I promised myself I would write a good review if it worked. I needed a flight ticket for my sister to travel in 24 hours. I only could find absurdly expensive rates but the Kiss and Fly's. I thought it could be a scam, once the price was almost a third of the other websites, and decided to search for reviews and only found bad ones. But I needed that ticket, so I decided to risk, and it worked just fine! So, my advice, if you think there's a chance to need a cancellation or change something, probably you're not gonna like the procedure (although everything about their fee policy and time for refund is right there). I'm really glad for kiss and fly and their fair price.

I bought two tickets on a charter plane on the Iasi-Heraklion route through kissandfly and I had the most terrible experience. Basically, the company with the pompous name kissanfly is an Estonian company with a post office box in Vienna. They managed to trick me with 609 euros, avoid this company, they are first class scammers.

I had to cancel a 1050$ ticket and there was ZERO refund. This company should not exist. They can be categorized as scammers! AVOID!

A search for my destination on Bing brought Kiss & Fly on top of the list. Without checking anything else, I clicked on it, made the reservation and paid. The first troubling sign was when my bank sent me a fraud alert for the charge - I thought nothing of it and approved the payment, as this sort of thing had happened before.

Received booking number LSU7KFW6, and was notified that it would take up to 3 hours for the ticket to be issued. After three hours, no ticket. I checked with my bank and the card had not been charged - I relaxed. Another three hours went by and still no ticket. Next day still no ticket and the card had been charged. Getting somewhat worried. This was the first time that I checked Kiss & Fly's reputation and at that time, I was really worried.

Two days gone by, still no ticket and I called the customer help line. Reached a very courteous lady whose voice kept breaking up due to an atrocious line. But the gist of it was that I should get my ticket within a few hours. A day went by, no ticket, and I received an email from the same lady informing that the airline still had not issued the ticket. At this point, given their reputation and all that had happened, I was sure I was dealing with an Internet scam.

Two days later, low and behold, I actually received my ticket. I still couldn't believe it until I went to the airport and got my boarding pass. From then on, everything went as planned.

I deducted one star for the bad phone lines and another for inaccurate information on how long it would take for the ticked to be issued. Three stars is not great but given their reputation and the price I paid for the ticket... it was definitely much better than expected.

Bought a single journey for my mother-in-law, she's elderly and needs our help with things like booking flights. The airline canceled one leg of the journey from Colombia to Australia. We've requested a refund from Kissyourmoneygoodbye.com which they approved with an 8 hour window to reply to their email. After 8 hours! The refund expires and you have to reapply which we did ten days ago, not a word back since. Obviously this is a scam, as what refund expires within 8 hours? (the time difference between Ukraine and Australia is 8+ hours, who monitors their emails while sleeping?) Not kissandfly.com for sure!
They don't have any customer service and don't reply to any emails!

So back in March this year 2022. Myself and my partner were due to fly on a short trip to Fiji. Unfortunately the day before the flight i contracted Covid19 after then going for a PCR test to confirm i notified Kissandfly via their cancellation system that i could no longer fly and because my Partner was a close contact she also had to quarantine (Govt Regulations) and was also no longer able to go.

Got a notification back from Kiss and fly that our flights had been cancelled and then there was a request for an obscene amount of paperwork which we provided (Doctors Cert as a minimum with seals and letter head and a whole raft of unnecessary requirements.

All this done via E-Mail as they simply just do not answer phone calls.

All paperwork submitted then the next day a rejection email. Because my partner didnt have any paperwork to say why she could not fly. Even though we explained in the refund request this was due to her being a close contact.

We were then informed our refund was rejected again because my partner was not my wife. We challenged this and Finally got an email stating our refund request had been sent to the airlines and was waiting a response from them.

The email stated that this response could take from 1-3 months to process which is absolutely absurd and legally has to be replied too within 30 days.

That was March and we are now mid July and not a sound from Kiss and Fly and now my account will not let me into the place where you access a refund request.

Feels like Kissandfly will do literally anything not to refund their customers.

While this is going on i cannot even complete a claim from my travel insurance company because this is outstanding and we do not know what the out of pocket expenses are going to be.

