Best coffee I've had since returning from Europe!' Are u kidding me,,,, love love love it! Bought a French coffee maker that begins with "N" took that right back! Dripped all the time and the coffee was never hot! This am make iced coffee with my Keurig YUM YUM YUM! Didn't upset my stomach either! What a PLUS! Easy to clean,, personally if this continues this will be 1 of the best purchases I have made in a long time! Thank you again- L.
Do not order from here! First my package wasn't delivered, and I asked for a refund since I was moving, then they never sent me a refund. They have told me for the last seven days that they have processed it, yet can't send me a confirmation email. Every person I talk to tells me something different. This is so frustrating! Sounds like a scam!
I was happy with Keurig's auto-delivery up until now. Though I had changed the date on my auto-shipment to after I got paid, it somehow got changed without my consent to today. I called to cancel the pending purchase because they already charged my bank and I am going into the hole, not able to buy groceries or meds thanks to them. Woman refused to help me and was clearly reading off a script, repeating her no answer. I asked for a supervisor who offered to give me the coffee free but process the "refund" next month. I said no, keep your coffee I just need the charge refunded so I can eat. After negotiating and asking the supervisor to expedite the reversal, she said she would. I took down her name and asked for the case number. Next step is the Attorney General if I get charged.
I was given this coffee maker as a gift which is not a cheap coffee maker compared to my other ones, once my power went out not too long after I was given it and the coffee maker stopped working. I called customer service, they promise you a replacement which at first was happy about it I was told yes by next week right after they pick up the broken one. They surely picked up the broken one but they never sent me a replacement, after making a few more calls I just gave up. They basically either don't know how to run a business or they are a bunch of liars. My $24 coffee maker I've had for two years still works so I just went back to using it. I would never buy a Keurig for my self or anyone else. If you are planning to get one don't waste your money. You want something better look into better brands that are usually stainless steal. Stay away
I just do not understand how a company can charge so much for a coffee maker that sounds like a 747 landing when you turn it on. Evidently, the pump is not strong enough to pull the water where it needs to go... so fix it or give the public at least a 50% discount. Seriously!
I have a Keurig coffee pod machine. I absolutely love it. The Keurig brand is high quality. So whenever I see them I know it's high quality. I like how I can put flavored pods in it and choose which size coffee I want. It is so easy to do. The pod compartment lifts up easily, and the water well lifts off easily and the top as well. The keurig brand lasts a long time. I've had mine for many years! No need to replace it yet, but when it is time I will buy a Keurig for sure!
The Hazelnut had defective liner in the 3 pods i tried... see picture... the liner is not attached to the pod fully. Other flavor pods worked fine... so issue was Hazelnut pods and not the machine. Customer service was only interested in the machine and would not offer a replacement... wasted 15 minutes with customer service before I gave up. No more green mountain brands in this household!
Keurig offered me a "free" Mini Plus Brewer, if I signed up for their auto ship, in December. It's mid February: I've already had these problems.
*Reporting a Non Sufficient Funds, when there was plenty of money in that account.
*Not letting me change the address for shipping without calling them.
*Not letting me change the payment info. (I wanted to use a points card.) without calling them.
*Not letting me change the shipping date.
* They changed the shipping date without letting me know... Still don't have my second shipment of coffee.
I'm going to try to give them back their free machine, and get out of their auto ship... so unhappy!
Along with MANY MANY others, I have experienced horrendous customer service. On two separate days, I waited 30 minutes each for a rep who then was completely unable to help me. I wanted to return a product and the agent said that was a different department and they would call me back. After a week, I have received no call. The product might be good, but the customer service is awful. If you have a problem with their product, you are completely out of luck.
I received a Keurig duo as a gift and in less than a year it stopped working. I contacted the customer service department and went through the trouble shooting with the CSR, but we could not get it to work. I was advised that the Duo would be replaced and submitted the required photos, etc. Over a year later, I have still not received a replacement. I called a couple of times to check the status and each time a "case number" was assigned to the inquiry, but I've never gotten a response of any kind.
