I've had some questions or mix-ups while using Kinguin. The customer support chat was more polite than I expected. They solved my issues relating to coupon codes and offer listings. Thank you particularly to Margo. I'm a happily returning customer.
Ordered black ops 6 through alter gift, well worst possible option ever, DO NOT TRUST THIS. Firstly, the merchant promises he will send the game after 72 hours after purchase. So I added the Battle.net ID of the merchant. After 72 hours, I messaged the merchant my order ID. Suddenly, he says it will take 92 hours. After all that he says yeah I can't send the game because I reached the gift limits. Just wait another extra day and I will send it to you tomorrow. You can apply for a refund, I will give back your money instantly. Now guess what, he suddenly went offline or blocked me. Neither did I get my refund or my game. I tried to contact Kinguin with the live chat, well no real person with only bull$#*! responses without any solution or anything to refund my money back or get another key. Submitted a ticket with no response. Submitted a ticket to complain about the merchant also no response. Should I take legal actions?

I wish they had included a stepbystep guide in the recipe but i contacted the support (chat 24/7) and he helped me with the steps in a maner of seconds. It worked fine but uneccesary complicated imo. I had an issue with a 3rd party seller, and the support staff has worked very hard to get the situation resolved.

I had a problem with activation of Windows 10 Home and Microsoft Croatia was closed for the day. I have contacted Kinguin on LiveChat and support person acquired Confirmation ID for me in no time.
I got Microsoft office and the key didn't work. It took the 10-20 minutes but they replaced my code with a working code!
Had issues with key and Kinguin customer service got it working immediately! Life savers! Love the service and will be buying from again!