My fiancé is from Brazil and we bought tickets for her family to attend our wedding in Bali. Her Aunty saved for 2 years to purchase this ticket but she has now fallen pregnant and because her pregnancy is high risk, her doctor has told her it is unsafe for her to fly and she can no longer attend. We paid $3307 for her ticket and kissandfly will only offer a refund of $127. They won't let us change the name on the ticket either so she could try recoup her money from another guest of the wedding and they also refused her a full refund even after we supplied all the written documentation from her doctor saying it wasn't safe and she couldn't fly. When we said this wasn't right or fair she would lose over $3000 the response of the staff member from customer service was "it happens" Horrible customer service and have offered us no alternative solutions, it's hard enough in Brazil for her and her family as it is and this money would be so important to them with a baby on the way and would really help, they can't afford just to waste this much money, but kissandfly refuse to refund us in full and won't tell us the reasons as to why, are just hiding behind airline T&C's but I'm still yet to find where it says a pregnant woman advised by her doctor isn't entitled to a full refund. This has been ongoing since December and we can't believe any booking agency in the world would not bend over backwards to refund a pregnant woman, but clearly kissandfly are the exception and need to do better in helping a pregnant woman get her money back. If she ignored her doctor and flew and something bad happened on the flight I doubt kissandfly would even care. Absolutely disgusting and need to take a long hard look at themselves as a business.

Reason: They didn't inform us that there is no Contract between Delta and Air India at SVO airport to transfer our luggage, we came to know about this detail at Boston Airpot while checking IN for the flight. Because of that we were unable to board this flight and had to book another flight.
We are requesting a refund for the past 1 year but the only thing we heard back is that they are waiting for Airline authorization.
We called Air India and they told us that Kissn fly never approached us for a refund and they can't issue us a refund because it was booked via a travel agency, Kissnfly told us that Air India doesn't issue any refund (Please see attached screenshot)

I am concerned because the quoted price advertised for a flight changed after I submitted my payment. The price was $824, and it displayed $823.61. After I input payment information, and submitted payment, the price changed to $897.74. This concerns me because it feels like a bait & change, and reeks of dishonesty. On 4/26, I spoke to Lisa, Employee ID # 3160, to get a breakdown of the price because I have no way to see the receipt, and was told the price may not be the same because I went through a search engine, and I can cancel the flight, if I don't agree with the price. I asked repeatedly to speak to a supervisor, and was denied, with her stating a supervisor was not available to speak to customers. Lisa told me to send an email, which I did with no response that same day. The next day, 4/27, I spoke to Navar, Employee ID# 3165, who also refused to allow me to speak to supervisor, gave me an attitude, called me a liar when I said new price was not displayed, and stated that he would tell technical support to contact me to show me I'm a liar, and it was on payment page. Navar also stated that my price changed because of my method of payment, which makes no sense at all. Today, 5/1, I decided to do an online chat to get a resolution to my issue because a supervisor still has not responded to my email sent on 4/26. The employee I am chatting with is Mary, Employee ID# 3159. Mary has just stated the price indeed has been changed due to the fact that I chose the type of a card that does not offer a discount. She said they have discounts on Mastercard Credit cards and I have paid by another type of card. I did not see anything stating that fact. The only thing that was there were the boxes to input payment info, and the submit button. She stated the information was displayed on webpage after I submitted card info, but I read thoroughly, and saw nothing.
I just went through process to book a ticket again, and the only charge I can see is paying with a Mastercard Credit card for -75.86, and all other charges are 0. I don't understand how the price changed if there was no charge shown (no discount given as representative stated) for using a Visa Debit Card.

I booked a flight RKBCLFF9 for my husband this morning to Miami and didnt get a confirmation email so i called Them. After 50'min in line i was happy to speak to a real Person, until she told me that AFTER BOOKING AND PAYMENT THE AIRLINE HAS RISEN THE PRICES AND NOW
I WOULD HAVE TO PAY 257,84€ EXTRA! Where does this Happen?! Then i said NO want my full moneyback. Was told it could take some time not saying how Long. Trustpilot also has many bad reviews of which i wished i would have read before! I called again multiple times, waited on line 1:37 hours! And 55 min! After „irene" got my ref nr, she just hung up on me! These people are criminals and this must stop! Will not only contact skyscanner but also the airlines, the GERMAN newspaper! And will Not stop sharing via Social media! Most people who have been ripped off dont even fight for their money back and this is exactly their BUSINESS Model! „ Luisa hoffman" which is Probably Not her real name even confessed this! I have an appointment With my layer tmrw regarding this case!
Lost Over 6(!) hours today!

