I've had some questions or mix-ups while using Kinguin. The customer support chat was more polite than I expected. They solved my issues relating to coupon codes and offer listings. Thank you particularly to Margo. I'm a happily returning customer.
Ordered black ops 6 through alter gift, well worst possible option ever, DO NOT TRUST THIS. Firstly, the merchant promises he will send the game after 72 hours after purchase. So I added the Battle.net ID of the merchant. After 72 hours, I messaged the merchant my order ID. Suddenly, he says it will take 92 hours. After all that he says yeah I can't send the game because I reached the gift limits. Just wait another extra day and I will send it to you tomorrow. You can apply for a refund, I will give back your money instantly. Now guess what, he suddenly went offline or blocked me. Neither did I get my refund or my game. I tried to contact Kinguin with the live chat, well no real person with only bull$#*! responses without any solution or anything to refund my money back or get another key. Submitted a ticket with no response. Submitted a ticket to complain about the merchant also no response. Should I take legal actions?
Obviously since they sell cheap Windows 10 keys there may be some doubt as I had too, and my key initially seemed to be false. I figured I would at least contact the Kinguin live chat to see what they would say, and what happened over the course of an hour or so was some of the best customer support I've ever seen. I got the same agent twice, Bastian, and not only did he guide me in the right direction and eventually got the key to work, he even did the activation through Microsoft support himself. To go "third party" and help me to that extent was such a relief and I couldn't be more thankful. I'd never heard of Kinguin before but this experience has made me a customer for sure.
I think this is really the very best site for cheap games on the Internet. I had no problems in my experience of buying products through Kinguin. If you have any problems, you can just contact the Live chat support, they are very friendly and they will do the best to help you!
Bought death strandling. They promised instant delivery. Nothing after 11 hours.
Opened a ticket they replied they will give me their useless credits for my 42 euros. Still no game code.
Had to open a dispute with Paypal to hopefully get my money

So I'm a system builder on the side, and I use OEM keys for Windows quite often. Obviously, its a better price at Kinguin than the Windows store. 9/10 times, I make the purchase, the key works, done. Once, though, I was very glad for their customer support, because one key didn't work. They actually went through the trouble of getting the copy of Win10 phone activated. Always buy the Buyer Protection for that reason.
I used Kinguin to buy a steam code and had some payment difficulties. I opened up their chat and was impressed at how fast they solved my problem. They even gave me a discount for my troubles. The steam code worked great too :)
Purchased a game key from here and it does not work. Their customer service is even worse and will not respond to you in a timely manner. They'll ask for information that is irrelevant and will not refund your money. Their supposed buyer's guarantee is BOGUS. STAY AWAY

I had an issue with my windows activation key and had a live customer support chat. One of there support staff guided me through the problem and answered my questions clearly.
I recommend this to anyone looking for help with their Kingwin issues. I won't add a "Credibility photo" to make this review seem legit because I'm not sure if the screen shots she asked me to take were sensitive info or not, but I can confirm that I'm not being paid to say this. Only reason I'm posting a review is because the support was especially kind and charming.
I have used Kinguin.net for a while now to sell extra game keys that I come across in bundles and sales online. It's a fantastic place to place those keys for games that you already have but got in a too-good-to-pass-up bundle or sale. I have never had an issue with selling a game or buying a key. Every key has worked, every transaction has been logged, and every interaction with customer service has been professional and productive. Their prices fluctuate, but are fair and usually cheap. I have not tried any other website, but I'd be hard-pressed to leave Kinguin.net because of the resounding success I have had.

Some of the worst customer service I've ever spoken to. I bought a couple of Office keys that were already activated. An hour and twenty minutes on webchat to get the support agent to acknowledge that "valid key" does not fix the issue of a valid key that has already been activated.
I used them a lot before this and the keys were always good for games, but now I'm a bit unsure they can be trusted.
Oh also, I forgot to mention. I'd sent a report to paypal, they'd contacted Kinguin and both my orders were marked "refunded." But when I spoke to Kinguin on webchat to check how long it would take, the support agent told me that in this context "refunded" did not mean "refunded." It meant sometime in the next 20 days someone would take a look at my report.

Bought 3 games so far, the service is great.
Only had a late delivery for 1 of them ( sea of thieves) but with the buyer's protection I got it refunded with a 10 euros discount on my next game.
Kinguin accept virtual credit cards which is great.
The prices are great aswel.

I had purchased a Windows key and was having trouble activating it. When I first submitted a support ticket, I hadn't heard back, but the next day I contacted customer service via live chat. After a short wait (5 minutes or so), the agent helping me out was able to totally resolve my issue within a few minutes. So, thanks!
Sold me used product key. Took 10 days to respond to a ticket only after a PayPal dispute opened. Then demand pic proof of a ID that apparently is provided by Microsoft via an automated phone system, that ID does not exist. The key was used I was scammed. They are working their hardest to delay and not refund me. Been 10 days and only received copy and paste responses. Kinguin is garbage, still no result or refund just argument.

Ordered plenty of games to Steam from there as they are cheaper. Has worked flawlessly. The buyer has to take a bit of care to see that the game really is available in Steam and remove the one extra cost purchase protection cost (~1). Other than that no complaints.
The guy that helped me figured out my issue and offered a great solution! I accidentally purchased a game twice due to the website not responding and got charged twice. But they offered to put the second key I got up for resale and then refund me with that money once the key is purchased.
I have been using this site for a year now. Already bought 5 games (AAA titles that just came out) for a bargain. Never had any problems and the support responds really fast and is always helpfull.
Dont buy games on Steam, buy them on Kinguin!
Prices are cheap with frequent offers. The game code providers present on the site are very reliable and in the odd case of receiving a bad code Kinguin offers very good and responsive customer support that is very helpful in resolving conflicts. Very satisfied with my experience.
With just a bit of patience and by providing some screenshots, I have been able to receive a refund for a non-working key. This was a very easy process and everyone I came in contact with via live chat has been super helpful!
Avoid! They have poor customer services and refused a refund on a code that wasn't redeemed as unable to answer my queries about this. Google the company, as there is plenty on the net regarding similar experiences

I had purchased Windows 11 key from Kinguin team and out of one fine day it stopped working. I raised a support ticket with Kinguin and they claim that it has been 1 year since activated and they cannot do anything about it. So buyer please beware buying from this site. The may stop working one day and we will not be getting any kind of support from this Kinguin team.

I had some problems with the transaction I authorized in that the cd-key had already been used and Kinguin wanted me to go to their vendor for recourse, rather than through them. I was persistent and didn't have an account with their vendor, and Kinguin eventually refunded my money. I'm not pleased with the transaction as I didn't acquire what I'd purchased, but I'm no longer displeased because my money was refunded.

I bought 5 random steam keys for £5, but upon receiving them I changed my mind and wanted a refund (note that I did not redeem the codes). I talked with tech support and in under 10 minutes I received my full refund (minus the buyer protection, but that's in the T&Cs of the service) without any hassle and with great help from Michal. I have been using Kinguin for more than 6 years and I always am extremely happy with their system and support.
While Kinguin has its risks as any site of a user-to-user marketplace type does, if you watch your step you should be good. Ultimately, if you still somehow run into a problem, the LiveChat customer support is swift and helps with your problem, assuming you provide enough evidence to your claims!
Have bought many things over the years, 37 to be precize, of all these orders, i have only contacted the support twice, and both time, they helped and resolved the issue within 30 minutes.
