He then went on to say thank you for calling just fly and have a good day and that was it. I am still in shock that this was the response and the agent told me to tell my job which provides me with money to feed myself and a shelter to live in. How could I possibly tell my job that I could not go in to work because there were zero flight available when I am looking online myself and seeing that there are many available flights. I cannot believe that this was done to me and that there was no care to help. This is the worst company I have ever ever booked a flight with and I will never ever book through them again.
I looked on other sites 2 days ago and found fares too high. I thought I'd try again and got dates, times and fares that helped me say, YES.
We looked, booked & had our confirmation in no time. It was so fast & so easy. I will use JustFly for all of our travel in the future.

There was no way to check how much extra baggage was for me, I can't even tell what is allowed? The site is hard to use for that stuff

I flew with just fly last summer. Everywhere was fine until I got to the airport on my way back to not find a flight. The flight was cancelled and I wasn't informed. I dealt with the airline company and had to change my tickets and spend 5 extra days before I fly again (side note I was with my husband and my 4 and 6 years kids) with a 24h layover. Due to covid I had of course to get retested within 48h of my trip. I called just fly and they have no note of me changing my flight, my flight cancellation or any of such a thing. I asked to get reimbursed for my repeated covid test for 4 persons of course. The customer service mentioned he will scale it up and they will contact me within a few days, can't tell how many days as they are working on less employees... It has been 7 weeks now and no one ever contacted me. If i have to pick the phone and call again which will take about 1 or 2h of my time I will still have to explain everything to a representative that won't have an answer for me.
Just be aware they are good at charging you for every thing but that's it they won't do anything else.
Easy to book and cheapest rate I could find anywhere. You have three hours to cancel your flight for free after you book it, too.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
