I promised myself I would write a good review if it worked. I needed a flight ticket for my sister to travel in 24 hours. I only could find absurdly expensive rates but the Kiss and Fly's. I thought it could be a scam, once the price was almost a third of the other websites, and decided to search for reviews and only found bad ones. But I needed that ticket, so I decided to risk, and it worked just fine! So, my advice, if you think there's a chance to need a cancellation or change something, probably you're not gonna like the procedure (although everything about their fee policy and time for refund is right there). I'm really glad for kiss and fly and their fair price.

I bought two tickets on a charter plane on the Iasi-Heraklion route through kissandfly and I had the most terrible experience. Basically, the company with the pompous name kissanfly is an Estonian company with a post office box in Vienna. They managed to trick me with 609 euros, avoid this company, they are first class scammers.

IF I CAN GIVE 0 STAR I WOULD. They charge 700 hundred dollars just to change the order of my name. Called them so many times and they were no help. Whenever I needed change/ refund I have to submit request via an account and wait for 2 weeks. On top of that, they emailed and asked for my money at 1am then canceled my request at 5am same day. How do they expect me to pay within 4 hours notice, while I was sleeping? Total scam!

Never ever use KissandFly!
I bought three tickets (4k usd, TT8W1H9F and TQGMBTUW) at the end of February 2022 with "service refund" option. After two days when due to our green passes problem we wasn't able to fly there, we ask a refund. They offered to refund only 25% (!) for tickets but aircompany returned them full amount of tickets. Gooood business.
So anyway 9.5 months they still response like "we will do your refund as soon as possible".

Almost 10 months they holding my money!

People, never use KissandFly, never!

Update: it is mid of Dec, no refunds for both orders. The aircompany sent even a full information about refund to KissandFly, still only stupid response like wait more and we are waiting info from aircompany. Nice job, I feel I will never see my money back.

Yesterday we booked two tickets to Mexico@ 658 Euros each, and noticed my girlfriend's surname was wrong after receiving the confirmation.

Called the airline (iberia) who confirm changing this is not a problem, as the passport number etc remain the same (so not a transfer!), but the change has to be initiated through kissandfly by calling their international number (+34 913 894 357).

Nevertheless, Kissandfly claim a name change is not possible. I am not sure whether the agency is actually contacting the airline via phone, and it is very frustrating that this situation could so easily be fixed! I am currently very disappointed with the customer service...

Addition: upon talking to the kissandfly agent and submitting another request to phone Iberia (which the agent said they would do), I received a new standard message that my request has been sent to the airline - clearly via another standard, low-chance-of-success email, which no doubt will yield a negative response... I am beyond frustrated.

Booked my tickets and requested to cancel them only 12 hours later. They told me the refund was not possible because the price to cancel was somehow more expensive than the cancelation fees themselves. Any airline allows these refunds within 24 hours of booking so this is obviously a load of $#*!. The "fare conditions" that you are supposed to check for cancellation policies says NOTHING> They are just trying to keep their money. THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. Keep in mind I also had to "request" the refund rather than a guarantee of money back. $#*! COMPANY.

Your ticket fare is Economy. And this tariff in the airline means that the tickets are non-refundable.

In your case, according to the airline's fare rules, when canceling a ticket, it is possible to return funds only for some unused airport taxes and taxes. NEVER use this company! The company is basically a joke! They ripped me off saying I agreed to it. They are like a scam, they promised a refund, made me agree to it without telling me the amount, then gave back $20 while I had paid 4 thousand dollars. JUST HORRIBE! I WILL NEVER use this company again and I don't recommend it. They were rude and when I tried calling they hung up in my face! Didn't even try to help me or offer a solution. If I could rate it 0 I would. NEVER USE THEM!

I requested a refund for my flight less than a week after I purchased my ticket, after seeing that San Fran, CA and NYC, NY, was put into a state of emergency by the governors... and I WAS DENIED A REFUND.
I did so through their website, after trying to call them numerous times and the call not going through somehow- super shady!
Anyway, our entire city is shut down- literally everyone in San Francisco is sent home to work from home, every day at every company in the city, until further notice. No gatherings are legal above 250 people. Same for New York.

I was somehow STILL denied a refund when travel is prohibited. This company is absolutely insane and I should've have trusted them to begin with.
Don't make the same mistake. I trusted them in the past with my flights and I will not be doing it again. I'll have to put a stop payment. It's a shame they'd rather screw us over than do the only right thing--especially in such an already terrible situation--like a virus that is killing people and the stock market crashing very slowly.
There is no humanity in the airline business, just a bunch of crooks, there is no end.

I bought a ticket for what i thought was 300 and some change dollars. I know i chose the option for a ticket costing about 350 usd. So purchasing my ticket i was satisfied with the price and i thought all was well. Later im looking through my email and im having problems locating my ticket so i check my statement to see that the purchase was made and i see 523 usd going to kissandfly and im confused to say the least. Somehow the ticket went from 350 usd to 523 usd. And this company makes it like im crazy because i knew at the time of pruchase how much it was for. But that isnt so because no where on the ticket is there a price for 523 usd. And further more the 350 price was on the ticket adding in fees and taxes it was a little more. So why wouldnt i think that was the price i was paying? These people are crooks and loathsome.

