I purchased 2 flights for $1,440 total and got an email saying the ticket issuance was delayed. My credit card is still charged, and the customer service email I got has 2 broken email links for customer service. So I have gotten charged the full amount with zero tickets, and no indication of when I will receive the tickets.
I tried to email customer service asking for an update:
*******@kissandlfly.com and *******@kissandfly.com (maybe one is a typo) are both listed in the email, and both got kicked back when I email them. We are on the phone with customer service now and unable to talk to a real person.
I would highly recommend staying away from this "company". If you're reading this Kissandfly, I hope you stop scamming customers. My booking # is SANBND9J. Give me my money back please!
Absolutely a horrible choice to book a plane ticket! No support… almost impossible to get updates. Fine print screws the consumer! Avoid at all costs!

This company is an absolute disgrace. Do not use it. I have never had to deal with so much headache. They sent the confirmation details 2 hours before my flight, then reminded me to get my boarding passes for the return flight although the flight had been cancelled. They never notified me of the flight cancellation. I am now disputing the charges with my credit card company. DO NOT USE THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY.
Booked a return trip from Gold Coast - Sydney, Sydney to Dallas, Dallas to Nicaragua, Mexico - Dallas, Dallas - Sydney, Sydney to Gold Coast. One flight was cancelled Dallas to Nicaragua by the Airliner. Kissandfly.de are unhelpful. They are telling me the only option to get some money back is to cancel the whole trip! This is unacceptable I should be getting a new flight from Dallas to Nicaragua or at least the option to pay the difference from a new flight!

My brother booked a flight from Australia back to America night before he wanted to leave. Departure was at 11am and they still hadn't sent him his plane ticket because they were waiting for confirmation from the airline. It got to 1am called them twice and they wouldn't tell me anything. Called the airline myself and they told me they had no booking under his name. Immediately called the bank and got his money back ($1,900) luckily managed to book with someone else and get him on a flight.
Don't know why it was processing over 5 hours with kiss and fly because when we booked with someone else it was immediate.
Very sketchy and I wouldn't risk it.
IF I CAN GIVE 0 STAR I WOULD. They charge 700 hundred dollars just to change the order of my name. Called them so many times and they were no help. Whenever I needed change/ refund I have to submit request via an account and wait for 2 weeks. On top of that, they emailed and asked for my money at 1am then canceled my request at 5am same day. How do they expect me to pay within 4 hours notice, while I was sleeping? Total scam!

I bought three tickets (4k usd, TT8W1H9F and TQGMBTUW) at the end of February 2022 with "service refund" option. After two days when due to our green passes problem we wasn't able to fly there, we ask a refund. They offered to refund only 25% (!) for tickets but aircompany returned them full amount of tickets. Gooood business.
So anyway 9.5 months they still response like "we will do your refund as soon as possible".
Almost 10 months they holding my money!
People, never use KissandFly, never!
Update: it is mid of Dec, no refunds for both orders. The aircompany sent even a full information about refund to KissandFly, still only stupid response like wait more and we are waiting info from aircompany. Nice job, I feel I will never see my money back.

Yesterday we booked two tickets to Mexico@ 658 Euros each, and noticed my girlfriend's surname was wrong after receiving the confirmation.
Called the airline (iberia) who confirm changing this is not a problem, as the passport number etc remain the same (so not a transfer!), but the change has to be initiated through kissandfly by calling their international number (+34 913 894 357).
Nevertheless, Kissandfly claim a name change is not possible. I am not sure whether the agency is actually contacting the airline via phone, and it is very frustrating that this situation could so easily be fixed! I am currently very disappointed with the customer service...
Addition: upon talking to the kissandfly agent and submitting another request to phone Iberia (which the agent said they would do), I received a new standard message that my request has been sent to the airline - clearly via another standard, low-chance-of-success email, which no doubt will yield a negative response... I am beyond frustrated.

