I promised myself I would write a good review if it worked. I needed a flight ticket for my sister to travel in 24 hours. I only could find absurdly expensive rates but the Kiss and Fly's. I thought it could be a scam, once the price was almost a third of the other websites, and decided to search for reviews and only found bad ones. But I needed that ticket, so I decided to risk, and it worked just fine! So, my advice, if you think there's a chance to need a cancellation or change something, probably you're not gonna like the procedure (although everything about their fee policy and time for refund is right there). I'm really glad for kiss and fly and their fair price.

I bought two tickets on a charter plane on the Iasi-Heraklion route through kissandfly and I had the most terrible experience. Basically, the company with the pompous name kissanfly is an Estonian company with a post office box in Vienna. They managed to trick me with 609 euros, avoid this company, they are first class scammers.

I booked business class flights for my parents to NYC from Dublin. I noticed there was a slight error on my mothers details in the itinerary and I paid the $40 fee to amend these. When they reissued the itinerary I noticed that the flights had been changed to economy. These b@$/@/&s have stolen my money by changing the class of fare for no other reason than to rob me. My original booking reference was YA9HDGTI. I am having no support in getting this resolved.

DO NOT LET THESE SCAMMERS STEAL YOUR MONEY.

Update Tip: I phoned Delta Airlines directly who took control of the tickets and resolved this for me without hesitation.

Lesson learned - I will never use kiss and fly again

Wish I had have seen the reviews before booking via Kiss and Fly. When we tried to go through security for our flight that we had checked in for, we were told we were 'not on the passenger list' and to contact the airline. The airline told us that our tickets had been cancelled due to a 'security issue' and we couldn't be rebooked on the plane until the issue was resolved. We ended up being stuck in Marseille - having to book with a different airline for the next day. Kiss and Fly took payment for the flight and are refusing to refund us. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM.

Just dont buy anything for this utterly disgusting company

THIS GOOD REVIEW MUST BE WRTITTEN BY THEM!
They charged our credit card around $ 700 return tickets for 3 Gold coast. Never refund money, time to time they will ask different surcharges DO NOT USE THIS! After all they will block you you will never be able to contact them! Nicely done scam!

We booked our flight with Kiss&Fly.com (unfortunately before reading their reviews & owing to a better flight cost) on 31st August. A month later, the airlines cancelled a leg each on our onward & return flights. We requested Kiss & Fly for an alternate flight, however, Kiss & Fly was not able to provide an alternative & suggested that we apply for a full refund. We requested for a refund immediately after which we received an email from Kiss & Fly stating our refund amount (about $5000) & that our refund is in process. This was the last update we have received from Kiss & Fly! After this, we have been calling them every week (for the past 4 weeks) to follow-up on the status of our refund. But each time, we get the same response from them saying that your refund is under process, we can't give you an exact date & we will forward your request to the finance department. With no refund & no update on its status even after multiple follow-ups, we are at a tremendous loss for no fault of ours! This is the worst customer service experience we've ever had! Their responses have made us lose trust in the fact that we will ever receive our money back!

Just read this before you book with company.
I had a booking with virgin from NY which was cancelled. I first requested for the flight to refunded. After waiting almost 3 months with receiving the same message " awaiting authorisation from the airline to process the refund " my extended visa in the Us expired and I had to leave the country
I contacted Virgin to change the date of booking and they told me that all flight affected are changeable at the moment but kissandfly has to make the changes. They put this info in my booking as well as a note that if there is any problems they should be contacted to assist.
I have requested the change over a week ago and the message stating request accepted please wait for our email to confirm the changes.
I have spoken to them a dozen of times. They keep on repeating that it will be dealt within 72 hours and they are waiting authorisation from the airline. I have received emails saying the same.
However this is a lie as the airline confirmed that they would change this without the need to contact them. They are clearly not wanting to change it.
I will now need to buy an exorbitant fared one way flight withing 24 hours.
Avoid them if you don't want to be in such a situation.

