I promised myself I would write a good review if it worked. I needed a flight ticket for my sister to travel in 24 hours. I only could find absurdly expensive rates but the Kiss and Fly's. I thought it could be a scam, once the price was almost a third of the other websites, and decided to search for reviews and only found bad ones. But I needed that ticket, so I decided to risk, and it worked just fine! So, my advice, if you think there's a chance to need a cancellation or change something, probably you're not gonna like the procedure (although everything about their fee policy and time for refund is right there). I'm really glad for kiss and fly and their fair price.
I bought two tickets on a charter plane on the Iasi-Heraklion route through kissandfly and I had the most terrible experience. Basically, the company with the pompous name kissanfly is an Estonian company with a post office box in Vienna. They managed to trick me with 609 euros, avoid this company, they are first class scammers.
I contacted this company to exchange my flight 5 times after Delta.com change their departure time and said that the exchange of flight is possible but I need to contact kissandfly.com. Kissandfly never called Delta. They kept on giving bogus excuses and would never even make a slightest effort to help. It is a disgusting company! If you can, don't use it.
They charged my credit card and 5 mins later cancelled my booking because "they could not confirm the flights" fair enough. However they are still holding my money. It's been 4 days now and all they say is that is my banks fault! They are of lies and when calling the customer service they are full of excuses. On top of that they don't speak proper English so it's almost impossible to get good answers from them! Horrible experience

I've ordered a few tickets for a flight using the tickets.lv (another domain of the same company). However, after some time, they cancelled my tickets with a reason like "There is no available seats on the flight". The interesting moment that afterward I managed to buy the actual same tickets on the same flight in the same day. So, it seems like a total scum, they're just saying "Smth goes wrong with the booking" and just never refund the money.
Seems like the refund might be possible only when sending complaint to governing body in Vienna Austria.

I've been charged with service fees (that are not advertised when you book your tickets of course so it's not like I was aware or misread) - which is very misleading and dishonest.
I've been trying to reach customer service by emails multiple times, no answer.
Issue still not fixed and with all the other bad reviews, I find this quite disrespectful.

I bought tickets from these crooks for United airlines, now my flight got cancelled and asked United to give full refund. They issued refund already to them and sent receipts to them, but these $#*!ing people keep saying they did not get anything. I called customer service 3-4 times a day and one of the guy said if I have refund receipts I can send them and he will give mr refund immediately. Guess what, I sent them receipts which shows how much refund United give them and after calling weeks and weeks there answer is they have to confirm amount of refund with United. I don't understand if receipts shows how much amount refunded why the $#*! they are keep saying we need to see amount. It is so simple, amount I paid to them should refunded to me because flight got cancelled by United, it was not my fault.
In short, this $#*!ing Kiss and Fly are crooks. I recommend everybody even if you get free ticket don't buy from this fraudulent people.

Kissandfly has the most inefficient customer service that I have ever experienced. Further, they do not name the insurance company that they use for ticket insurance. All the writing in the site are very vague and they will try their hardest not to refund your ticket. They cancelled a paid confirmed cancellation of my ticket without my consent. I have never seen any agency take decisions for the customer. My opinion is that Kissandfly should be flagged as fraud in all the flight tickets apps android, google and apple approved.

I was very afraid to be honest based on the reviews I read, but I took the chance because it seemed like it was mostly over seas and with cancellations. We booked out flights together, a couple weeks before flying out i looked into our tickets and the itinerary had us both listed but when i went to the airline website, I had no ticket on that itinerary. I had to call customer service to be told we had two different tickets. I paid for baggage up front, yet now i am told that is unavailable.

I bought ticket online from kiss and fly from July 23 rd 2023 for Madrid from london. When I tried checking in online I could not get match of my confirmation number. When I called Iberia airlines they said my booking was not there. Kiss and fly.com is a fraud site beware. I had to buy my ticket again directly from the airlines

Now after reading the reviews on this page I can find an explanation for all the problems with Kiss&Fly: guys, they are just busy elaborating their own sanctions against ordinary Russians instead of doing their work. They have been entrusted with such an important task apparently directly from God (cause I haven't herd of any on the governmental level) and have no time for such crap as providing the services the are supposed to do. I would give 0 stars if possible but in any case thanks to this situation I was able to buy the tickets much cheaper.

Bought two tickets for elderly parents to fly from Brazil to the United States. After we purchased the tickets we were told they are not allowed to bring a bag on the first leg of the flight. What the hell is that. I've never heard of such a thing how can two people fly across the world without a bag. No option was given either to add a bag. Tried to refund the tickets and was told the service fee was too high even though I paid for the refund insurance. Total scam. Wish I saw some of these reviews before I purchased. Out $3000

I have not read the reviews prior to booking with Kiss&Fly and unfortunately fell into the trap. Made two separate bookings but on both occasions could not a make payment. Despite having enough balance and high enough daily/transaction limits/etc on my credit card, the payments would not go through. After 12 hours the bookings were cancelled. Made the bookings through another agent/airline and payments went through without any issues. Something is seriously wrong with Kiss&Fly.

Before booking the ticket is not showing NCNR, even booked still not showing any fare info. But requested to cancel and they said it's NCNR. It's terrible experience ever. I am so regret to book the ticket from them.
Also got notice that there is NO checked in baggage for international fly until they sent me the ticket confirmation. And checked with them for the information and they don't reply as well (On the phone, they said will reply within 2 hours but never come back to me)

Was approved to refund tickets over six months ago and still yet to see the money in the bank account. I have called the customer support multiple times and get the same answer every time 'that refund has been approved and awaiting release to transfer the funds from the finance department'. Absolutely disgusted with this, I am always assured that the money will appear in my bank account in the next 7-10 days however it has been greater than 6 months! Do not buy tickets from here!

Booked a trip with them. One of the connecting flights had a drastic time change so that the trip was literally impossible to do. I went through their support multiple times, they were unhelpful and refused to refund each time. I ended up going through my bank to complete a chargeback, and would recommend others to do the same. All potential buyers beware that this site is a total fraud. Through them, I bought five tickets with a complicated itinerary - they emailed me tickets with all legs confirmed. Fortunately, I checked with the airline and found that for four of the five tickets the airline had no record on two major legs of the trip. Then they began a process of procrastination. I am now working through my credit card to get my money back.
