Con Artists!

I need to get a replacement for my 9 month old coffee maker that stopped working. I called about the warranty and have been in a nightmare with this company. I have sent three emails with every pic they have asked for. Receipt, serial number, a bunch of stuff they wanted written on a piece of paper and placed under the coffee maker. I have done everything they have asked and they still say no dice. They make it impossible to use the warranty. Worst company I have ever dealt with. I will never buy anything else from this rip off company.They make you jump through hoops and know you will just give up because it is impossible to please then. Never again with this demon company.

K-Suprene plus review

We purchased the K-Supreme plus model after visiting friends who had one. This brews great coffee, it has strength & heat settings plus uses 5 spikes to puncture the pods. It makes great coffee so love the design…. But after about 6 months & a descale the machine started to act up. The display would not remove the "descale" then it stopped brewing the selected size (4, 6, 8 10) oz. It was under warranty & Keurig was great they sent us a brand new machine. But again after only about 3 weeks the same thing happened.
Love the coffee it brews but must have a design flaw. Buyer be aware of this.

Don't Descale!

Every time I descale the Keurig, it literally stops working. It is NOT operator error because when I called the company, they offered to send me a new one, but then they made me jump through so many hoops it was impossible. I took all the pictures they wanted, proof of purchase, serial number, a picture of my machine with a mug on it, but they kept declining it saying that I had not fulfilled their requirements. I wasted so much time on this talking to representatives, who kept changing what they wanted. Unfortunately, I am left with no other options except to leave brutally honest, yet negative, reviews, and to stop doing business with this company. I can buy many other types of single brew coffee pots.

This is by far the most expensive coffee make we've ever purchased. Have had it for about 2 months and it needs descaling constantly even though we are using filtered water. The carafe leaks out of the seal as well. Our $30.00 coffee maker is far more consistent!

Turns off after selection and startup process. I was told I needed to purchase a new one as the fix. Less than 2yrs old. So don't waste your money on Kuerig or buy a warranty for a few years if available. Fortunately it still runs but I assume that won't be long before it goes the way if the dodo. Every Kurt if I've purchased dies out quickly after the warranty runs out.

Worst Company Ever
August 13, 2023

This company continually says they are charging for coffee maker long after the starter commitment has been satisfied and after I have written and called them 3 times in the past year! I have been on hold almost an hour while they say they are checking my status and then get transferred to repeat the same process all over again. This, after they sent me an email yesterday confirming my commitment is satisficed followed by an email this morning saying I was being charged for not fulfilling my commitment!
They did not fix the problem last year and here I am today dealing with it all over again. By the way, the coffee maker stopped working in early 2022!

STOP AUTO DELIVERY
March 26, 2022

I've been trying for two years to cancel my account's autopay, but they keep sending and CHARGING for pods I do not want/need. I'm buried in unwanted pods! I've tried customer service multiple times by email, phone, and chat but nothing changes. I even removed my credit card from my account auto reorder and now I'm thinking there's something shady going on to keep my payment identity w/o my permission. DON'T use auto reorder…it's a black hole!

I bought my duel coffee maker 7 months ago from Amazon. This morning it quit working. Will not turn on and water leaked from under the maker. I didn't register it because I thought I was buying a quality brand.
I was originally unhappy with the desin of the coffee pot itself, because it was not designed for smaller hands. Hard to handel.
With all that said i will never buy this brand again.

Used to be GREAT

Long time customer---was using this when it was known as Green Mountain. The website has become impossible to navigate. No help is available--they have a chat function that is basically someone just reading a script--no real help.

Today i just finally just gave and have left them as a customer. Coffee is great--shipping is quick---but there is nothing at all convienent about not being to place an order due to crapping website.

The K55 lasted only 9 months of use - usually 4 cups brewed on a daily basis. Returned to Kohl's and received a replacement with no hassle. Very happy I did not buy this piece of junk on the internet inasmuch as I would have to package and ship it at my expense. My first Keurig, received as a gift, lasted for years because it was not all cheap plastic. This is my last purchase of any Keurig product. Buyers beware of where you purchase this product from and please, never gift this product the recipient will eventually regret your generosity.

