I've had some questions or mix-ups while using Kinguin. The customer support chat was more polite than I expected. They solved my issues relating to coupon codes and offer listings. Thank you particularly to Margo. I'm a happily returning customer.
Ordered black ops 6 through alter gift, well worst possible option ever, DO NOT TRUST THIS. Firstly, the merchant promises he will send the game after 72 hours after purchase. So I added the Battle.net ID of the merchant. After 72 hours, I messaged the merchant my order ID. Suddenly, he says it will take 92 hours. After all that he says yeah I can't send the game because I reached the gift limits. Just wait another extra day and I will send it to you tomorrow. You can apply for a refund, I will give back your money instantly. Now guess what, he suddenly went offline or blocked me. Neither did I get my refund or my game. I tried to contact Kinguin with the live chat, well no real person with only bull$#*! responses without any solution or anything to refund my money back or get another key. Submitted a ticket with no response. Submitted a ticket to complain about the merchant also no response. Should I take legal actions?
Couldn't change the language so asked for a refund to the card I paid with, They then refunded the money to my kinguin account in an attempt with a shady email to make me spend the money back there. So back to live chat I went to ask for it back which was way to easy, Didn't ask for any confirmation of who I am or anything its just fine enough that I logged into my account.
Edit. In response to kinguin's reply I asked multiple times for the money to go to the card because I wasn't going to be using your site again for another purchase after originally buying a key that wasnt categorized properly and having to jump hoops to sort it out.
Due to a misunderstanding on my part, it wasn't clear that a special way of activation was required.
I contacted their live chat support, got told what to do and was ready to close the matter - but the support agent actually suggested to make the necessary activation himself since I was obviously new to it.
TL; DR: Support agent actually did the activation for me - in a competent, friendly and helpful manner.

Bought a Windows 10 OEM key and windows had a huge issue that didn't allow me to use the phone method to apply the key... The online support walked me through step by step to fix the issues that were windows 10 issues... took a while and I am sure they made no money off of me because of that. This is the second OEM I with them and the first has been working for months with no issues. I have no expatiation that any issue will happen with this one. Totally recommending these folks! - Not including a photo... because it was just a key...
This site is engaged in targeted harassment to me and scamming me off a 100 had with no shame or remorse. Only thing i did was using a racial slur in twitch chat, this is not an excuse to promote hate, sexual harassment and robing me, of my hard earned money.
Bartomiej was the best cust service rep I ever worked with, very very patient, and helpful beyond expectations outstanding job! I had activation issues with win 10 and he very patiently helped me instead of sending me on my own, I will use Kingun again!
I was worried when I activated a product key on my computer that it was a scam, because Windows said it was an invalid key and was activated too many times. So I immediately contacted the Kinguin Chat to see if they would be able to resolve my problem. I got a hold of Pat. Pat was able to walk me through a whole process of tests and installations and uninstalls etc. Well, long story short he was able to get the product key activated for me. It was almost unreal how quick it happened. Also, to mention, the fact that he/she was able to respond to each statement so quickly and with an actual human response was super helpful.
I had an absolute nightmare of an experience with this company. I purchased a NVIDIA GEFORCE NOW code, and when I tried to redeem it, the code had already been used. I've had to talk to 5 different customer representatives and none of them have done a single thing to help. At this point I'm at the final option of disputing the payments through my bank since Kinguin has been utterly insufferable in trying to help me. Pathetic company with terrible practices, wont be using them again. So much for their added "buyer protection" that doesn't do a goddamn thing.

