I promised myself I would write a good review if it worked. I needed a flight ticket for my sister to travel in 24 hours. I only could find absurdly expensive rates but the Kiss and Fly's. I thought it could be a scam, once the price was almost a third of the other websites, and decided to search for reviews and only found bad ones. But I needed that ticket, so I decided to risk, and it worked just fine! So, my advice, if you think there's a chance to need a cancellation or change something, probably you're not gonna like the procedure (although everything about their fee policy and time for refund is right there). I'm really glad for kiss and fly and their fair price.

I bought two tickets on a charter plane on the Iasi-Heraklion route through kissandfly and I had the most terrible experience. Basically, the company with the pompous name kissanfly is an Estonian company with a post office box in Vienna. They managed to trick me with 609 euros, avoid this company, they are first class scammers.

They will only book one leg of your flight and leave you on your own. Worst experience ever. I had a similar experience while booking my flight 1 week back. Ultimately i had to cancel my one segment and cancel the overall trip. And they blocked my return money for another 1 week for no good reason.

Don't book with this group! I did, flights canceled twice, difficult to rebook and in the end even when your flight is canceled again for medical reasons with sufficient evidence they won't refund or give a rain check. Stick with the airlines and don't let cheap rates fool you, you will get burned!

Don't use this company. If you purchase a ticket by this company and try to get your money back under 24 hours they will do the impossible to return your money even if you give all information and documents they need. I never had to give my passport copy for have my money back and I never had to answer e-mails so fast just for having my money back and still don't have it. Bad Customer service.

Never ever buy ticket from this site, they are just running a scam, they never confirm your tickets first they show less price but after you have to pay to print your boarding pass. This site is not trurst worthy. Beware of suck people.

Bought ticket for my mom from Bulgaria to Chicago and when cheked the price was $890 when i paid price went up to $975. Do not trust them better buy ticket from CheapOair at least you will know exactly the price, no hidden fees.

Please do not use this service! As others have advised they are not reliable and hide things. They advertised as AUD but in turn charged me a $160 usd charge and also caused a $110 international transaction fee. I have a USD account I could have used but as it was advertised as Australia I didn't. I am now also worried they will cancel my flights as others have return. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere!

I entered my details online and decided not to proceed and left the site before confirming my flight and payment details. They added a $380 surcharge to the advertised rate.
Within seconds they charged my credit card for the full cost of the flight. How is this legal?

I am worried I won't get a refund now and will have to contact my bank. I wish I knew they were scammers before :((

Yesterday I was forwarded to Kissandfly by another consolidator to close on a $268 flight booking. When I filled the payment info there was no confirmation of amount paid. Kissandfly billed my bank $776. My bank refused the charge. I learned the spurious bill when Kissandfly sent an automated email to me requesting $776 to complete the booking.

This company is an absolute joke. Please never use.

I recently tried to reschedule or receive a refund for my flight to Mexico from Berlin on 21st March. I paid around 800e for this flight. I have multiple DR notes and have actually been in contact with the Corona Virus, proof of which has also been attached. I am currently in isolation in Berlin.

They want to give me 63E refund! From 800+.

Each time I try to call, they put me on hold and cut me off. STAY AWAY!

I used this website to book a flight and after selecting the dates, they just sent me a ticket for different dates. After complaining right after I got the email saying they would help and correct the error and never got a response in days. They did not want to cancel my flight either in the 24 hrs period. They just wanted to upsell. Called few times after they just said they couldn't do anything. Every operator is called Irina, and they hang up on you. I talked to the airlines and they told me I was not the owner of the ticket so I could not make any change. AVOID Kiss and Fly. No wonder why they have such bad reviews everywhere.

This was the worst ever experience. I wrote several E-Mail back and forth with the customer service and they just never answered my question. They wanted to charge me 50 EUR for a change of a letter in my name of my ticket, but did get my written request wrong. I requested a change of my first name not my last name. After I draw their attention in THEIR mistake, they charged me 89 Euro extra. Worst experience ever.
I fly often and never had such bad service.