I just purchased airfare with kilssandfly.com, but when I implemented my CreditCard info, their system asked me if I wanted to pay in Euros or any other currency.
I chose US$, and the system changed Euro 1136 to $1316. 93.
In the heat of the moment I didn't do the math, and proceeded, but later on I thought there must be something wrong. Sure enough. When I received my ticket via eMail, the PDF mentioned instead of 1136 now 1156. 65 plus 64.35 Euros Service fee, now my original airfare went from Euro 1,136 to Euro 1,221! That's insane.
I contacted their customer service team, and they told me that an additional $68.82 was added to my price - but without letting me know. When I selected to make payment in US$, I saw the new price in US$, I didn't know that there were extra service charges and extra taxes. They refused to help me cancel that ticket. I ended up paying almost Euro 115 more for the ticket. Insane.
What a lousy company, lousy service and in the end they hold you hostage - wont help you - simply state that I can submit a complaint, but they will not assist to solve the issue. A total SCAM.
Stay away from that company - don't book Kissandfly.com

I had a booking (EPLR9SUQ) for approximately €1500 worth of flight tickets this March. There were strikes in Germany so they cancelled my flight 3 days before my flight and the airline was not able to place me on a flight on the same day only a couple of days after.

It took 4 hours to reach Lufthansa's call centre due to the increased traffic, and they offered me the last seat on a plane which was 1,5 days later than my initial booking, however, if I wanted to cancel my ticket, they told me to apply for the refund at kissandfly.com. They won't be able to cancel the flight.

I applied for a refund right after my call. However, I did not get any response from them besides the automatic message that they got my refund request. They offered the same ticket that I rejected a couple of hours ago in writing. They claim 72 hours of reaction time and priority for cases needed immediate action. I got my answer after 11 days that they rejected my refund claim. Meanwhile, I got all the emails to prepare for check-in.

After I sent all the documents, to prove that I rejected the alternative flight, they evaluated for 5 months my claim. In the end, they closed my case without a refund because the alternative flight which I rejected in written form was not cancelled so I am not entitled to compensation.

The whole company is a full disgrace. I will never book anything by Kissandfly.com. I hardly recommend you to stay away from them. Their whole strategy is to tire out people and get away with it.

According to the information from the airline, refunds for your tickets are not possible, as the tickets were reissued at the request of the passengers directly to the airline.
When the tickets are reissued by the airline, in this case they are valid for use on the date specified in the ticket, and forced refunds are not possible.

Like other reviewers, I purchased my tickets with kissandfly.com because they have the best advertised price - for my case, a $300+ discount. But when I was trying to purchase the tickets, even the flight selection came thru without problems, when it comes time to put in payment info, it will all of a sudden say - flight full, please make another selection. I did that 3 times, and on the 4th time, I was so happy that it went thru and didn't look closely on what I was paying. I ended up paying $300+ more than the advertised price. When I try to call their number, I can't get thru (probably a fake number since the agency is located in Austria but the phone number is a NY 202 area code number). I emailed them inquiring why the price I charged was different, and they mentioned that only Mastercard payment will get that discount. If that is the case, it wasn't advertise clearly on their website, and whatever "clue" they give you to get that discount is not clear at all. Buyers beware! But they do respond to emails timely to your questions.

They claim they could not verify my credit card just so I try another one and then a couple months later they start using my credit card to make purchases. Do not use them. Biggest scammers on earth.

I am having a lot of issues getting my money back for a flight ticket that was cancelled due to Covid. The agency, KissandFly, has been telling me for 2 years that they are just waiting for the airline to approve my refound. I submitted a complaint to the US Department of Transporattion and find out that the request to refund my money didn't exist. If you are having issues with this agency, please contact https://airconsumer.dot.gov/escomplaint/ConsumerForm.cfm to see if they can help or at least to see what is going on with this company. Also, please note that this Company is apparently outside from the US an for this reason will be hard to get any response from them and forget about any refound.

