I have been ordering K-cups for my office on auto ship since 2017. I order a regular order for home, as we just got a Keurig for home. Placed my order on 11/16/2021 and it said I would get it in 3-7 business days. It has been 6 business days, and only 1 of the 5 boxes I ordered has shipped. I am completely out of coffee now, and decided to just order from Amazon. I called 11/23/2021 at 8am PST to cancel my order, and after 30 minutes the rep couldn't help me because "that" department was busy, but they someone would call me back. On 11/24/2021 at 8am PST after not receiving a call, and my order STILL not shipping, I called again to ask for my order to be canceled. Once again, the customer service rep was unable to cancel my order, and their was no one available to help me, but I would get a call back. Six hours later, after still not receiving a call back, I called again, only to get the same response. My order still has not shipped, and I have not been able to cancel. This is absolutely ridiculous. I have canceled my auto-ship for my office and I will never buy from Keurig, and if my coffee makers break, I will never purchase another one.
My $169.00 Keurig Supreme Plus stopped working two days after the 1 yr warranty. I had a cheaper & older one for 7 yrs with no problem & still working. Contacted Keurig about replacement. They will only give me 20% off $189 model. I cleaned the machine every 3 weeks, but the clean light would never go out. Must have been defective from the beginning, but Keurig will not help. So sorry I bought this Keurig or any Keurig model.
I've had 3 coffee makers. With the second one, I had only had 3 months, I called customer service & was assured they would replace it, but after submitting all info, they declined to replace it. I bought another, & after 1 month it has problems, with the 8-ounce button not working. Customer service takes forever to respond to emails, if at all. Between the quality of their products & terrible customer service, I will not purchase anything else Keurig!
Purchased as Christmas gift 2020 and it has seen use all year. We brew 4-5 cups most days. Removed the K cup pod holder today for cleaning and found both springs rusted and falling apart. (We found a circular piece of metal in my cup and initially thought it was Stevia packet contamination.)
I called KEURIG and was told "not our problem".
They just lost a customer.
I was once a Keurig customer with a scheduled delivery service. Several months ago my order was wrong and I called the Keurig Customer Service number. I reached someone in the Philippines who was quite inarticulate and confused. After this experience I discontinued my auto-delivery. The next day I received a call from a Keurig customer service manager who claimed to be in Toronto who wanted to "comp" me with some free pods. When I called him back on the number he called me on, I reached someone in Columbia, South America! Since then I haven't been able to place an order online with them.
There seems to be no other way to reach an articulate and honest Customer Service rep. At Keurig!
When I brew coffee the house lights on the same circuit as the brewer flicker real bad. I called the customer service several times but they keep apologizing and promise me that they resolve my issue but to no avail. They really are good in deceiving you. I Googled it and many people have the same issue but Keurig is clueless about this issue. I am going to stop using it and take them to small claim court because my machine is still under warranty but I lost my receipt and can't return it. Very dissatisfied.
If I could rate ZERO I would. PpDo not order from them on line. I tried to return the item I ordered. Spent HOURS,, literally, on HOLD. NO Results. No call backs that they promised over and over. NOTHING!
Trying to return a replacement pot that was wrong one. A specialist has to call you back for authorization #. Never get call back. 3 weeks now!

K-Duo stopped working after 10 months. All it said was "Add Water" & I've never let it even get low on water. I called Keurig Customer Service…. A painful experience. Very broken English & hard to understand. He had me empty the water tank & fill the water tank at least 5 times…. Filtered water, tap water, filtered water, tap water…… After saying my name at least 100 times & putting me on hold 10 times, he finally said he would send me another water tank. After a week, I received it…. Yes, the wrong size. When he asked me for the serial number 5 times, how could he possibly send the wrong water tank? I called back & explained what happened. 10 apologies but would have to "escalate the matter." Someone would get in touch with me in 24 hours. Nothing. Waited a week & nothing. Called back. Again 10 apologies & "I will guarantee you someone will call you in 24 hours." It's now been 6 days & haven't heard a thing. I'm going to take this Keurig that's hardly been used, plus the extra water tank, and throw it all in the trash & never purchase another thing from Keurig in my lifetime!
My Keurig is still under the 1 yr warranty time. I've called Keurig and requested a replacement. They did email me requesting a copy of receipt and mailing address of which I sent to them. That was over 2 weeks ago and I have heard nothing back. I have email 2 more times and have called 4 more times all with a promise someone from some dept will call me back. I am so frustrated. Horrible customer service.
Placed order on 9/23/21, my credit card was charged on 9/24/21. Still have not received coffee or refund. I have done their live chat 6 times and talked to 5 different customer service representatives and still nothing!

