I don't care if the ticket is $1,000 less, I would not use Justfly ever again. We purchased a multi-city ticket to Iceland and France and received our itinerary from Justfly which was correct, so when we arrived at the airport for our flight, we thought that everything would be ok... it wasn't. Iceland Air did not have any record of our Iceland trip(it showed as a layover, when we were supposed to be there for 4 days), or the seat selection upgrade that we purchased on Justfly. When we called justfly 3 hours before our flight was taking off to resolve the issue, they were totally uncooperative and continued to deny any responsibility and said that we had to resolve the issue with Iceland Air. After speaking to Justfly's rep and manager for a good 30 minutes, we were put on hold, for another 10 minutes or so, and simply transferred us to Iceland Air without informing us or trying to resolve the issue further. After waiting for Iceland Air for 45 minutes they said that they could do nothing as the ticket was owned by Justfly, and that we'd have to contact Justfly... again. So we went through the whole thing again on the phone with Justfly for another 45 minutes... still refused to help. By this time, our ticket agent had gotten their powers that be to resolve the issue 30 minutes before our plane was taking off, rushing us through security and running to the plane at the last minute. No thanks to Justfly, we just barely able to make our trip, but have not been reimbursed for our seat selection upgrade(which is a scam anyway since Iceland Air doesn't even charge for that.) This company offered no support and clearly cares nothing for its customers in our experience.

I was asking to Cheng date I had put wrong date by mistake so I call customer service they charge me $110 for after I book my tickets 1 hour after I want to Cheng date but they didn't
I am very glad that i found good flight and book it easily. But I give 4 because I checked that I don't' want to subscribe but it's keep coming.

Let me preface this by saying: I am someone who never writes negative reviews. I meditate everyday and surround myself only by positive persons. This was genuinely the most stressful and obviously not having my best interest in mind experience with a company I have ever had. I had a flight canceled two weeks before my trip. I called everyday for a week trying to reschedule. They kept playing games and telling they sent my request to the airline when they hadn't. I suspect JustFly did not want to pay the difference in flight cost. Theb when they finally rescheduled me I called a few days later to confirmthis is now 2 days before my tripand they told me they overbooked the flight. So they didn't even call me to tell me, I had to call THEM to find out. Since the first call 2 weeks before my trip were telling me I should just take the refund and cancel my trip. That's what they wanted me to do and they schemed me into it. My cousin had the same flight and they did the same thing to her, almost as if they had a whole script prepared for incidents like this. Their customer service is awful, they will lie to you and give you the run around and try to manipulate you into doing what they want. Do not use JustFly.
The website is straight forward and easy to use. Over all it was easy to research flights and then purchase them.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
