I promised myself I would write a good review if it worked. I needed a flight ticket for my sister to travel in 24 hours. I only could find absurdly expensive rates but the Kiss and Fly's. I thought it could be a scam, once the price was almost a third of the other websites, and decided to search for reviews and only found bad ones. But I needed that ticket, so I decided to risk, and it worked just fine! So, my advice, if you think there's a chance to need a cancellation or change something, probably you're not gonna like the procedure (although everything about their fee policy and time for refund is right there). I'm really glad for kiss and fly and their fair price.

I bought two tickets on a charter plane on the Iasi-Heraklion route through kissandfly and I had the most terrible experience. Basically, the company with the pompous name kissanfly is an Estonian company with a post office box in Vienna. They managed to trick me with 609 euros, avoid this company, they are first class scammers.

Please trust me, any money that you think you're saving now by booking on Kiss & Fly -- it is *not* worth it! Save yourself the stress later.

Kiss & Fly customer service is mind-blowing bad. Like, I cannot believe it's real. Nobody that you talk to on the phone has any power to make changes to your booking. They just say over and over again "I will send to my colleague, and we will inform you by email." But the email confirmations never come! They take forever to process refund requests, and when they do -- you have to respond within a few hours time, otherwise they cancel the request and you have to start all over again.

They have caused me some of the most stressful days of my life over the past few days, and they made so many promises over and over to me that they never followed through on. Unbelievable. DO NOT USE.

Tip for consumers:
Just don't use Kiss & Fly. It's not worth the stress!

I attempted to purchase airline tickets from this company and they canceled my payment twice. After reading all the other negative reviews, perhaps I should consider myself lucky. They claimed it was due to a problem with verifying my credit card. I happen to know this is not true because I'm an engineer who has been working with credit card security systems for 20+ years. I have not figured out what their scam is, but if I see any unauthorized future charges on my credit card I will be asking some of my high-level friends at MasterCard, Visa and American Express (where I used to work) to take a close look at kissandfly.com. Like Garth Brooks, I've also got friends in low places (computer hackers) who might be interested in kissandfly.com

Purchased a ticket. The ticket was never issued. Customer service numbers are all disconnected. Finally found some foreign phone number and they wouldn't help. Had to dispute the charges with my credit card and have been filing fraud reports all morning on this company. STAY AWAY!

Kiss and fly issued tickets with improper time buffers. We missed our connection by 1.5hrs. Not the fault of silver air tho they contributed. I'm going to talk to FAA and FTC about possible misrepresentation and illegal price fixing.

This whole site is an Eastern European Scam. Large scale. They first promise you cheap flights. Than Cancels it saying your card is suspected. Bla. Bla. Ask your cards details. Than charge a small fee of 5 euro for every transection. Just think if they play 100K people / Month. How much they get. Half a Million. After that they might sell your info to hackers.
Stay away from them people..

I was actually very scared after reading some reviews because I already purchased tickets and was afraid I would get scammed. But I didn't experience anything bad. It looks like most of the problems people are having are with refunds. So I would suggest if your going to buy from kissandfly be certain your plans will not change and you should have no issues.

Like many have mentioned, bait and switch and you see the discounted price all the way through your booking until you hit confirm payment. Tried calling 10 times 5 minutes after booking and no one answered even thought they claim to be available 24/7. Only after a ticket was issued did someone contact me. Then I tried to get a refund, the the company has a scammy practice of not only taking over $100 off the original amount, but you have to make a new payment of $30 before they would give you your money back. Talked to various customer service reps because of the issue, and every time someone said they would email me or call me back, they never did. Ive booked with many third-party agencies and never experienced this. Complete scam, please avoid at all cost.

My ask was simple. I need the corresponding booking number on my operating airlines, for my international flight, so that i can check-in. Called the customer service number, I was told to wait for an email within 2 hours. 4.5 hrs later, still no email. I called the customer service again. This time i get an operator, who clearly was in no mood to help. Asked me to wait another 2 hours. At this time, i will need to leave for the airport in 2.5 hrs.
I guess i learned my lesson. Should've gone with one of the established services, even if i had to pay a bit more. International travel is quite strenuous in general with all the various requirements out there. Not willing to take another level of stress from the booking site. No more Kiss and fly.

I booked a multi-flight ticket on 24-June-2022 and as soon as I paid, they sent an email asking for a surcharge fee, straight after payment another email saying flights were cancelled (this all happened within a few hours).
They cancelled the payment for the flights. Phew!
They have not cancelled the surcharge fee.
I have disputed the transaction with my credit card company whilst it was appearing as pending.
Not sure if I'll get that refunded. You can not contact them. They don't reply.
STAY AWAY FROM KISSANDFLY
Skyscanner should not promote them.

These guy are operating a scam website. They don't refund any tickets- specially when the flight is cancelled or out of your control. The airlines won't help since you used a third party. After a month of back and forth, they don't refund claiming the service fee is higher than the plane ticket. My ticket was $450. The service fee was $30. Lol. Avoid. They're not helpful. They keep sending the same boiler plate templated email. The phone lines are twice as long for English speaking countries. How are these scammers allowed to do business?

I booked a flight with this site unfortunately and it turns out its for different dates that I chose. Ive been contacting the company for the past week and while they accepted my request of changing the dates they have still to respond with the new information for a new ticket and they wont answer any of my emails. Scammers! DO NOT use them. I will gladly change the review if they respond in time.

