The key activation progress was a bit unorthodox and complicated. I wish they had included a stepbystep guide in the recipe but i contacted the support (chat 24/7) and he helped me with the steps in a maner of seconds. It worked fine but uneccesary complicated imo. I had a problem with activation of Windows 10 Home and Microsoft Croatia was closed for the day. I have contacted Kinguin on LiveChat and support person acquired Confirmation ID for me in no time.
I got Microsoft office and the key didn't work. It took the 10-20 minutes but they replaced my code with a working code!
Had issues with key and Kinguin customer service got it working immediately! Life savers! Love the service and will be buying from again!
