Ordered black ops 6 through alter gift, well worst possible option ever, DO NOT TRUST THIS. Firstly, the merchant promises he will send the game after 72 hours after purchase. So I added the Battle.net ID of the merchant. After 72 hours, I messaged the merchant my order ID. Suddenly, he says it will take 92 hours. After all that he says yeah I can't send the game because I reached the gift limits. Just wait another extra day and I will send it to you tomorrow. You can apply for a refund, I will give back your money instantly. Now guess what, he suddenly went offline or blocked me. Neither did I get my refund or my game. I tried to contact Kinguin with the live chat, well no real person with only bull$#*! responses without any solution or anything to refund my money back or get another key. Je contact le service client kinguin, qui a traité mon problème très rapidement et ils ont activé mon windows dans la foulée... Rien a dire, super efficace. Les problèmes ca arrivent, le plus important c'est que des personnes répondent et s'occupent de nous lorsque ca arrive... Ca été le cas chez Kinguin
Terrible, compré una licencia y navegando al final elegí una que sólo vale en Argentina (no en España). Al minuto (al llegar el mail) me percaté y escribí... ya no dan solución.
No parece justo que vendan licencias tan limitadas en otros países sin una advertencia mucho más clara y menos que no permitan devolver a los pocos minutos sin haber usado el código...