Very rude and unprofessional customer service. I had to reschedule my ticket and ended up loosing almost $1,000, as they wouldn't assist me on the phone or provide me the email to make changes

I had to cancel a flight due to COVID. The airline refunded the ticket (THANK YOU DELTA) but refunded to KISSANDFLY. Of course, KISSANDFLY "will investigate further" after I sent them the email from Delta. Kiss and Fly will not return my money even though they received a refund from the airline.

Search engine have shown cheapest price just to bring customer on their page and ripped off in currency conversion.
Did a mistake by not checking reviews before. Almost paid $500 extra.

Stay away from this shady company. After purchasing a flight ticket through their website, I received an email that stated the following:

"We are sorry to inform you that due to certain unforeseen circumstances the issuance of your ticket is being delayed. We are trying our best to send you the itinerary receipt as soon as possible."

I didn't hear anything for 12 hours. The next day, I received an email from them stating:

"Dear Customer,
Additional payment amount for reservation #xxxxxxxxx is USD 199.28.
This bill must be paid by 2020-03-14 10:00:00..."

So basically after already paying $90.00 for my one-way ticket, they tell me I have to pay an extra $199.28 in order for my booking to go through. I checked my bank and they had already processed the order and the $90 went through. But here I am without a ticket... How is this even legal?! I tried calling the number provided and it wasn't even in service... I emailed them multiple times to get a refund (within 24 hours of booking) and still no response. Such a SCAM. Do not trust this site with your money whatsoever.

Flight got canceled by Kiss&Fl;y day of flight at check in they claimed it was a "glitch" in their system Had to pay an additional $1799 to get on another flight They keep saying money will be refunded its been 6 months. I keep asking for management or the legal department again get run around Will be sending complaint to governing body in Vienna Austria Confirmation 1K7RKWWX

They will yell at you and tell you nothing can be done about your claim. My girlfriend was stuck in another country for three days because they refused to re issue a ticket with her proper official identification information on the ticket. I finally folded and bought another ticket from a legitimate institution Delta and she was home safe but 3 agonizing days later. All because they put her last name in the middle name place on the ticket and wouldn't reprint it. Claiming it was out of there hands I either had to wait ten days and file a grievance or lose my 338 dollars ( which i did.) and buy another ticket. Luckily Delta had a cheap flight and could properly fill out someones name and got my girlfriend home. Needless to say i will only be flying delta whether my self or my S/O. But wow just over all horrible customer service, there rep literally yelling at me over the phone that it was my fault and there is nothing they can do. Just over all a sad company. Given the looks of these other reviews lots of similar experiences so definitely avoid this hack company.

I have been trying to return my money from the cancelled due to COVID flight and they keep sending me back and fourth to the airline (even though I paid to kissandfly) - seriously? They hope that in vicious circle I will give up on my refund?
It is 3 months now that I write them every week - and NOTHING. Still NOTHING! I would like to use the money to buy my flight back as I am stuck in Mexico and I live normally in Germany!

The absolute worst. A total nightmare. The bane of my existence. Booked this flight by accident and requested to cancel 20 minutes after. They got back to me 2 days later saying too much time had passed so the charges from themselves and the airline would be greater than the $640 I paid for the flights (because they purposely missed the 24 hour cancellation period).
Now with the coronavirus, the flights were actually cancelled by the airlines themselves. Kissandfly never told me about this. I had actually requested another refund for these flights over 2 months ago because of the situation with the Coronavirus and I still have not gotten a response to any of my emails. The flights would have been 2 weeks ago now and still no word from Kissandfly. The airlines "refunded" the flights, but to a card that was not the card I had used to pay for the flights- so Kissandfly charged me on my card but then purchased the flights using their own payment card and now are withholding my refund, again, without getting back to me.

Oh, and their customer service phone number puts you on hold for 7 minutes and then automatically disconnects you. I've called around 5 times and this has happened to me every time. So if they are not answering any emails, refund requests, or phone calls and are withholding my refund for flights that were cancelled... how is this legal?