I received the Keurig K-Duo coffee pot as a gift in November of 2020. After the fist 6-8 months it started acting up. It wouldn't turn on properly. All of the lights kept flashing and it wouldn't let you pick an option. I would have to turn it off and back on again or unplug it completely and plug it back in. I descaled it several times, but the descale light would not go out. It was bought at Macy's, but they only take returns back up to 60 days and they told me they no longer even sell Keurig. I called Keurig and they verified it was purchased in November of 2020, but they proceeded to tell me that unfortunately the product was two years old, so they could not help me. I couldn't even believe it! WTH? Whether it sat at Keurig for a year before they shipped it to Macy's, or it sat on the shelf at Macy's they should still warranty an item that hasn't even been in use for one year! I have owned several Keurig's, but I will NEVER purchase another one of their coffee pots again. I have owned a Cuisinart Coffee Center (compatible to Keurig K-Duo) for about 4 years and I have never had the issues I have had with this piece of garbage. Keurig has some of the worst customer service I have ever seen and I would go back to making cowboy coffee over a wood fire before I would purchase another one of their products!
Bought 2 kuereg supreme plus last fall. Gave one away as Christmas gift. After less than 10 uses one stopped working. Called kuereg and was to have a replacement in a week to 10 days. Still waiting. Sent email to customer service to follow up and never heard anything. Terrible service. Don't buy kuereg.
Keurig won't honor the warranty i had mine for 6 months its dead won't start at all they did the testing and said it was defective. They told me everything was all set they would send me the return label with the replacement that was 3 weeks ago I have contacted them on 5 different occasions keep giving me excuses and never received anything e-mail or anything. Another problem is trying to understand the representatives they aren't very fluent in English

I must have tried at least 8-9 times trying to place my order for a Keurig machine and have called customer service 3-4 times each waiting time was super long. They had to transfer me to a specialist--I waited and waited and no specialist came on. Then they said a specialist was going to call me and no one called me over the next few days.
Then I called my credit card company and thought they were the problem.They told me they were not the problem. The merchant(Keurig) was the problem.
How can you do business with poor customer service in this day and age?
Never had problem liked this with Amazon or Walmart or Target.
What can I say! I just gave up doing business with keurig.
We bought a K supreme K plus smart single serve coffee maker from Keurig.com. It broke after a year and we called them and wanted to give us 20% off of the same machine. What a horrible company! I will never buy from them again!
I bought a Keurig for my daughter's birthday. It stopped working after 2 weeks. The customer service rep was so helpful. She had me trouble shoot the issues while she was on the phone. She determined I had a bad unit. Two days later a new Keurig arrived. It is refreshing during Covid to find ANYONE that wants to do their job. Thank you Keurig!
Faulty machine, only 62 days old, called CS and had to essentially do my own troubleshooting as they were none too helpful beyond standard FAQ stuff on their website. Agreed to send replacement gasket as attempt to fix ('we won't charge you for the gasket this time, normally $19.95"... the defect isn't my fault/doing) but then sent me only a "Gasket Replacement Tool", a useless piece of lawyer-made plastic to keep one from poking themselves on the needle, and no gasket. After three follow-up emails and contacts, they still are not responding to my request for replacement. My suggestion is don't bother contacting them, just donate your machine to Goodwill if it still semi-works, and write it off as a lesson learned.
This company bills my credit card and sends an order with no warning and then refuses to cancel and even goes so far to tell me that coffee and tea products are non-returnable! Rude and worthless! To make maters worse I tried to can within hours of the charge to may card and they put me on hold for 10 plus minutes only to come back and tell me it is to late to cancel the order. I asked them if the order had already been shipped and they would not give me an answer. I can tried to cancel the order because I have decided not to purchase this product any longer due to quality control issues with the pods. I explained this to the customer service rep but he did not even care. This is outrageous. I would not normally spend my time writing a review but I am just so angry by the way this company treated me today. Overall I spent almost 27 minutes on the phone back and forth on hold and was told politely to pound sand buy some guy who spoke broken English most likely at a call center in India.
Along with MANY MANY others, I have experienced horrendous customer service. On two separate days, I waited 30 minutes each for a rep who then was completely unable to help me. I wanted to return a product and the agent said that was a different department and they would call me back. After a week, I have received no call. The product might be good, but the customer service is awful. If you have a problem with their product, you are completely out of luck.
