I've had some questions or mix-ups while using Kinguin. The customer support chat was more polite than I expected. They solved my issues relating to coupon codes and offer listings. Thank you particularly to Margo. I'm a happily returning customer.
Ordered black ops 6 through alter gift, well worst possible option ever, DO NOT TRUST THIS. Firstly, the merchant promises he will send the game after 72 hours after purchase. So I added the Battle.net ID of the merchant. After 72 hours, I messaged the merchant my order ID. Suddenly, he says it will take 92 hours. After all that he says yeah I can't send the game because I reached the gift limits. Just wait another extra day and I will send it to you tomorrow. You can apply for a refund, I will give back your money instantly. Now guess what, he suddenly went offline or blocked me. Neither did I get my refund or my game. I tried to contact Kinguin with the live chat, well no real person with only bull$#*! responses without any solution or anything to refund my money back or get another key. Submitted a ticket with no response. Submitted a ticket to complain about the merchant also no response. Should I take legal actions?
Very good support, it had beeen a bit of a hassle but they managed to help me outm no prob unresolved, friendly and prompt

The site is good and fast. Payments are also quick. I got the game on my email very quickly and it worked normally. Good overall
Good site. Many keys, gift cards, wallets and other products. Some time it will need some time to deliver key, but always everything is good.
Short version: I bought a windows 10 key, it is invalid. They tried to get me to fake a BS hack to activate it. Requested a refund as Microsoft verified this isnt what they sold me. Jerked me around for 3 weeks before promising a refund in 5 days. 3 weeks later, no refund and I'm still messing with them. Avoid at all costs.
Long Version: Purchased windows 10 pro and buyer protection. They key did not work so I tried contacting Kinguin, they didn't respond. Naturally believing I had purchased a legitimate product I contacted Microsoft for the help Kinguin wasn't providing. Microsoft informed me that what I had received was a "downgrade key" to take windows 10 pro and downgrade it to home. This violates section 5 of their terms of service. After 5 days without a response from kinguin I wrote a bad review and poof, support responded. Kinguin informed me that I could only activate my key with the automated windows 8 support phone line (HACK) but tried to convince me the key was what they sold and that Microsoft was wrong, about their own software and key. I called Microsoft again, a different support person verified what the first had said, this key is not as advertised. I demanded a refund as this violates their terms and I purchased the buyer protection, they jerked me around for weeks. After finally agreeing to a refund they informed me that it would take up to 5 business days, and that responding to that message would reset my wait, so I patiently waited. 3 weeks passed (now like 6 from original purchase) still with no refund. Almost 2 months in and I am still in contact with Kinguin over this issue, but I can no longer count the shady experiences and lies they have told me.

Kinguin, Ive Never Had A Issue With The Site But While Purchasing Doom I Came Into A Issue With A Activation Code. So I Contacted Support And They Helped Me And It Was Very Fast.
All the keys are delivered very fast and any issues are quickly resolved if you reach out the support team.
Always when i had problem i contacted customer support and they were very happy to help me. Overall i really enjoy their proffesionalism.
