I booked a flight yesterday. I bought the flight insurance for a set price. I got an "urgent" email this morning telling me to contact the company because something about my reservation had changed and may he compromised. After waiting on hold for 27 minutes I was told that my flight insurance premium was going to cost me more money or would be canceled.
At this point I was outraged. I don't care about the less than $10 increase. What I care about is the scam of the whole thing. I told them I wanted a complete refund and I would go through another company. Of course, they told me this is impossible. So, buyer beware. I'm taking full responsibility for this because I wanted to save money on a flight and I didn't do the research on the company before I booked the flight. The customer service rep that I spoke with was very polite and helpful. I felt bad for him because I can imagine he hears a lot of complaints.
I noticed I had a mistake on my international reservation. I read enough on the internet to know it could be a huge, expensive mistake - could even involve having to buy a whole new ticket. Called justfly and worked with Mel to change the name for the cost of only a change fee. It took some time (roughly a week to change) as they worked with the airlines for a multi-destination flight.
The agent was rude. Her name is Sherly. I paid $1200 for the ticket and they deducted $400. They are mean and very harsh. Please do not book from their website. Even though the world is suffering from the national attack they are going to pay you full refund.
I was given the option to pay extra to cancel my flight if needed so I paid for it. When they made a mistake booking my flight I tried to have it changed and I was told this is not allowed. So then I asked to cancel it and was also told that I could not do that either even though I paid for the cancellation service. I had no problem paying extra to change but wasn't given the option. This has been a mistake well learned using these guys. Please save yourself a headache here. Go directly to the site that is offering the flight and just book it there

We understand how plans can change at any moment which is why it is important to purchase insurance however, CSA is a company we offer through our website therefore it is not our insurance plan. When a change or cancellation happens on a file, we as a travel agency need to follow the airline fare rules and charge any applicable fees. Once changes are made, you would then need to open a claim with CSA and they will do the necessary refund if any.

It went smoothly, although I could not find a nonstop flight on the return leg, resulting in a 3-hour layover, and it ended up about $30 more than I would have liked. All in all, a pretty good transaction though.
Do not use this travel agency! I would rate it lower if I could. The customer support SUCKS and is not useful at all! They scammed me because I paid $85 for seat reservation but when i called again to check if they had already booked my seat, they said i didn't select any seat yet. I paid $85 for

I often have trouble to find good sites to book flights. As of lately though, I have been using JustFly and this site has offered me great, affordable deals for airtravel. I will continue to use this in the future.
I was searching for best prices on flights from NY to CA and finding everything more expensive than expected. I spotted two options at decent prices, and decent times, and selected one of them. I was taken to JustFly and the rest of the process was seamless. I will definitely try them again.
It was very easy to book flights. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my flights. However, it was great knowing that you had a 4-hour window in which to do so. The agent who helped me cancel was more than kind. It was a good customer service experience!
Process went smooth but I ended up booking through a third party site instead of directly with the airline which was a bit surprising. I didn't see a disclosure to this effect when I started my search. I thought I would be booking directly with the airline.
Buying a ticket on justfly is not recommended, buy ticket direct to an airline because once you have a problem they will not help you, they will keep you on hold, doesn't matter to them how emergency your situation is. They don't care at all! So disgusted!
I was able to find a good flight connection for a below average price from competitors. When I selected my preferred flight the page changed with a note" We found a cheaper flight for you" (or similar). Unfortunately I did not notice that the system changed the departure date as well. I did the booking and noticed only on the confirmation that I do not fly on my preferred day.
They took the money off my credit card and never sent the ticket. They then created so many customer service hurdles than the $200 ticket was not worth my time to chase after. Mailed the credit card statement and the claim but never heard back from them.
When I used this company to buy flight tickets, I found it very easy to find the best price ticket. This service gave me a lot of different options with locations and variability of airports and time/dates of flight. I recommend this service to everyone who wants to save the time and money.
Ordered tickets from this company and after receiving the money for the tickets over $1600, they cancelled our tickets and stated we had no trip because the card did not clear. However we saw where they had taken the money out of our account. After calling them they continued to say we had no tickets and our flights had been cancelled. The followed up with an email stating the same but would not return our money stating they did not have our money. Filed a complaint with the credit union to get our money back. The credit union sent papers in telling Just fly they were recovering our money for no tickets and cancelling our flight. Just fly continue to deny the charge back. My credit union was persistence and after 90+ days we got our money back. This is a scam company. Do not, I say, do not do business with this company ever unless you do not care about having your money at risk and possibly giving it to them with nothing in return. Just fly

The service tries to charge for seat selection but honestly says that this is their own convenience fee and seat selection is actually free, also charge was much more reasonable that on other services. Other than that that was the only service which matched advertised price. Thanks!
I purchased tickets to Hawaii and when I tried to make a change I was on hold for 8hrs then asked to be charged and extra $75/ticket even though the airline wasn't charging. The site intentionally requires you to call in hopes that you will hang up or just get disconnected. There is no email, change, or cancel option that actually functions.
I had 2 stops for this trip and found it very easy to connect flights and experienced no delays. For a person flying this is a win win situation always! Thank you for your great experience and great customer service.

Actual price paid was not as advertised. During checkout when verifying my credit card information, the site informed me there was a price change for an $200 extra dollars. On top of that, there was an extra charge separate from the ticket price that showed up on my credit card bill.

Due to credit card issues, it seems that we were unable to process the payment for the insurance. By the time a new credit card number was provider, the premium for your insurance had increased.