Selected a credit card to pay and they overcharged me by saying debit card was selected sent a screen shot showing the card selection. Looks like it is operated by THUGS so be aware I recommend DO NOT USE them

I've been waiting for 16 months for a reservations refund and hasn't happen yet, and not only that by mistake I end up buying tickets again with them, and they screw up my reservation they issue my tickets with wrong dates and not only that but also at the moment of complaining they refused to change it to correct it, but they also refused to refund my money now, STAY AWAY FROM THEM! This is only a a bunch of criminals Scamming people. I already went to the police. So please be advice that this must be done all the time when buying with them.

Booked with them and after 10 min I received an email that they had to cancel the booking due to incorrect pricing. I then emailed them asking if for sure no money will be deducted which they assured. A week later I see that the amount was still deducted and after several hours emailing and on the phone, they still said they couldn't help me any further and I will have to settle it with the airline. They gave me the wrong phone number (for the wrong airline) so I looked it up myself. The airline was way more helpful than Kiss and Fly. DO NOT BOOK WITH Kiss and Fly

After waiting for a year, and after multiple e-mails and excuses. Kissandfly kept my money and did not even give me a credit for a COVID-related cancelation. They are the worse company I have dealt with during all my years of Traveling and should be investigated by the Federal Authorities.
This was their final e-mail, after one year, except that I did not pay American airlines the money, and American Airlines informed me that Kissandfly was responsible for the credit and refund and not them.

Your request has been declined because of: Unfortunately, American Airlines informed us there is no monetary or credit refund possible for the ticket **************.

Do not use Kiss and Fly at all costs. I don't usually leave online reviews, but my experience with Kiss and Fly was so horrible that I feel I have no other choice. I purchased a fare via their site that was listed as "Economy," but when I was issued the ticket, it was a Basic Economy "saver" fare. As soon as I saw the discrepancy, I called right away (immediately after purchase) and Kissandfly refused to do anything to rectify situation. When I called the airline, they said they would extend 24-hour grace to provide a refund, allowing Kissandfly extended time to make this right, and yet still Kissandfly refused to take action, telling me they needed more time to process my refund request before finally telling me that they would not issue any sort of refund. I was a victim of false advertising and treated rudely by their customer service staff on top of that. I will be pursuing all means to fight this scam -- filing a credit card fraud claim, registering a complaint with the U.S. DOT and BBB, and looking into other legal options. Does anyone have any other recommendations for how to recoup this loss?

I had to cancel my flight and followed the process on Kiss and Fly website. After hours, I received an email informing the amount that could be refunded and that I needed to confirm this on the website. Due to an unreasonable amount of time established by them for customers to confirm the refund, I could not finalize the first request. So I requested the refund again, this time the travel agency deducted 20 euros more from an already small refund compared with the total price paid for the flight tickets. This time, I was able to accept the refund. However, for some reason I once again received an email that my refund request has expired and that I would need to process it again. Again, kiss and fly deducted 20 euros.
Instead of facilitating the process to customers, seems like they intentionally make it difficult to process a refund. Customer service is also very disappointing as I keep getting a standard reply, instead of actual support from their team. Now I can't even seem to be able to request the refund.

Honestly this is Ludacris they've hit my account three times, when I ask for a refund it isn't possible. They completely screwed me over and instead of trying to even rectify the situation, they just hung up.

First and foremost, they attract you to their agency due to the remarkably low prices advertised for various travel packages. However, it quickly became apparent that these prices were deceptive, as I was bombarded with unexpected and exorbitant additional fees at every step of the booking process. This lack of transparency and the subsequent surprise charges left me feeling misled and frustrated.

I encountered several unforeseen problems that seemed to conveniently arise after I had made the initial payment. Suddenly, flights were canceled or rescheduled without any prior notice or explanation. In other cases the bank had allegedly made an error and with held the customers funds, causing further delays and complications.

I engaged in a series of email exchanges with your customer service representatives. However, I was extremely disappointed with the lack of satisfactory responses provided. The answers provided were evasive, unhelpful, and failed to address my concerns adequately. It became apparent that your agency was more interested in evading responsibility than in providing genuine assistance to resolve the issues at hand.
And Its been almost 2 months since the final cancelation and the flight day, still no response. I will keep filing reports and taking this matter to the right authorities.

I purchased tickets for a flight 3 months in advance and Kissandfly cancelled the tickets without alerting me. I arrived to board my flight and was told I didn't have tickets. I had to pay an extra $1,500 to pay for day of tickets to get home in time. Since then, I have gotten nothing but lies and promises that I will be refunded. It's been 2 MONTHS and they only respond to my emails by asking me to wait more. TOTAL SCAM SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BOOK ANYWHERE ELSE

Save yourself the absolute misery and book elsewhere. Booked tickets for a trip to Italy, and then COVID changed everything. Requested a refund, only to be given a complete run around. Nowhere while booking disclosed that the flights being offered were non refundable tickets. Nowhere were they noted that they were not continuous flights (I. E. we would have to check our bags at each piece of the trip along multiple legs of flights). Then, after being told that the tickets could be refunded, but their "service fees" exceeded the cost of the purchase price, we disputed the charge with our credit card company. Only to be told that KissandFly provided "documentation" and the charges are valid. Except the flights booked are no longer appearing. There is no working phone number for KissandFly, the email communication has been unreliable, and they flat out lie to keep your money. If the tickets were advertised as non refundable, I would never have purchased them to begin with. False advertising and even worse customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I bought tickets on kissandfly.com from Milwaukee to Chicago back in March and canceled the trip a week later due to family stuff and they refuse to give me a refund. Now I am out almost 900 dollars. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL JUST STEAL YOUR MONEY.

They take your money but do not provide the service promised and then it is almost impossible to get a refund. The steps provided for a refund do not work. JUST STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
