I've had some questions or mix-ups while using Kinguin. The customer support chat was more polite than I expected. They solved my issues relating to coupon codes and offer listings. Thank you particularly to Margo. I'm a happily returning customer.
Ordered black ops 6 through alter gift, well worst possible option ever, DO NOT TRUST THIS. Firstly, the merchant promises he will send the game after 72 hours after purchase. So I added the Battle.net ID of the merchant. After 72 hours, I messaged the merchant my order ID. Suddenly, he says it will take 92 hours. After all that he says yeah I can't send the game because I reached the gift limits. Just wait another extra day and I will send it to you tomorrow. You can apply for a refund, I will give back your money instantly. Now guess what, he suddenly went offline or blocked me. Neither did I get my refund or my game. I tried to contact Kinguin with the live chat, well no real person with only bull$#*! responses without any solution or anything to refund my money back or get another key. Submitted a ticket with no response. Submitted a ticket to complain about the merchant also no response. Should I take legal actions?
One reads "Multi-Device license-keys" (for instance "5 Devices").
In deep contrast to reality: Where it is only possible to use 1 license!
(because of different reasons - one being "cheapo key (for 1 device)", another reason being "i is a shared-kay (that already has been used, and that a person/seller is selling as new/full - in 5-pieces... earning some money, on the Prey!).
So, it is a mafia-like way of cheating...
And, the customer is made to proof with screen-shots, that he/she has been cheated - and it is impossible, since the user cannot get to the account-settings-page fro several reasons (one being, that he/she doesn't have acces to the account, because he/she only holds the "secondary kay" for registering number n-unit!...
It is advanced cheating, and it resembles Russian mafia-methods!. And is very-organized Crime!
Shame on these Cowards, trying to make money on such low-life cowardly activities!

Its not often that youll get a prob with a key but $#*! happens sometimes and then theres always very good help from their support that solves the prob with you at your side. Kinguin is one of the best.

Many of the bad reviews are from people who I think don't understand that this is not as secure as buying on the official website or on Steam Store. If you are willing to take the risk or if you are careful from whom you buy from (don't take the lowest price offers that also have negative reviews) you are good to go.
I've never been disappointed and the support team have always solved my problems when they have occurred.

Bought a license key for ESET and when I tried to use it it says that it's managed by another account. Contacted their support and they just told me to use it, which I already tried. Escalated to Kinguin who expects multiple screenshots of things they should already know or I've already provided.

They sent me the wrong CD Key, ignored the complaint for days, then requested personal information from my Steam account. It didn't seem related to the product, which they could verify hadn't been redeemed. It just came off like they were trying to mine data from customers.

I've had really good customer service, money back even though sometimes i didn't have the buyer protection which makes Kinguin an awesome company!
They gave me discounts everytime i asked, the maximum was 5% but i don't complain. I've been a long customer for Kinguin and i don't think i will change sometimes soon.
I've never had problems with used codes or unexistent codes.
I looked for a product on the Kinguin.net website and was heavily discounted compared to the competition. I bought the product but in the end I received nothing, or rather, a guide to use the product that I could not use. I asked for help from the customer service that helped me right away, the seller was not heard and customer support, after sending all appropriate content, sent me a refund. Now we wait 5 days to have a happy ending.

These guys are the $#*!ing worst. You buy the protection plan, get a fake key. And after a week of talking to the support and sending over 30 screenshots I still have nothing.
Don't buy games here and if you do, don't waste money on the protection.

Incredible customer service.
1. Erwin courteously reassured me that I can purchase the correct product with a peace of mind.
2. I had trouble activating the key I purchased and they walked me through the step-by-step procedure, troubleshoot the problem, and got it done for me in no time!

I bought Wolfenstein (the new colossus & the new order) through Kinguin a couple days ago, and I'm incredibly happy I did so. The keys were delivered within a couple of minutes (including payment time) and were perfectly valid.
I had (regrettably) earlier tried to buy the same games from G2A a few hours earlier, where my payment wouldn't even go through. Even if it had, Ive had problems with G2A before, and it was not unlikely the seller would even give me a legitimate key.
Couldn't recommend Kinguin more, and I look forward to buying through them in the future :D
Tip for consumers:
Just be wary of sellers who are selling illegitimate keys (be it faked, stolen, or just straight not even sending them) , as although kinguin trys to keep its platform clean, theres always people looking to scam.
An easy way to get around this would be to:
1. Not buy the absolute cheapest key - its probably fake.
2. Check sellers rating, look for good reviews + lots of games sold.
3. pay for Kinguin buyer protection. It will cost extra, but its better to be safe than sorry.

Bad service, with many payment limitations. In general, they do not know what methods of payment are available to their customers and they confuse each other when it comes to service! One hour speaks one thing, the other contradicts itself!
Kinguin and G2 Play are the same company, with different names only. I was offered a means of payment through Smart2Pay and made four payments worth approximately 500.00 dollars, and so far I have not received the games nor the refund... Not to mention that Kinguin and G2 Play are not responsible for the means of payment that offer to their customers, that is; if Smart2Pay does not reimburse me, I will go with the police at the address Smart2Pay is located here in Brazil!

I started imagining their digital delivery system involves a pigeon wearing VR goggles, getting distracted by digital breadcrumbs. By the time I got the game, I'd already created a whole backstory for this pixelated pigeon and its misadventures! On the bright side, once I finally got to play, the game was worth the wait. Paid for a Microsoft Office activation code. Received one that didn't work. Thought they would send another. Instead, they wanted me to delete the official version of Office and download from some suspect cite. Knowing that's an invitation for viruses and spyware, I declined and asked for a refund. They offered a store credit. I've contacted my credit card company to contest the charge. These people are not reputable, let alone honorable.

Never had problems buying games, love the page and the customer services are good. They gave me a refund or a new key if I ever ran into trouble.
Customer Support has always been top notch and today I chat with Edwin I think.
He responded as fast as lightning, I have ADD and I use dexamphetamine so I dislike waiting. I wanted to keep it formal hence why I said "dislike".
You dont get pre-order content when you pre-order, they sell it to you after for overprice. And they can't file your complaint into one of their forms, then they wont help you.