I had a problem (or bug) and i received 2 keys of a game paying just for 1 key.
I exposed the case on the LiveChat to Patty, and she resolved it easy and fast.
They gave me a 10% discount code, so it was a pleasure for me to return the second key without using it.
I just got an issue with my Windows key and the staff member just solved it in less then 10min. This is the second time I have to chat with them, always been a pleasure! Never got definitive issues with them, I recommend it!
Legitimately, that is what Microsofts customer service should have been. I lost my Windows license after a dead motherboard - called Microsoft and got told there was nothing they could do and I would have to go back to the seller of the PC (yeah, they closed).
Bought from Kinguin as they were the cheapest - got a dead key (seriously, buy the protection), was immediately given another one, which also didnt work so the guy messaged the microsoft live chat FOR ME and got my activation key.
The whole time he and I were telling jokes and comparing two very different parts of the world.
They have a customer for life.
I had a few problems trying to reddeem a CD key code bought in Kinguin.net and after reading the sites FAQ's I couldn't do it, still. After consulting the online chat I was paired with an employee that helped me in a very fast, pleasant and efficient way. I very much enjoyed the experience.
Absolutely amazing support. I had a serious problem with multiple issues and the support (Kkora I think was the name) Was totally patient and helped me through the whole process. Would highly recommend them and their service.
Kinguin is going down the drain since 2018, the company made some really bad financial decisions and is now making their sellers pay for their mistakes, if you are a game-seller stay off that site, you wont get payed for your efforts, Kinguin doesn't give a $#*! about you and the other sellers and act like it was normal.
Keys that are sold on Kinguin.net are NEVER, I repeat never actually from Kinguin themselves, sellers like me are those who sell keys via their platform, if a key is bad or theres any kind of restrictions Kinguin makes us sellers responsable for it, they act as they and the buyer were always right, as a seller you are scum to them, they just exploit you and make you wait for nothing at all...
One of the worst comanies I had to work with...
As a buyer, the prices are great and the turnaround to receive orders is super-quick.
As a seller, the time it took to register as a merchant was super-quick and internal support has been outstanding.
In comparison to their esteemed competition (waiting for merchant confirmation for five days and counting) it's a no-brainer.
Purchased a key however when trying to activate via steam it was saying it's already been activated. Had to contact support and the agents on there did what they can but it wasn't good enough from a customers point of view. When a key is not successful they require you to take three different screenshots and send it to them before they will contact the merchant to get another key sent to me. On the third attempt of them sending me keys it finally worked.
On the 2nd time I asked for a refund from kinguin but they said they will need to speak to the merchant about it.
I know that some people do have a good experience from this site but unfortunately on my first use I was presented with this. Will shortly be removing my account as the trust has gone and I did not expect to be treated like that. It's a shame as the consept of the website is brilliant.

Had a dificult buy experience with several problems on the payments, order cancelations, etc. Not kinguin but the banks fault. But at the end of month I got billed twice on the credit card. Kinguin refunded me after a few minutes online chat involving a screenshot of email and a few order codes. And a few hours latter when I wanted a product no one has (a US$1 steam gift code) they gave me a small discount cupom for the contact.

I bought a UPlay key for Anno 1800 but received a key for Anno 2205. I immediately contacted the support by opening a ticket. They ignored me and did not respond to my ticket. I contacted the seller using the feedback function. He also ignored me.
I opened a dispute with PayPal and hope they will give me my money back.

Make sure that the seller is certified and you won't be disappointed. I bought a Project Zomboid key and I got it instantly. I would recommend reading the reviews on the seller not on the site itself.

After confirming my region with the website as USA they proceeded to sell me a key with an Australia coding... Naturally I was unable to use the key so I contacted them... They directed me to the third party seller "HungerGames" (real original right?) who then started to speak in another language... When I made it clear I could not understand him, he started to respond in broken english basically telling me, it was my fault for buying a bad key, they consider the matter closed and to take it up with kinguin... So I escalated the issue back to kinguin, within a day I received a response telling me they would put the key up for resale and only once/if they sold it would I receive a refund... I grudgingly agreed what choice did I have... Now here OVER A WEEK LATER I just received an email telling me they have finally put it back up for resale and for me to be patient while someone hopefully buys it so I can get a refund... SCAM!

I was buying game key on Kinguin.net website and key was not working (key was used before me). I was contacting customer support and Kinguin refund me full ammount i was paid. This was taking about 5 minutes.
Ordered a game. But got the wrong one (this one where more expensive though and i didnt really care about it being wrong) but i left a positive review on the website with as comment that i got a different version. Within no time i got a reply from Kinguin with a question to contact them about it. Even though i didn't see it as an issue they wanted it to be resolved with the seller to make sure similair issue wont happen again. This is a good plus to me because they read every comment and want to make sure you get what you order and not something else.

If you set your account as business account they will not ask for any documentation. After you make an order and ask for invoice they will tell you to send the documentation but they will not say you from the beginning that the specific order will have an invoice and when you ask them for the invoice they will telll you "oh im sorry the invoice will be available only from future orders"
