Ordered black ops 6 through alter gift, well worst possible option ever, DO NOT TRUST THIS. Firstly, the merchant promises he will send the game after 72 hours after purchase. So I added the Battle.net ID of the merchant. After 72 hours, I messaged the merchant my order ID. Suddenly, he says it will take 92 hours. After all that he says yeah I can't send the game because I reached the gift limits. Just wait another extra day and I will send it to you tomorrow. You can apply for a refund, I will give back your money instantly. Now guess what, he suddenly went offline or blocked me. Neither did I get my refund or my game. I tried to contact Kinguin with the live chat, well no real person with only bull$#*! responses without any solution or anything to refund my money back or get another key. Submitted a ticket with no response. Submitted a ticket to complain about the merchant also no response. Should I take legal actions?

I purchased a key for a game, didnt get the key, after a week i got an email saying the key wasnt avaible anymore. So they wanted to refund me, still after 2 months now i havent got my money back. The Support is a joke. 1 week for one answer, due to covid 19... home office is a thing you know... and now they dont answer at all

Have bought many a game from Kinguin, even one i already owned (silly me) and they refunded me straight away after verifying i hadn't redeemed.
Then i bought a game after with the refund money via the nvidia deal thingo for the gtx1080ti but it was invalid as it had expired (the date ended apparently didn't know that type of deal existed but pretty sad that they have end dates)
But i put in a ticket, and it was resolved within 24 hours as they contacted the seller and got my refund for me.
10/10 one of the best digital marketplaces for video games whether it be Xbox, Ps4 or PC.

Bought a W10Pro Key. Installed (actually upgraded) to W10Pro without a problem, but encountered an activation problem after that. Tried Microsoft's phone activation, but that didn't help.
After 5min the chat bot transferred me to a real agent that solved the problem within 2min.

Simply ridiculous as this webSite has a payments service that take people's money to an order stays in pending "forever" when we contact the support they say that it is not their fault and that we and we have to solve the problem their. I can not even say that this is bad or bad... It's the TIP: Do not be an idiot

While waiting for the CD key to appear for "Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire Obsidian Edition", it resulted in an ERROR status. This is odd to me, as I also purchased "Pillars of Eternity Definitive Edition" at the same time without issue. My experience is both good and bad.

Keys work and if they don't live chat helps you step by step. Only had issue with one key but live chat refunded the purchase after a couple of screenshots.

Do not purchase from "Kinguin"You don`t get what you pay for. They put your order on hold, and play you at your game (free to try) to obtain a refund.

I purchased a key for a PC game and when I went to activate it, the key was already used (invalid). When I tried to report it to the merchant I got no response. When I escalated to Kinguin support 8 days ago now, still no response. I am writing as many reviews as I can to tell everyone DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from this site. They are a SCAM SITE and will STEAL YOUR MONEY! STAY AWAY!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM SITE!!

This site seems like a scam at first glance but it isn't. Bought from it twice and wasn't disappointed. They have some solid deals on various video games. Will probably buy from them again.

Not only products are overpriced + probably not even legaly obtained, they lie about price and at they show you real price where they charge you even for charging you, + outraging high fee for shopping on their site, this is bizzare and so outdated noncompetetive attitude!

For such a small amount of money I got my windows key activated.
The support team was responsive and they actually did the calling and the activation ID. Very unexpected and cool :)

Do not trust anything that tells you to use the old automated phone system that Microsoft has deprecated.

They tried to offer in store credit, I asked Chime to do a chargeback.

If you are looking to sell your windows keys here, I wouldn't recommend it, I had to wait 3 weeks to be verified to sell keys then they made me fill out the same exact application TWO MORE TIMES, just to be turned down for "insufficient information" when I clearly answered every box in full.

Tip for consumers:
its fine to buy here, but the customer service is S*** so use PayPal to avoid getting ripped off or paying their 20% "buyer protection:" which is essentially a glorified "honor" of getting a receipt.

I bought a Shark Card for GTA Online and it was $11 cheaper than the Xbox Store and the code was sent to me within minutes and it worked first try. Legit site with no complaints and the customer service was fast and friendly when I asked where my code was that's when they told me it is in the "Dashboard" under your account.