I have never even used this website, but some how there was a charge on my credit card from them. I still don't know how they got my credit card number. Now i can not have my money back even flight ticket which i had not booked

Bought a ticket and few hours later, I receive a note that the same flight that I purchased has increased and that they've put my ticket pending. This is totally wrong and the US department of transportation must hear it.

I bought a ticket in January. There was a bad weather at the day flight, it was snowing and the flight was cancelled. I could't have my money back after months. I tried a lot of times complain at the website and never got any answer, they just say to wait for the order to be processed and the operator to respond to the email specified in the Buyer details.

I bought tickets for my brother and his family (booking number 33P3LT4P.) but instead of them getting their tickets to fly, they got an email saying the card declined, but that the reservation was booked. Also when I pressed the button to review the booking, I got this message saying it was booked but that I need to confirm payment. I guess I just need to understand if I should call the card and ask for a fraud investigation or if the first payment did go through?why do I need to confirm payment twice?

How does a booking get created, but it declined?

I should've known this website was shady when they didn't ask for billing information.

If they’re not asking for billing information, don’t consider dealing with the company. Most likely a scam.

Worst travel agency ever! Cancelled flight days after we had paid and didn't even notify us come to airport to check in just to find out that they cancelled our flight we call customer service and they tell they can't do anything about it and click 3x we will definitely sue!

Due to the death of a family member I had to change my return flight. In the end, I paid for 2 tickets de facto.

According to the mail instruction of Kiss&Fly, all changes should be made online in My Account, and the changes surcharge would be calculated:
"As soon as you receive the changes surcharge calculation to your email and personal account, you may either confirm that sum or decline it. The ticket will be changed only after your confirmation and payment."
However, I never received any calculation for me to confirm or decline. Besides, I couldn't send any request online without proceeding to the confirmation of payment, but just had to do it. It's a mistake. I know now.

I e-mailed Kiss&Fly again for the details of the payment and got the exact sum of a round trip ticket, although the date of the outbound flight has been expired.

I bought a ticket from KISS AND FLY and they printed it with the wrong name and didn't want to refund me. They're a scam. My mums is suffering from cancer and needed to travel for treatment but since they printed her ticket with error now she has about 2 months to live if she dies I will try my absolute best and take them to court and sue the company and hopefully have their licence revoked

They are not returning my money and blaming copa airlines. They didn't give me my tickets. Copa airlines told us that's not their responsibility as it's not them who took it out. And now kiss and fly won't return our money

I asked for refund after realize a mistake (I booked the wrong date). They said they could not help me and asked me to contact the airlines representative. This is absolutely bonker because the airlines only allow local IP to access (I was abroad at the time). They refused to act. After using VPN to get access to the site, I managed to get some refund back but the airlines only agree to send back to the original payment (which is Kiss&Fly). I asked them through their customer email to confirm my refund and they asked to send a refund request/ticket or something. I once again open a god damn refund request and they just simply good day and reject me, this is so annoying. I asked again, they asked for proof, and good day once again, we won't refund back.

I get an email requesting $300 surcharge and hour after I book my tickets saying the prices have changed. I check back online and they haven't. Total scam. Avoid booking with…. And after paying the surcharge they cancelled my entire booking. I'm reporting the scam to my CC now

Waiting a year and nothing! $4000 AUD worth of flights not refunded due to flight cancellation and now I cannot even find the tickets! I am not even sure that the tickets I was issued are Real! I cannot log in to their website to get my ticket numbers I get stuck in a loop! Aggressive unhelpful people on the phone and now the phone rings off the hook!

Did anyone manage to get money back by lodging a dispute with credit card company?

We bought tickets, everything was fine. After we got a message that tickets increased in price and we need to pay difference. I didn't see this email and they canceled our booking. Is it there always extra charge if tickets change price? I thought if you book for one price is not going to change!
