Couldn't change the language so asked for a refund to the card I paid with, They then refunded the money to my kinguin account in an attempt with a shady email to make me spend the money back there. So back to live chat I went to ask for it back which was way to easy, Didn't ask for any confirmation of who I am or anything its just fine enough that I logged into my account.
Edit. In response to kinguin's reply I asked multiple times for the money to go to the card because I wasn't going to be using your site again for another purchase after originally buying a key that wasnt categorized properly and having to jump hoops to sort it out.

Had a dificult buy experience with several problems on the payments, order cancelations, etc. Not kinguin but the banks fault. But at the end of month I got billed twice on the credit card. Kinguin refunded me after a few minutes online chat involving a screenshot of email and a few order codes. And a few hours latter when I wanted a product no one has (a US$1 steam gift code) they gave me a small discount cupom for the contact.

The key activation progress was a bit unorthodox and complicated. I wish they had included a stepbystep guide in the recipe but i contacted the support (chat 24/7) and he helped me with the steps in a maner of seconds. It worked fine but uneccesary complicated imo. Even when a couple things I purchased had bad keys, I contacted customer service and in no time they rectified my situation with no further issues. Due to a misunderstanding on my part, it wasn't clear that a special way of activation was required.
I contacted their live chat support, got told what to do and was ready to close the matter - but the support agent actually suggested to make the necessary activation himself since I was obviously new to it.
