I've had some questions or mix-ups while using Kinguin. The customer support chat was more polite than I expected. They solved my issues relating to coupon codes and offer listings. Thank you particularly to Margo. I'm a happily returning customer.
Ordered black ops 6 through alter gift, well worst possible option ever, DO NOT TRUST THIS. Firstly, the merchant promises he will send the game after 72 hours after purchase. So I added the Battle.net ID of the merchant. After 72 hours, I messaged the merchant my order ID. Suddenly, he says it will take 92 hours. After all that he says yeah I can't send the game because I reached the gift limits. Just wait another extra day and I will send it to you tomorrow. You can apply for a refund, I will give back your money instantly. Now guess what, he suddenly went offline or blocked me. Neither did I get my refund or my game. I tried to contact Kinguin with the live chat, well no real person with only bull$#*! responses without any solution or anything to refund my money back or get another key. Submitted a ticket with no response. Submitted a ticket to complain about the merchant also no response. Should I take legal actions?
Unfortunately, payment was cancelled. I started the live chat and was helped within seconds. Got my eurBalance back, and received a new 10% voucher because my own one was aborted. 10/10!

My Windows 10 Pro key does not work. I reinstalled a fresh version of Windows and it will not accept the key. There is no option to activate by phone as is stated in the instructions. There are some big problems with this site / company. First of all, they are pretty terrible at communication. If you open a support ticket, they email you and tell you to respond to the email with more information -- and then do not respond at all. I finally got online with a chat representative after a 20-minute wait, only to find out you aren't supposed to respond to the email but to update the ticket -- even though the email FROM kinguin said otherwise. They were pretty indignant and rude when I pointed out the issue, basically just declaring "that's why we have the online tickets," and said, "I am not going to argue." Attitude needs adjustment.
The reason I had gotten in touch with them in the first place was that the seller had provided a product key that couldn't be activated online and had to be done by phone.
The final issue with the site is that they don't differentiate between 32- and 64-bit programs.
Ultimately, it's good that I was able to get the program, but would have been happy to pay a little more to avoid the headaches and amount of my time I had to use to get a decent answer to the problem.
Tip for consumers:
If you must buy from them (though I wouldn't necessarily recommend it), when you inevitably have problems, go straight to online chat despite the long wait.
Bought win 10 pro key, had a problem (probably because of uncleaned installation) the guided me step by step and resolved the issue of activation. Great product great service.
I really like using Kinguin. It's safe and reliable, I've never had a problem on this site. Unlike G2A, there is no monthly protection fee that they don't tell you about. I've bought many games, even a Windows 10 key, and I've never had a problem with the keys. If there is any other problem with the site, then I contact the support team and they answer within seconds, and solve the problem as quick as possible. I love this site, I buy more games from Kinguin than I do from Steam now. I highly recommend you buy your games here, but check the prices on Steam as well because when Steam has a sale, it is sometimes cheaper than Kinguin, but usually Kinguin has the cheaper prices. Also, I get the keys instantly in most cases. The longest I've waited is maybe an hour or two for CS: GO skins a while back. I have 43 orders, some are games, some are CS: GO skins, keys and cases, and a few of those bundled keys for $5 or so, along with the Windows 10 key. I also bought some games together so the 43 orders, becomes 50+ games and other purchases. I wouldn't say I'm a Veteran on the site or whatever, but I have used it quite a bit.
Code didn't work for windows, refund was denied. I was tgold that I didnt know how to type the code properly into the field. Used codes from other sites with no issues. This is a scam.

I purchased a Division Game Key and it was revoked by Ubisoft because it was a fraudulent/stolen key. I contact Kinguin who is now ignoring my Ticket. I also contacted Ubisoft who had this to say:

We are unable to provide any details regarding the games activation unless you are able to confirm ownership of the Uplay account. You will need to contact the vendor where you purchased the key for additional support.
We recommend purchasing our downloadable PC games directly from the Uplay Shop or from companies who have a digital distribution agreement with Ubisoft as they receive the game files and keys directly from Ubisoft. Kinguin is not only faking reputation but is frequently stealing money by selling fraudulent game keys or not delivering at all. Even if you had a successful purchase it's a matter of time before you become a victim. Avoid Kinguin and use verified vendors for game keys.

Got a few games and they worked alright. Then I bought a game and the key was already used. I posted everything to prove I was scammed and still got no refund or new key. Avoid this site.

Be careful when you buy from the marketplace. They DO oversell keys and you will not be able to register or activate your product. Rather go directly to the official source when buying your product.

I would not spend any money with Kinguin; and, I would certainly not expect PayPal to protect your purchase.
The PayPal Resolution Center is WORTHLESS.
PayPal has done absolutely nothing with my case. I purchased a software download from Kinguin that did not work; they sent a code series that would not unlock the download.
Kinguin requested that I stop the dispute process at PayPal for some reason; I would not do as they requested, instead believing that PayPal would do some research. Sadly, I now know that PayPal is a limp noodle, they promise security but do nothing.
A screenshot of the incorrect code was provided. The numbers were confirmed and properly entered; the code was incorrect. PayPal states that the product was delivered? Perhaps PayPal agrees that a code was delivered; yes, however, they missed the fact that the code did not work. I would call this a product that was not delivered.
Luckily, this was a small dollar item; Do Not trust this company to support anything of significant value.
My use of PayPal will decline significantly; there are too many reputable companies in the payment space doing good work.