Horrible horrible horrible! People beware... DO NOT BOOK through Kissandfly

Booked a flight from Vienna to London with Wizz Air, via KissandFly

1. Wizz Air changed our flight's travel time from 7am to 5PM! Wizz Air said we could get a refund or choose another flight for free... BUT NOPE, KissandFly wanted to charge us 300 EURS to change, and would not offer a refund

2. Customer service is garbage... you call, wait on the line for an hour, only to be told they can't help you, so they will get back to you via email... email communication will take 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS, only to get a garbage answer and have to call once again to get things sorted

3. If you want to add a luggage, or anything extra, KissandFly will charge additional fees ON TOP of the airline - oh and they will quote you the wrong price! I was originally quoted 30 euros for a carry-on (I needed 2), but then on the website, they charged me 156 (as opposed to the 60 euros quoted)! I called (ONCE AGAIN) to get it sorted, and nope, they said sorry, additional fees this and that - complete garbage

DISGUSTING! I don't know how this website is allowed. First and last time i will be booking through them

I do not recommend anyone buys tickets through kissandfly. I have never experienced worse customer service in my life. I am furious at this company for the lack of customer service. I bought tickets on Feb 12,2020, to fly home from the US to South Africa in April 2020. In March 2020, upon hearing about the Covid19 epidemic, we contacted the airline to try and get an earlier ticket back home. They told us that there is no reflection of payment on their system and that they are unable to do anything for me and that I should contact Kissandfly. After many phone calls went unanswered, and many emails without any response, I finally made it through to a consultant who then also refused to change the ticket and referred me back to the airline to change my ticket. At this point, confused and frustrated that no one is able to help me, my fiance phoned the airline company on March 22nd from South Africa and managed to change the ticket to April 6th. Unfortunately, due to Covid19, the country announced on March 23,2020, that they will proceed to go into lockdown for 21 days starting March 26. Because of the country closing it's borders, I found out that the airline had canceled flights to SA. Once again, we phoned the airline to ask them to change our flight ticket, however, this time they refused completely and said that Kissandfly will have to change it. As of Monday, March 30, I have not yet been able to speak to a consultant at Kissandfly. I have written many emails, made numerous phone calls and requested a flight change online, all without any response from the company. It is four days until my expected flight and I have yet to change the tickets scared of the chance that we will lose our money and a chance to go home. I am feeling hopeless and frustrated as I do not know what else to do to get service from this company. Hopefully, they will reach out before the four days are over...

Booked a flight in Feb 2020 which was cancelled due to the pandemic. I was assured by K&F customer services that I could rebook until the end of 2022. It's January 2022 and I've come to rebook. K&F customer services said the rebooking had to be completed direct with the airline, Delta. I spoke with Delta who have confirmed that my tickets were refunded in March 2021 in Russian Rubles, to some entity called: TICKETS-UA, SAINT PETERSBERG RU.

My flights cannot be rebooked, my money is gone and K&F is claiming ignorance.

Avoid K&F like the plague.

'Regarding your note about the refund being actioned after the airline have refunded the money. Therefore, the money has already been refunded by the airline. For the avoidance of doubt, I did not request or receive this refund.'

We were cruising South America when the virus hit the world. We were scheduled to dock in Lima, Peru and fly home on American Airlines. Two days out of Peru, we were told Peru closed its borders to all cruise ships and we would head south to Santiago, Chile to disembark in two days. We booked our air fare independently, so we scrambled onboard to cancel American (and they fully refunded our airfare). Then we had to find airfare for Santiago, Chile to home. Our cruise ship offered a concierge to help us get airfare home. We sat with him and booked a flight out of Santiago, chile to our home in the US. Next morning, Captain told us Chile was not allowing cruise ships to dock and we couldn't leave from Chile. I then realized the concierge on the ship booked our flight through kissandfly. I then cancelled the flight on their website (tried calling to busy, busy signals forever). Got confirmation of cancellation. Instantly started a refund process on their website. I'm talking $2,024. US for two tickets. Well, its 6 weeks later and have gotten nothing. Get runaround on email, can't get through on phone lines. Reached out to Latam airlines which is how we were supposed to fly home and they couldn't help us because we booked through this agency. If we had known the cruise ship was booking through an agency probably wouldn't have done it, great hindsight. We got home end of March and are still trying to get our money back. I call, no answer, send emails and get the robo email back. Never heard of this place and please do not use them ever. They cannot be trusted, it's all about keeping your money.

I am totally disgusted with Kiss and Fly. KLM informed me about two weeks ago that my flight was canceled. I contacted Kiss and Fly straight away. They assured me to rebook on their website which I did.

I also spoke to KLM who advised that it was pretty straightforward and that I was just changing my dates not my flight. I received this email today. I rang KLM immediately and they told me that they are not charging me extra as it's a straight forward change of date. I am waiting on Kiss and Fly to explain why I am being charged 391 USD. Has any one else had the same experience.?