Booked my tickets and requested to cancel them only 12 hours later. They told me the refund was not possible because the price to cancel was somehow more expensive than the cancelation fees themselves. Any airline allows these refunds within 24 hours of booking so this is obviously a load of $#*!. The "fare conditions" that you are supposed to check for cancellation policies says NOTHING> They are just trying to keep their money. THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. Keep in mind I also had to "request" the refund rather than a guarantee of money back. $#*! COMPANY.

My wife and I booked flights from Los Angeles to Reykjavik with Kiss & Fly, and when our flight home got canceled, Kiss & Fly initially acted like they were going to refund us. But as the weeks turned to months, we were met with increasing silence. They kept telling us they were waiting to hear back from the airline--for five months!
When we asked to be connected with whomever it was they were supposedly speaking with at the airline, we got no response. Just now I called their customer service number and was hung up on when I asked to speak with a supervisor.
0 out of 5 would be a more accurate rating. The only reason I'm even writing this review is because I can see Kiss & Fly is occasionally active on this page. I'm hoping they will see this and give us our refund. If not, I'll have to keep posting reviews like this to warn others.
EDIT: Kiss & Fly eventually commented on this review and issued a refund for the canceled flight. I commend them for this. However, after how long this refund took (and the fact I had to post publicly to get it), I am not changing my rating.

I requested a refund for my flight less than a week after I purchased my ticket, after seeing that San Fran, CA and NYC, NY, was put into a state of emergency by the governors... and I WAS DENIED A REFUND.
I did so through their website, after trying to call them numerous times and the call not going through somehow- super shady!
Anyway, our entire city is shut down- literally everyone in San Francisco is sent home to work from home, every day at every company in the city, until further notice. No gatherings are legal above 250 people. Same for New York.
I was somehow STILL denied a refund when travel is prohibited. This company is absolutely insane and I should've have trusted them to begin with.
Don't make the same mistake. I trusted them in the past with my flights and I will not be doing it again. I'll have to put a stop payment. It's a shame they'd rather screw us over than do the only right thing--especially in such an already terrible situation--like a virus that is killing people and the stock market crashing very slowly.

I bought a ticket for what i thought was 300 and some change dollars. I know i chose the option for a ticket costing about 350 usd. So purchasing my ticket i was satisfied with the price and i thought all was well. Later im looking through my email and im having problems locating my ticket so i check my statement to see that the purchase was made and i see 523 usd going to kissandfly and im confused to say the least. Somehow the ticket went from 350 usd to 523 usd. And this company makes it like im crazy because i knew at the time of pruchase how much it was for. But that isnt so because no where on the ticket is there a price for 523 usd. And further more the 350 price was on the ticket adding in fees and taxes it was a little more. So why wouldnt i think that was the price i was paying? These people are crooks and loathsome.
Selected a credit card to pay and they overcharged me by saying debit card was selected sent a screen shot showing the card selection. Looks like it is operated by THUGS so be aware I recommend DO NOT USE them

I've been waiting for 16 months for a reservations refund and hasn't happen yet, and not only that by mistake I end up buying tickets again with them, and they screw up my reservation they issue my tickets with wrong dates and not only that but also at the moment of complaining they refused to change it to correct it, but they also refused to refund my money now, STAY AWAY FROM THEM! This is only a a bunch of criminals Scamming people. I already went to the police. So please be advice that this must be done all the time when buying with them.
Booked with them and after 10 min I received an email that they had to cancel the booking due to incorrect pricing. I then emailed them asking if for sure no money will be deducted which they assured. A week later I see that the amount was still deducted and after several hours emailing and on the phone, they still said they couldn't help me any further and I will have to settle it with the airline. After waiting for a year, and after multiple e-mails and excuses. Kissandfly kept my money and did not even give me a credit for a COVID-related cancelation. They are the worse company I have dealt with during all my years of Traveling and should be investigated by the Federal Authorities.
This was their final e-mail, after one year, except that I did not pay American airlines the money, and American Airlines informed me that Kissandfly was responsible for the credit and refund and not them.