Auto delivery program

Zero star if I can. Horrible people of running business. Treating you like dog's on the leash.
Bought it for friend's gift over website. Didn't know what the condition was and just click and ordered, certainly the boxes of coffee charged and delivered next month.
Tried to explain the situation but didn't work and answer was you comitted, you have to pay, or else the full price will be charged. Meh...
I don't even have machine, I don't drink coffee. I'm stuck with coffee pods. They don't care. All they want is your money over the stupid misleading website and fishing you to sell coffee machine less and put you with expensive pods for the money.
It is a nightmare. DO NOT BUY!

I ordered and check-out as a guest. But no order confirmation was received. I called twice tried to find my order. With all my personal info, they can't locate my order. Finally I got an email for trace my order delivery status, it has my order number. I called again and tried to ask them give a receipt or order confirmation, but the customer help told me because the order was a guest check-out, there is no confirmation email and they are not able to send me a receipt as well. What kind of website sale can't generate a receipt? After I insist escalating the case, I received an email with a sale confirmation number, just a number, I clearly told her I need a receipt so I can reimburse as a business cost. Their customer help just like a machine, repeat the lines they have been trained and not help at all. Never buy from this keurig.com again!

I was given a brand new Keurig with the "retro" look as a housewarming gift. My kitchen was not complete at the time. Once all was finished and I set up my Keurig, it worked for 1 week. Does not have any lights to even turn it on. Called Keurig and after a ridiculous trouble shooting conversation, I was told my model is now out of warranty so I can get another for a 20% discount. Really! Yes technically it's a year old but it is brand new out of the box kept in a climate controlled room. Come to find out this model is discontinued. If there was a reason Keurig discontinued it, I believe a 20% discount toward a new one was insulting.

Was charged twice for the same item. Have been trying to reach someone at the customer service number for weeks and they keep telling me I need to talk to "corporate". Corporate is a joke. There is no way to reach anyone. I finally had to contact my bank to dispute the charge. It there was a zero star option I'd pick it.

Customer service is a joke. Troubleshooting should consist of more then unplugging and plugging it in. Want to offer a discount on a new one when this one didn't last 2 years. I'm smarter then that Keurig.

Keurig is a ridiculous company. I don't know how they are still in business. Every time I try to create an order, the site works great. But anytime I go to cancel an order, it "mysteriously" malfunctions and redirects like crazy. I've had multiple charges in the past I didn't want because of it not allowing me to cancel. So sick of it, never ordering again.

Keurig coffee maker quit.
November 29, 2023

We purchased a new K-Supreme plus on Oct 24th 2023. On Nov 26 2023 it. I contacted Keurig for help and was told it was past the warranty period. We had the maker 32 days. All they offered was a 20% discount and free shipping. I threw it away and will not purchase another keurig. It was supposed to be a good coffee maker. I don't think so.

Runaround

Wanted to replace a water reservoir and called customer service twice and emailed them twice to be sent on a goose chase of calling approx seven different phone numbers and in the end the two people "that would be able to help me" don't pick up their phone and don't answer their voicemails. Do better keurig. The automated customer service email response that takes 2-3 days to get back to you simply tells you to call the parts department even when you tell them that didn't work.

The advertising and the looks of these coffee makers convince well intentioned coffee lovers to fall for it. The machines are garbage and they break in one year. I am on my third and last, this was a gift. The warranty is not honored, the customer service conducts an interrogation script when you call to report a failure on the coffee makers and at the end of 30 minutes they deny the repair or replacement. Report them to the Consumer Protection Bureau, just like I am doing.

Very poor quality on this new keurig line. I have contacted customer service for a replacement and followed their protocol requirements to no avail. I should have checked BBB reviews before ordering. I want a replacement or my money back. Poor poor customer service as well. Call Center employees located outside of NA and reps command of English not good.