My mini, single serve Keurig worked great the infrequent times I used it over a two-year purchase. Then it didn't. Expensive purchase for moderately low number of uses. Also kept it decalcified as specified with a Keurig product for that. Very disappointed. Going to look for an alternative product versus another Keurig. Maybe they should rename the product: Keurig Maybe-go
A relatives Keurig recently stopped working, so i shopped everywhere online to find the best deal for a new one. I purchased it for them from the Keurig site, after determining it was the most affordable option. I'm responsible for a child with severe disabilities, so the purse strings are very tight. Keurig began sending me huge shipments of coffee and charging me every handful of weeks. I DID NOT AGREE TO THIS, yet they claim I did. Even after I told them multiple times that I never agreed to them stealing money from me and sending me coffee (it isn't even my coffee maker. I freaking hate coffee), they continue to take my money and send me this crap, now insisting that I must purchase 4 more before they will stop. Thanks, jerks. Oh, and by the way? The coffee maker I bought from them broke on the second use, so the person I replaced it for still doesn't have a coffee maker. Enjoy my money for NOTHING, Keurig. You disgust me.
We bought a K supreme K plus smart single serve coffee maker from Keurig.com. It broke after a year and we called them and wanted to give us 20% off of the same machine. What a horrible company! I will never buy from them again!
You used to carry a large wonderful variety of coffee, tea, iced beverages, and hot chocolate. I loved your rewards. You had such a large variety of rewards in your catalog. Not anymore. Most of my favorite beverages are gone. Today I looked for iced coffee and there are NONE. Why? And your rewards catalog has been reduced to 2 pages of pods, out of stock Brewers, and a few accessories. What happened to you? Don't you want repeat business? It kind of looks like you are going out of business. Are you? I am extremely disappointed with the company you have become.
I signed up for Auto Delivery on 03/12/2019 still waiting. According to customer service I will receive my order between March 25th and April 2. Because they don't count weekend days. I have a caffeine headache :(
I've had 3 coffee makers. With the second one, I had only had 3 months, I called customer service & was assured they would replace it, but after submitting all info, they declined to replace it. I bought another, & after 1 month it has problems, with the 8-ounce button not working. Customer service takes forever to respond to emails, if at all. Between the quality of their products & terrible customer service, I will not purchase anything else Keurig!
If you are unhappy with your coffeemaker ordered online you will have to pay return shipping (costly). Their web site is confusing and clunky and resulted in me ordering the wrong coffeemaker and coffee pods. The pictures are dark and lack detail. The process to order a discounted coffeemaker with automatic pod delivery is very poorly designed and impossible to get much real information along the way.
Customer service is poor also. I contacted them the first time thru the chat link and got cut off before my issue was resolved. So I then sent an email, which as never answered a week later. I then tried to call today and the phone call was cut off at their end twice so I gave up and am writing this review.
Ordered a large box of K-cups from these sheyster's and since they use the cheapest most ineffective free shipping class around, it was lost by the UPS Surepost people. I had UPS open an investigation on the claim, and they quickly approved my claim and notified Keurig. I've been calling and texting them for more than a week now, and even though they say they have issued me a refund for my purchase, it never showed up in my bank account. Stay away from these crooks at all costs! Buy your coffee anywhere but Keurig.com.
Quality of Keurig is now horrible. My $200+ combo full coffee pot and single serve had bitten the dust at 11/2 years old. The power button will not work. Out of warranty the company offered a 20% discount on future purchase what a joke. The website offers 15% off when you give them your email. I thought I would go back to a single serve only. I purchased the single serve slim at Walmart and returned it because the power came on but would not operate. Very disappointed in Kuerig. My first single serve Kuerig I bought in 2013 at least lasted til 2020 and was actually still working when I donated it. The quality is no longer there and I will not but another one. Buyer beware!
Keurig won't honor the warranty i had mine for 6 months its dead won't start at all they did the testing and said it was defective. They told me everything was all set they would send me the return label with the replacement that was 3 weeks ago I have contacted them on 5 different occasions keep giving me excuses and never received anything e-mail or anything. Another problem is trying to understand the representatives they aren't very fluent in English
