Amazing.

Never had problems buying games, love the page and the customer services are good. Never had the chance to buy in another page because im from chile and my card it's not allowed in every payment method, so in kinguin yes, and i think they have a lot of offers and good amount of payment methods. Love that, and love kinguin.

Worst support ever

You dont get pre-order content when you pre-order, they sell it to you after for overprice. And they can't file your complaint into one of their forms, then they wont help you.

I bought games from them before but no more.

They gave me a refund or a new key if I ever ran into trouble.
Customer Support has always been top notch and today I chat with Edwin I think.
He responded as fast as lightning, I have ADD and I use dexamphetamine so I dislike waiting. I wanted to keep it formal hence why I said "dislike".

The support team does nothing but help. Great reseller. Been a customer for years, easy and quick delivery via email with no complications.

Just now, for the first time in years, a key I bought couldn't be used because it was already redeemed. Within 15 minutes, my support ticket was answered and I got my replacement key.

Literal Scams

I bought Forza 5 from Kinguin. The seller sent me a scam code that redeemed for random DLC. Then they attempted to get me to pay more money for the game I already bought. Counterfeit bait-and-switch scam. Fraud.

I was pre-ordering a game and added 50 euro to my balance on Kinguin. That went easy and fast and i pressed on The Division 2 and put it in the basket! Very easy and fast too. Then i added a coupon i found on the internet and it worked. I placed my order but i got a weird message that i needed to pay with Kinguin Crowns or something and i contacted the support and they explained to me that it's only for certain payments and that i should cancel my order in the email i got. So i did that and i instantly got my balance back! Great stuff right? But the best part comes now! The very friendly support person gave me a coupon code for a regular transaction! And it worked. Very nice and fast support, i will stay here for a while and so should you :)

Stay away, there are other providers that actually work. This one had me enter steam account details in order to get the key, and the key should have been activated hours before i got it. The game provider ask me to contact the vendor for refund, the vendor will contact the game provider before doing anything. The game is on offer today, and i don't know if i will get a refund or not. Not going back to Kinguin.

This site is somewhat similiar to G2A, except it looks like a scam the first time you see it. However, it isn't as bad as I thought. There are some solid deals on various games and you can really save a good ammount of cash and play your favorite games.

I've bought around 25 products on this site and I was never disappointed.
I contact the support two times for a key non-activation and it was able to help me under 48 hours. It wasn't a fake key or an used one, it was a miss-reading from my part.

Great customer support

My experience was great! I was having a problem with activating Windows with the key I purchased, so I reached out to support, not expecting much. Viktor blew my socks off! Not only did he take care of the issue and helped me activate Windows (he actually did the phone activation for me once we worked some bugs out!), but he was very friendly and patient. I ordered a windows licence, and had some issues to activate it. 15 minutes later, with the live chat, and it was solved!

They deserve their 5*, you have to take the "insurance" just to be sure, but it is a no brainer!

I was a bit afraid to order at kinguin.net after reading bad reviews here but I had no choice than trying it out due to my need (steam limitation of paypal for me).

It was my first order experience and I fall into on-hold due to security reasons. And, it was true as it supposed to be. However, I posted a ticket and went to live chat too. It was handled by Tolly (on ticket), then Rafael on chat, transferred to Dominik who helped me throughout the issue. I had to verify my identity but it was fine to me. Overall, I found the team very helpful and specially thanks to Dominik the way I was treated and resolved:)

Highly recommended site if you are legitimate and real person (no fraud).

Wanted to buy a steam key, got epic games key
Pm`d support.
First they offer refund if i show them screenshots of my accounts.
Then telling me theres no refund.
Then after paypal claim telling me its "impossible" that i payed for a steam key and got an epic key

What is the issue.

The issue stands from the point that no one bothers to leave a review only if it's a bad one.
A lot of the reviews basically are complaints. Those are not reviews by the way, and this isn't either.
I bought a LOT of games and only got fooled once, but it was already sketchy so i didn't complain.
Victor Vran was incredibly cheap, and so i got burned, but other than that, they were always 100%.
Always buy from trusted users inside the website. Always.
