I promised myself I would write a good review if it worked. I needed a flight ticket for my sister to travel in 24 hours. I only could find absurdly expensive rates but the Kiss and Fly's. I thought it could be a scam, once the price was almost a third of the other websites, and decided to search for reviews and only found bad ones. But I needed that ticket, so I decided to risk, and it worked just fine! So, my advice, if you think there's a chance to need a cancellation or change something, probably you're not gonna like the procedure (although everything about their fee policy and time for refund is right there). I'm really glad for kiss and fly and their fair price.
I bought two tickets on a charter plane on the Iasi-Heraklion route through kissandfly and I had the most terrible experience. Basically, the company with the pompous name kissanfly is an Estonian company with a post office box in Vienna. They managed to trick me with 609 euros, avoid this company, they are first class scammers.
Just like others said I was hit with a surcharge several hours after I paid. My guess is they purposefully advertise with a lower fair, get your money then hit you up with the rest of the amount and however much more just for the heck of it. As the fool who didn't search for reviews before purchasing, my money has quickly parted.
I have tried to email and call Kiss & Fly regarding an issue with my booking and have not been contacted back in over a month. Their US phone line *******060) is also disconnected and does not work. HELP!

This company is the worst! Bought insurance for my flight because I was probably going to have to change it. Even with the doctors notes they asked for would still not change or refund my flight. I have been back and forth with company through phone and email for days providing them with everything I need for the refund. This company is a scam beware. Customer service even hung up on me and refused to transfer to me any management.
Update. Provided them with purchase proof after the response to the review. Never heard anything back. They are just trying to seem like they are taking you seriously. Do not use this company!

So my friend and I have just booked and paid for (checked in our bank accounts and the money has been taken out) for tickets to Bali, using this site. A few hours after booking and thinking it was all good, my friend received an email saying we had to pay almost $100 more for the return flight?! I had never heard of this, having to pay more money after something has been paid for!
Now we are worried that they can keep doing this and that this is a scam flight booking website. We ended up paying otherwise we would have lost the almost $500 we had already paid.
We should have chosen any of the other sites we are more familiar with. We wanted to save money so we can use this on the holiday, but we've ended up with more stress thinking that its going to keep costing us more and at the end, it will just be a scam

I bought a ticket to Vancouver on the 16th of January 2024 to learn that my flight hot canceled! I then asked for a refund on the 19th of January but I haven't received any refund! Instead, my transaction were very odd: I was charged for $147.00 on the 16th. Then as soon as my flight was canceled, the transaction disappeared. Now it showed again on my transaction time-line I got a charge instead of a refund! The flight was canceled because of the airline did so( from what I was told!)

Flights scheduled for March 22,2020 were cancelled due to Covid. It's now a year later, and our money has not been refunded. Kiss and fly claims that the airline denied the request. We were given directions to try again using the voluntary refund drop down box. Agents are foreign which makes the experience very frustrating!

I bought return tickets for my daughter and partner from Australia to UK in July, 2022. A few days after paying for these we were shocked to be charged another £700+ surcharge. Having to choose to either lose the money already paid or stump up we had no choice but to pay the surcharge. While the passengers were here a close family member passed away and my daughter's partner had to stay in the UK to support family and help to arrange the funeral. I applied for a refund, having supplied a copy of the death certificate and proof of close familial relation and was told in October that my refund request had been passed to the airline, and that it would take 2-3 months to refund the cost. That was 4 months ago and I have heard nothing. Kiss and Fly have been uninterested and unhelpful at every step of the process. They may look cheap, but watch out for the crippling surcharges and appalling customer service.

Firstly, they've sent me an email asking for a photo of my credit card for authorisation in order to process my ticket. I've declined that and switched to buy from another company only come back to find out they have taken my money.
Emailed them back asking how could they take my money from me before I authorise the payment and they said the ticket has been issued and the authorisation is only needed for security purposes?! (Why the hell do they want a photo of my credit card at the first place if they've issued the ticket and processed the payment?) They sold us a ticket with sneaky fine print that said the passenger needed to check out of the airport, go to another terminal, check back in and go through security again with less than 30 minutes. We called the airport and they said the passenger would never make it in time for the flight. Awful, since the booking they have changed my flight date, time, location more than 5 times. Now I cannot get a hold of them either by email or phone. The line drops the call after waiting for 7+ minutes. I do not know the times of my new flight or if it is even real. My original booking is the only thing that appears. DO NOT USE! They keep claiming its the airline canceling all the flights but I am less than a week from departure.

On 24/07/22 my flight was changed and I was unable to make the new times work, so had to cancel being told I was entitled to a full refund. The airline informs me that they processed the refund to kiss & fly on 05/08/22 and I am still fighting with them for my money 07/02/23. I have made over 20 phone calls and emails, and they keep giving me generic answers that they are waiting on the airline. I have sent them email correspondence and refund reference numbers from the airline and they refuse to give my money back, almost $3,000. Do not trust this booking agent.