Bought a super cheap ticket to Greece a couple of weeks before, then realized how horrible the reviews were so i was getting worried. Started to notice that people only came on to complain that they could not get a refund, but then again did not buy the ridiculously expensive insurance that you can purchase. After boarding on the plane and realizing the ticket was not a scam I made sure to promise myself that i would write a review on them since they already have such a bad reputation. The tickets on this website are suuuper cheap for a reason, if you are not 100% sure you will be able to go, dont risk buying from here, but otherwise, very cheap and reliable.

I booked a round trip ticket on Delta through KissandFly.com. We used the first part of the flight and then Delta canceled the return flight and told us we had to go through our travel agent kissandfly.com for a refund of the return leg.

Kissandfly sent the following response and is unwilling to offer even a portion of the ticket price. We were forced to buy new tickets at our expense:

"Your ticket has been used for this flight. Therefore, a refund is not possible".

Also, they are based in Austria so you cannot talk with an agent directly. They say they will call you back in one hour and never do. All correspondence had to happen via email which does not help when you are stranded and trying to get home!

Terrible, worst customer experience of my life. Buy direct from the airlines!

Flights have been cancelled due to COVID and every time I ask for my money back they send me in big loop which goes nowhere. All staff are hopeless so far. I am starting to believe that they are making it as difficult as possible so that I will give up and they can pocket the cash.

I will keep it short. This company is a fraud. Please, stay away from them. Please use a legit website to buy an airplane ticket. You will be thankful to yourself later on.

I'm trying to get my refund for over 18months now, and they are still not doing it. I believe it's a bunch of unemployed and uneducated people who got together and started a business.

Tip for consumers:
Just check their website and see all the other domain names they have. And stay away from all of them.

First and foremost I DON NOT RECOMMEND this airline agency. They are scammers, liars and robbers. They took my $2000. 00 and put it in their pocket. I called and emailed the company numerous times but no hold of them, a day or two later they emailed me telling me that they will refund me and I just needed to confirm so I can get $200.00 out of $2000. 00 back. After I confirmed they later sent another email telling me that they wrongly calculated my refundable amount and the new refundable has moved from $200.00 to $100.00. I did confirm that amount, later on I received another email from them saying the same thing that They wrongly calculated and the refund has had moved from $100.00 to $203.00 and I confirmed it for the third time. They then sent another email saying that due to technical issues they wrongly calculated the refundable amount and it's changed to be $113.00. I never got a dime back from them. They kept dragging me back and forth for a while now.

I booked an international ticket from Cebu to Detroit last October 1,2022 but there was a delay with issuing the visa and so had to cancel the ticket. The refund was processed and in my kissandfly account, the status state that it is "being refunded" but the money did not come back to my account. I called customer service. At first, they said to wait for 14 working days. It has been a month already since that process. The agent said it has been escalated to the financial department so it will be quicker but until now, there was no evidence of any transaction. Please refund booking reference number of VZYGEWZT ticket purchase from Cebu to Detroit on October 1,2022.

It's two years from the flight cancellation because of covid 19 that I am asking for a full refund! The American United confirmed the chance to get it but they go on refusing to give me back my money! Their CS informed that the flight was rescheduled, so they cannot give me the refund but noone informed me about it! How could I know? I just followed their instructions as per the attachment for getting my full refund!

"Dear customer, the airline has declined the request for a full refund: REJECTION REASON: "scheduled on, ticket is not eligible for a gratis refund as their PNR has not been impacted by our Schedule Change. Voluntary refund would be subject to the fare rules of the ticket you have purchased. Please provide the copy of schedule change screen for verification." If you have a proof of flight cancellation, please provide it, as there is no schedule change in the system. As per airline policy, the ticket is not eligible for voluntary refund anymore as the ticket validity has expired.".

Also, all information sent to you by email (where everything is described in more detail) is correct. Because the airline provided it to us.
We sincerely regret that you have such a negative opinion about the work of our agency. However, we cannot go against the rules of the airline.

This company should not exist. They have scammed me out of $680. I booked a ticket for my mother to visit home (Europe). Sadly covid hit and border closed. Obviously no fault of hers. They wanted to refund me only 170$, I denied offer and have been trying to book a new ticket for over a year now. I follow their guidelines lines. It takes them weeks to reply just so they reject the request. Each time is new excuse. And finally now it has been over a year so they decided I no longer qualify for another flight or refund. Please be wiser than me and do not buy airline ticket from kiss and fly.

We've been in communication with Kiss & Fly for over four months and have been repeatedly told that our refund is being processed. We have been receiving this same response for MONTHS. I don't understand how this is still happening.

DO NOT use them for any travel, it's a ridiculous scam.

Its been over a month now and I still have not received my return.700$ is a lot of money that I could be using for my bills etc. They reached out once i contacted them and said i should be receiving my refund in the near future. What does that even mean? In a couple days, a couple weeks, a couple months? Very unproffesional, I cant even recieved an estimated time on when I will be getting my money back. Please use another service, one that is reliable and that has good ratings. Dont make the same mistake I made.

Paid for a flight. Just before delivering the ticket, they told me price was changed and asked for additional 20% of the cost to deliver the ticket. Tried to cancel the reservation and having money back; still waiting. This is nothing else than a pure fraud.
