This company bills my credit card and sends an order with no warning and then refuses to cancel and even goes so far to tell me that coffee and tea products are non-returnable! Rude and worthless! To make maters worse I tried to can within hours of the charge to may card and they put me on hold for 10 plus minutes only to come back and tell me it is to late to cancel the order. I asked them if the order had already been shipped and they would not give me an answer. I can tried to cancel the order because I have decided not to purchase this product any longer due to quality control issues with the pods. I explained this to the customer service rep but he did not even care. This is outrageous. I would not normally spend my time writing a review but I am just so angry by the way this company treated me today. Overall I spent almost 27 minutes on the phone back and forth on hold and was told politely to pound sand buy some guy who spoke broken English most likely at a call center in India.
I bought the KEURIG K CAFE FOR MY girlfriend for her Birthday in August 2022 it is now Oct 12 2022 and the coffee maker doesn't work!... I checked to make sure it was plugged in right I even switched it to a different plug and it still doesn't work the Piece of Crap lasted 2 month and I spent $89.95 plus tax. This is the second one of these that I have bought her and I refuse to ever buy one again. This company should be placed on the worst buy ever I have not met one person who has had one last longer than 10 month... my Mister coffee pot is 5 years old and has Zero issues. I am so done with KEURIG

If I could rate ZERO I would. PpDo not order from them on line. I tried to return the item I ordered. Spent HOURS,, literally, on HOLD. NO Results. No call backs that they promised over and over. NOTHING!
I bought my first Keurig coffee maker five or six years ago. It lasted two or three years ago, then failed in a big way. It began by making all kinds of grinding noises, then it began taking something on the order of half an hour to get ready to brew. By the end, which was three or four months after the trouble first began, it would brew only about a quarter of a cup, even when set to brew the largest cup. "Anyone can make a mistake," I said to myself when I bought my second Keurig coffee maker. Unfortunately, within about two and a half years it was doing the same as the first one. I contacted the Keurig people, and they told me, in effect, "tough luck." They pointed out, correctly I'm sure, that the warranty period was only a year. Well, I think any kitchen appliance worth owning should last more than and a year, and in fact more than three years. The Keurig coffee makers are sturdy and not likely to break, but that's the end of the good news. Otherwise they're an inferior product, not something you should spend your hard-earned money on.
My 78 year old mom needed a new coffee maker that was easy to use but I told I wouldn't recommend keurig because the last one I bought they had to replace 6 times on the 7th time I called Walmart because I also bought there extended warranty and they just refunded me my money.
But my mom wanted it so I bought it and it was junk right out of the box it would never turn off and was getting really hot and I called keurig customer service and they just gave me the run around. But Walmart just refund me my money back so beware of keurig because you most likely are going to get a junk I wouldn't recommend keurig to anyone
Placed order on 9/23/21, my credit card was charged on 9/24/21. Still have not received coffee or refund. I have done their live chat 6 times and talked to 5 different customer service representatives and still nothing!

I was sent this duo machine for a birthday gift and it quit on both sides at one time I called and was on hold over a hour and then can't understand a dang thing and then emailed pics and everything they want and was told sorry can't replace picture wasn't clear or the letter they asked me to write and take pictures in front of machine was wrong they act like I get paid to do there job just send me a new one and I could have sent this junk back y'all are wrong on so many levels that if it was my company at least people would get a refurbished one or a coupon or something it hit the trash after sitting on my counter for two weeks arguing with you and I bought a $10 pot from a small company good luck in future because I sure tell everyone not to buy your junk

K-Duo stopped working after 10 months. All it said was "Add Water" & I've never let it even get low on water. I called Keurig Customer Service…. A painful experience. Very broken English & hard to understand. He had me empty the water tank & fill the water tank at least 5 times…. Filtered water, tap water, filtered water, tap water…… After saying my name at least 100 times & putting me on hold 10 times, he finally said he would send me another water tank. After a week, I received it…. Yes, the wrong size. When he asked me for the serial number 5 times, how could he possibly send the wrong water tank? I called back & explained what happened. 10 apologies but would have to "escalate the matter." Someone would get in touch with me in 24 hours. Nothing. Waited a week & nothing. Called back. Again 10 apologies & "I will guarantee you someone will call you in 24 hours." It's now been 6 days & haven't heard a thing. I'm going to take this Keurig that's hardly been used, plus the extra water tank, and throw it all in the trash & never purchase another thing from Keurig in my lifetime!
1st time ever writing a bad review.
My brewer has been having issues and I tried cleanin, descaling, but nothing worked.
Finaly I called customer service and only thing I got from them was to sell me another brewer.
Took 20 min to get all my information and adter I said attempted descaling and cleaning she made me clean again. Either did not listen to me or did not want to listen to me.
Whatever I asked, she did not answer, but tried to sell.me another brewer.
Finaly I hung up
It would be 0 stars, but i couldn't do that.

Kurieg coffee makers are so undependable.my brother went through 3.my mom's quit before the warranty expired and kuerig sent her another one and the 2nd one quit after a few months.i owned a k compact and a k slim and they both quit right after the warranty expired.both of them the pump went out I have a cheap 5 cup Mr. Coffee drip maker.i have had for 2 years.it still works like new.i only paid19 dollars for it I will never buy a kurieg as long as I live they are the worst coffee makers you can buy.
I spent $200 on a keurig Supreme. As soon as factory warranty ended so did the machine. I have a ten dollar Walmart coffee maker that is 6 years old and still works. I followed all the instructions on keurig price of crap machine. It quit even coming on DONT WASTE GOOD ON BAD PRODUCTS THAT DONT LAST
I purchased a Keurig, within a couple months it didn't work I got to replacement I don't know if it was refurbished or not but it wouldn't even Brew hot coffee I noticed that my daughter steamed when it brewed coffee this one did not the replacement I am now using an old fashioned coffee pot smells up the house it's hot the Keurig coffee didn't even taste good and I tried many different brands I wanted my money back but of course not happening
We ordered the wrong replacement pot. Keurig service took all the information on phone. They are shipping out the correct pot to us at no charge. They made our mistake an easy fix. Thank you keurig
Spent $200 for a Keurig that doesn't brew a full pot and the carafe drips every time you pour. Keurig replaced the coffee maker with a new one and I find the same issues. Avoid the Keurig Duo K.
My K Supreme Plus stopped working as I de-scaled it. I called Customer Service and received a new machine 4 days later! I am very pleased with the quick response and service!
I needed a Keurig replacement and it took 4 weeks until I got a response from Keurig.

Don't buy a keurig dual coffee maker. The carafe has a design flaw and leaks when pouring. Customer service is no help. Their answer is to send you a new carafe.
My first Keurig I received in 2015. It was great! It lasted me almost 6 years! I finally had to buy a new one on april of 2021. I decided to splurge since it was the first one I was buying in a long time. So, I bought the Keurig Elite... with a $180 price tag!... Only for it to last 6 months before it stopped working on oct of 2021. I called keurig customer service and explained the issue to them. It took 4 WEEKS to get a replacement and lots of persistent phone calls to them. I finally got my replacement, and it stopped working this morning after only FOUR MONTHS! I called customer service AGAIN this morning, and I asked them if I could just receive a refund vs a replacement at this point since clearly their product is defective and I've went through 2 in less than a year. The woman told me that they can only provide me a replacement and no refund. I will receive my replacement and immediately re-sell it and purchase a cuisinart or nespresso machine cause it's too much of an inconvenience to replace a coffee make 2-3x a year and honestly ridiculous. Never buying from this company again!
