I've had some questions or mix-ups while using Kinguin. The customer support chat was more polite than I expected. They solved my issues relating to coupon codes and offer listings. Thank you particularly to Margo. I'm a happily returning customer.
Ordered black ops 6 through alter gift, well worst possible option ever, DO NOT TRUST THIS. Firstly, the merchant promises he will send the game after 72 hours after purchase. So I added the Battle.net ID of the merchant. After 72 hours, I messaged the merchant my order ID. Suddenly, he says it will take 92 hours. After all that he says yeah I can't send the game because I reached the gift limits. Just wait another extra day and I will send it to you tomorrow. You can apply for a refund, I will give back your money instantly. Now guess what, he suddenly went offline or blocked me. Neither did I get my refund or my game. I tried to contact Kinguin with the live chat, well no real person with only bull$#*! responses without any solution or anything to refund my money back or get another key. Submitted a ticket with no response. Submitted a ticket to complain about the merchant also no response. Should I take legal actions?
I bought Forza 5 from Kinguin. The seller sent me a scam code that redeemed for random DLC. Then they attempted to get me to pay more money for the game I already bought. Counterfeit bait-and-switch scam. Fraud.

Kinguin support is a nightmare. They won't respond until you reverse the charges for your transaction, then they try to scam you so you cancel the reversed charges. Not to be trusted.

Stay away, there are other providers that actually work. This one had me enter steam account details in order to get the key, and the key should have been activated hours before i got it. The game provider ask me to contact the vendor for refund, the vendor will contact the game provider before doing anything. The game is on offer today, and i don't know if i will get a refund or not. Not going back to Kinguin.

I was pre-ordering a game and added 50 euro to my balance on Kinguin. That went easy and fast and i pressed on The Division 2 and put it in the basket! Very easy and fast too. Then i added a coupon i found on the internet and it worked. I placed my order but i got a weird message that i needed to pay with Kinguin Crowns or something and i contacted the support and they explained to me that it's only for certain payments and that i should cancel my order in the email i got. So i did that and i instantly got my balance back! Great stuff right? But the best part comes now! The very friendly support person gave me a coupon code for a regular transaction! And it worked. Very nice and fast support, i will stay here for a while and so should you :)

This site is somewhat similiar to G2A, except it looks like a scam the first time you see it. However, it isn't as bad as I thought. There are some solid deals on various games and you can really save a good ammount of cash and play your favorite games.
I've bought around 25 products on this site and I was never disappointed.
I contact the support two times for a key non-activation and it was able to help me under 48 hours. It wasn't a fake key or an used one, it was a miss-reading from my part.

I ordered a windows licence, and had some issues to activate it. 15 minutes later, with the live chat, and it was solved!
They deserve their 5*, you have to take the "insurance" just to be sure, but it is a no brainer!
Be very sure of what you buy because the prices are nice but the descriptions regarding language may be unclear and the staff are not nice to deal with. I'm not sure I ever want to shop there again but who knows...

I am glad i watch YouTube or else i would have never known of Kinguin deals on key-codes. I got Win10 home for a third the price and no problems so far. Nice job Kinguin, and it is all 100% quarrateed. For a very small fee. Can't go wrong.
I was a bit afraid to order at kinguin.net after reading bad reviews here but I had no choice than trying it out due to my need (steam limitation of paypal for me).
It was my first order experience and I fall into on-hold due to security reasons. And, it was true as it supposed to be. However, I posted a ticket and went to live chat too. It was handled by Tolly (on ticket), then Rafael on chat, transferred to Dominik who helped me throughout the issue. I had to verify my identity but it was fine to me. Overall, I found the team very helpful and specially thanks to Dominik the way I was treated and resolved:)

Wanted to buy a steam key, got epic games key

First they offer refund if i show them screenshots of my accounts.
Then telling me theres no refund.

I purchased an Office key from Pinguin. When I attempted to activate, it said it has already been used. I asked for a refund but they keep telling me they need screenshots of the issue. I have sent them repeatedly and they claim it is not the right format, continuousl; y asking for even more screenshots each time. I sense a scam. The screenshots clearly show the Microsoft page saying the ticket I bought has already been used.

Bought a Windows 11 key with online activation as site claimed it was legit and legal. Would not activate and gave a number to call. I called and went through the automated steps until a person got on the phone and advised me that the OEM license had been revoked and I was sold a stolen copy. I emailed Kingwin this info and said I wanted a refund. ZERO REPLIES. They are thieves masquerading under a thin veil of lies.

Everything OK with my transactions. My only problems with the site, for now, are the lack of some titles which can only be choosed if you ask the site to include them. No movement of the staff before this to make things easier. Also, the limit of keys you can sell is very low, even after various transactions.

It is a bit tedious when you have to confirm your e-mail and identity, but it is for our own safety, so it is worth the extra wait. I think the prices are great, sometimes you find great deals and sometimes you find bad deals. Always a great option.

The chat support agent was able to verify the situation and fixed the problem by refunding me the money, which I used again to get another key. You have to let them help you, and do what they say. I do not have many keys but they are willing to help. If you are legit, they are legit with you too!.
So I bought 2 codes of them for the steam wallet and they were used already before I could even use it and then when contacted support, even more, worse told me to contact steam support told I cannot and guess what they told that they did and this was their response: "Dear Stephen,

Got the key for Windows 10, then tried it on my machine and it was being used on a different computer. Had to go through a huge process of reinstalling windows on the new machine I built just to find out I never needed to do that they could have just called Microsoft and got it working. My personal opinion is that it wasn't worth the effort and getting transferred to an automated system multiple times before they finally helped me.
