I've had some questions or mix-ups while using Kinguin. The customer support chat was more polite than I expected. They solved my issues relating to coupon codes and offer listings. Thank you particularly to Margo. I'm a happily returning customer.
Ordered black ops 6 through alter gift, well worst possible option ever, DO NOT TRUST THIS. Firstly, the merchant promises he will send the game after 72 hours after purchase. So I added the Battle.net ID of the merchant. After 72 hours, I messaged the merchant my order ID. Suddenly, he says it will take 92 hours. After all that he says yeah I can't send the game because I reached the gift limits. Just wait another extra day and I will send it to you tomorrow. You can apply for a refund, I will give back your money instantly. Now guess what, he suddenly went offline or blocked me. Neither did I get my refund or my game. I tried to contact Kinguin with the live chat, well no real person with only bull$#*! responses without any solution or anything to refund my money back or get another key. Submitted a ticket with no response. Submitted a ticket to complain about the merchant also no response. Should I take legal actions?
I find Kinguin to be one of the cheaper platforms for purchasing games, they also have a list of trusted sellers that sometimes sell the same product at an even bigger discount. I've been their client for a while now and all of my orders came through almost instantly and worked without so much of a hiccup. So far I trust them.
I have used Kinguin for several copies of windows for myself, friends, and family. I have only had one issue with my most recent key, and through Kinguin's own live chat it was resolved the same day. As long as one is patient and purchases the buyers protection for their keys, I have no problem recommending this service to everyone. Over half a dozen PC builds completed with Windows keys purchased from Kinguin--an excellent track record--and I will continue to use and trust their service.
Just make sure you buy the buyer protection because these guys are awesome!
I had a problem on an Activation Key and spent a day trying to solve it on my own, of course after that I gave up...
Then I decided to try their live chat, I got probably the best support service I've ever had... even tho I had to wait 20 minutes for my turn, the person was kind, quick to find the problem and solved it in under 10 minutes. 5/5 for me!

Customer service and cheap prices are fantastic. Better than G2A in my opinion. I was a bit iffy at first and looked around before buying, but you can't beat the prices, especially Windows product keys! Had some issues with activation but luckily the agent I got into contact with, Erwin, was a huge help!
As long as the key works, everything is fine. Only if suddenly the key does not work and you need support, it will be catastrophic. No reaction, you play dead. Never again! Fortunately with Paypal paid, there the buyer protection takes effect.
They sold me a key that had already been used, with no refund. First purchase from this site and I was immediately scammed.
Looking at all of the other reviews it seems buying on this site is a real gamble, with the chances of actually getting what you pay for becoming increasingly unlikely recently.
Will never give these people my money again, and wouldn't advise anybody else to trust them either.

I bought an old game that had no one playing online. This was my fault and I requested a refund within the next day of purchasing. A purchase of only $13.69, seems small enough to refund, even with their buyer protection plan. NO action was done by the support agent to keep me as a customer.

I recently bought a CD-key for Eset anti-virus and after 2 days the seller disabled the key!
Now i'm left vunerable and their customer service is fully robotic, no way to get a human in contact

I bought a Windows 10 key through Kinguin, and it returned as invalid, so I turned to support and they helped me get it properly activated, through simple instructions, practically anyone could follow.
I'm buying here again!
Paid for a key for windows 10 pro - got a key that was already in use!
Kinguin wont answer emails and they did not inform me that they would require a multitude of very specific screenshots if there was a problem!
They will not own the problem and will not refund my $65 so just a waste

Kinguin are selling a bunch of gift cards for different sites, there is one site called duelbits and when you buy their gift cards on kinguin you are paying for an example $70 for a $50 gift card unless you find a discount code then it will be $65 instead... It doesn't make any sense why kinguin are taking such high fees and on top of that if you check the reviews there is not one single bad review because all of the bad reviews gets removed so its only "NPC" like positive reviews saying "Oh what a great giftcard"
Tip for consumers:
Don't buy anything from their site, you can find much cheaper options on different sites that won't charge you 40% of the item that you are buying on purely fees.

After purchasing the Windows 11 OEM Key I tried to activate it but the key had already been used. I left a 1 star review on their site but my review was never published. The on-site reviews are faked. Don't buy from them. The website is a scam.

I had trouble activating windows 10. After googling, calling phone numbers and asking on the microsoft forums I tried the 24/7 live chat. After just a few questions they were able to help me and send a working validation key.
Brought trend micro, upon trying to activate redirected to some bull$#*! site, they rang to say "my internet was faulty" and i would need to pay $70 to get the trend activated scamming $#*!s, Photo only shows that the code also says expired after going through other ways to activate

Very nice website for all video games that you want. I got a trouble with some orders and they refunded everything, i could know if i paid or not thanks to the support. Very nice technical support and most of sellers are reliable.
Kinguin.net is NOT legit. The office key I purchased did NOT work. Not only that, I tried to contact them multiple times and they not respond at all. Nothing. Sure... they use language on the site that will put you at ease with your purchase, but the words are not true. You will lose your money, and be dismissed. Period. (that is my experience with Kinguin.net).

Even when a couple things I purchased had bad keys, I contacted customer service and in no time they rectified my situation with no further issues. Keep in mind it's a marketplace similar to eBay, so not everyone is legit, but customer service has helped me in the 2 cases when I had a problem, and all the other stuff I purchased worked just fine and I've used the site for a couple years now. I recommend it to anyone looking for a good deal!

Super quick delivery time of the access code for the game and the process was super streamlined, not quite sure if all the stuff on the site will be this good because there are different sellers, but my experience was good.
Always check your purchases are from reputable sellers! They help ensure products sold are correct, and the customer service is spot on, but you should still ideally verify that the seller is trusted.
Usually cheapest, and if not, you get rewards so you probably also get it cheaper based on rewards ultimately

Purchased a Windows 10 key and it would not activate. Called Microsoft and they advised that it was already being used (in other words, it's either stolen or they sell the same key several times). I opened a ticket and after more than 24 hours with no response used the online chat option. They claimed that it was Microsoft that was lying, and that they'd be able to activate it right away. But after providing screen shots of the error I was told this was a "very rare case and they'd have to contact the vendor" and that it would take another 24 hours. This is a new PC build and the first time I've used the key, so if this "rare case" applies to you, buyer beware!