Left with negativity, silence treatment, not helpful, not solution thinking company. Agent starts speaking very fast, hiding the truth how this company operates. Acting as shadow company and blaming the airlines and customers to handle their way of bookings and strategic tactic to take your money.
Playing with time to rush, force the client un normal things through and making easy money from innocent customers.

DO NOT BOOK Travels with them!
Even when you have to adjust times/dates. What they promise on the phone will not happen in reality.
They market classes you do not see after booking with the hope on customers to not know. When you ask and inform yourself, stuff hits the fan.
You are a piece of number to them no accommodating or providing the service they market and promo with.

They closed my booking to put me at a dead end street to sit with a ticket what I can not use because its not changeable (rather paying 750EUR = new ticket) what is the whole reason of booking. While they promise, you can upgrade after communicating with them, but all communication is empty air.
They only have 1 phone number and even blame their agents to call customer service or the agent devision etc... kind a unloggigal whit one phone number.

750EUR on the streets. When I want to change the date the charge 150 EU airline penalty + 40 EU agent fee + the same ticket price to change a date in the lowest glass ever. They hang up phone calls when they do not feel communicating. Bad mentality.

P.S. Keep an eye open on your e-mail inbox. They send out a text message. Saying they wait on your answer and that the request is in progress. This way they play with time for you to end up in a dead end. Paying the high price and sit with what you do not signed up for.
Super twisted communication on their behalf and beyond.

Hello from Turkey,

I bought round trip 6 flight tickets from Izmir to Berlin through tickets.com.tr on July 20, but tickets weren't issued. Yesterday and today I called many times customer services but nobody helped me. Customer representative said couldn't help you only that I could send an e-mail every time that I called. Also, customer service representative is very rude and disrespectful. I could not understand that the same person always picks up the phone and the same person only sends an e-mail.

They sent some invalid documents thats in attached. When I checked their reservation number or their specified check-in number in document with Pegasus Airlines, Pegasus didnt find any informations so they doesn't confirm our flights.

After, I called Turkey office and I said that the airline company could not find my ticket and I requested my pnr number. Nobody solved this problem and couldn't give any PNR number. Do you think it is normal that paid 6 tickets doesn't have PIN numbers?

June 21, I called again and requested cancelled my all tickets but The customer representative said that they could not do anything on the phone and that I had to send an e-mail and wait. After I send a mail, customer support sent an e-mail stating that if I request a refund, 370 TL/per ticket will be deducted from the amount I paid. This is not acceptable.

I paid estimated 1000EUR for 6 tickets and the agency was unable to issue tickets, didn't give any PNR number. Even so, 370 TL/per ticket will be deducted from the amount I paid.

This is terrible service.

According to all this,I faced to it is an imaginary reservation. As you know, it's not legal in Turkey and the government is very sensitive about this.

Please kindly give PNR number that can be confirmed from Pegasus Airlines. If not possible, please kindly full refund.

I would like to state that if my full refund is not made, I will take all legal means.

I hope this problem will be resolved asap and I will have a card limit to buy a new ticket.

It says confirmation in 3h,
Booked over 40h ago no confirmation no ticket no reply on calls was in hold over 10mins each time, from USA to Austria, I had to call around 6 times each time I'm on hold for 5 + mins later again. Now. When I contact them, they put me on hold for 2-3h each call, then I call again then again they make me wait 3+h. And nothing. So now I called to cancel it since I got no ticket for 40h. They said we will try to cancel. But maybe as we r talking u will get ticket I said I dont want nothing give me my money! They said I cant do nothing u must wait! I'll send u confirmation. Otherwise u will be charged cancelation by rules, means cutting my money! Fukin scamers. Never deal with them! I'm missing very important meeting because of this crap company of scamers! Then I did last chance call with my lawyer been on the phone with miss Yana for 20 mins, as well I recorded the call. Absolutely unprofessional seems like some neighbor girl just called and talk so much nonsense. So in the end after I called for cancelation and emailed then and called after 5 h spoke to yana
I received email after another 9 h that ticket reservation has been canceled and money will be back. So now I hope money will be back! I had to call my bank during those 40 hours to cancel my card as I dont know what to expect from this highly unprofessional people. Now I got another trouble as no physical valid credit card. Better safe then sorry. I had good lesson, to dont trust everyone from skyscanner.com as I use to, when booked already over 100 flights with them and for the first and last time with kissandfly.com. Be careful guys and think twice, do research! Good luck!
